Ordered takeout for my family and was shocked when I got home and opened the bag. Out of the seven "Everyday Value" meals (2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 1 sausage, 1 bacon) we ordered, multiple sides and whole platters were completely missing. To make matters worse, what we did receive was barely edible--the pancakes were stuck together in a clump, and the bacon, sausages, and pancakes were all heavily burned. ​The customer service was even worse than the food: ​Call #1: Called immediately upon noticing the missing/burnt food. Evelyn told me I had to call back at 9:00 AM to speak with a manager. ​Call #2: Called back at 9:00 AM as instructed, only to be brushed off and told to call back in 20 minutes. ​Call #3: Called back 20 minutes later and was literally hung up on. ​We shouldn't have to pay for missing items and burnt food, let alone be treated this way when trying to get it resolved. My family and I visited this location on the morning of July 8, 2026, at around 5:40 a.m. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the moment we walked in. We were a party of six, and the server with glasses did not greet or welcome us. Instead, she seemed visibly unhappy that we had arrived. She mumbled, "You can sit anywhere on that side." When I politely asked, "Excuse me, where?" because I couldn't hear her, she repeated herself in the same rude tone. Throughout our visit, she was constantly yelling at the kitchen staff and repeatedly telling guests who needed assistance, "GIVE ME A SECOND." I understand that serving can be stressful, especially during busy times, but there is no reason to speak to customers that way. It made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, she didn't ring in our order correctly. One person in our party never received their meal because it was never entered into the system. By the time we realized what had happened, everyone else had already finished eating. We came expecting friendly service and a pleasant breakfast, but instead we were met with poor customer service, a negative attitude, and an incorrect order. I hope management addresses this situation so future guests receive the level of service they deserve. read more

Denny oh dennys. This location is one of those old school concepts with the chrome on the outside unfortunately the chrome doesn't look good once it's rains. Inside also is a bit run down but not a big issue . Service was good. The waitress was nice and welcoming . I was there for the buy one get one 1$ grand slam . On Thursday April 2nd, 2026. Me & my two friends were hungry for breakfast. Our two options in Rialto were Denny's or Norm's. We were talking and saying no matter what Denny's we have went to in the past late. The service and food was always horrible. So when we went to Denny's we got seated fast & our young waitress was really nice. We ordered breakfast and coffee. My food was perfectly done. My pancakes were fluffy, bacon was crispy, sausage just right, red potatoes cooked exactly like I asked and eggs cooked perfect. Coffee was as hot & freshly made. Our waitress was wonderful & attentive. Just wasn't to say thank you to the cook and waitress. I highly recommend this Denny's. read more

Was gonna add a bad review because this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. But I feel like I'm just adding drops to an ocean considering this places terrible track record. I was in the area roughly around 2am because I'm originally from Anaheim and was looking to rent a room in riverside and don't own a car. As they reopened from their lunch break I came in and sat down, hoping to wait for the busses to resume. I ordered a coffee and was having some difficulty ordering food as I was strapped for cash trying to save for the room. As I talked to the waiter she became more and more agitated. She was very rude to me as I ordered and as I waited for my food she makes it very apparent to me how nice she is with the other customers, she was practically flirting with them. As I got my food, she takes my menus and I ask to keep them. I asked to keep them and she straight up just tells me "no" like I'm a whiny kid. At that point I take my shit and leave, I mean like storm out. The chef stops me and asks me to pay for the coffee. After telling him how dissatisfied with the service I was he lets me go. The service was terrible. We were sat quickly which was the only highlight of the mediocre service. We waited nearly an hour to receive our food. Like I said I've been coming to Dennys for a while, so I knew exactly what I wanted. My friends did as well. We ordered while they took our drinks. During the hour wait for the food. Ambience: Came in the winter, so there were some nice Christmas decorations around :) This is the first Denny's I've seen with the classic exterior layer of stainless steel siding that's standard among American diners. Service: Quick and friendly! Taste: I got the Classic Sampler, but asked to replace the mozzarella cheese sticks with more onions rings. Onions rings and chicken tenders were pretty good! My go-to has always been the Supreme Skillet, but they no longer serve that, so I settled for the Santa Fe skillet, which didn't hit the same :/ There was also so much oil that was used that there was a layer of grease on the bottom once I was finished. Also got the green smoothie, which was a bit too sweet and tasted quite artificial. Overall, was fairly disappointed as Denny's used to be my favorite brunch spot, but it didn't taste quite the same this time around read more

30 minutes sat before order taken, 30 minutes later and not even our drinks were out. My party of 3 came into this Denny's last night late right at midnight, it's a Friday night so we anticipated some wait... we were beyond disappointed by the experience at this Denny's. There were about 2 larger groups of at least 7 people who were keeping the staff pretty busy, but we watched as the group seated right next to us received their food and then finished and left before we even had our order in! When we finally placed our order, nearly 30 minutes after being seated, we watched as other small groups would come in and be seated. These other small groups were getting their food before us! 30 minutes passed after placing our own order and not even a simple few drinks were brought over to us. When we asked a different worker, not our server, if our food was even started yet she told us no. Nearly 30 minutes waiting to place an order, and 30 minutes later not even the drinks were at our table of three! We told them we were leaving, and we went to Norms all the way in the Renaissance shopping center and guess what? Despite there being more people dining there, and an almost equal ratio of staff to people compared to denny's, we were sat almost immediately; our order taken almost immediately after being sat; not even 4 minutes after ordering we had our drinks; and not even 10 minutes after ordering they had our food on the table! It took us longer driving to the Norms than it did to get our meal once there... meanwhile this Denny's had us there nearly an hour for absolutely nothing. An extreme disappointment. read more

Good afternoon! My boyfriend and I went this morning to get the All American Slam, buy one get one for $1 and ordered two coffees. The bill came to $45! I asked what happened to the buy one, get one for $1? The cashier said "oh, that's only during the weekdays". I didn't see anywhere online where the special said weekdays only and neither was it posted at the restaurant. I did see where the special said "dine in only". If it's weekdays only, then please state it somewhere. I wasn't expecting to pay $45. I was expecting a bargain on a special. I won't be going there anymore. The service last night was phenomenal! Our server was training someone and whoever this guy is he's definitely the right guy to be training new servers. He was understanding and funny and served our party of 11 as if it was his best friends. The food was amazing and he offered to split the check up before we even had to ask, which we know it's sometimes an inconvenience to do so. Upon entering the establishment I noticed the flooring was very nice and clean. The tables were clean, durable and aesthetically appealing. After being greeted, we were offered a table by a waitress with the name of Yoli. She was very cheerful, cordial and warm. With her greeting, she offered us drinks and let us know that she was going to return with the menus. The food was great & full of flavor. The coffee was hot and at the right strength. She was able to provide a non-dairy creamer. Upon leaving, I asked for a courtesy cup of ice which came in very handy since the day was already hot. I shared my gratitude with the manager. read more

Woman at the register and behind counter moving orders had a horrible attitude. Had to walk out due to the hour wait everyone was complaining about and not only this but there is nobody attending the front desk, there's no way to tell what's going on when you walk in.
