Service is just alright, but food was all correct and had nice presentation. The reason I took off one star was because the waitress at the front gave no greeting and let 3 groups of people accumulate in the lobby before telling anyone we had to sign ourselves in on a clipboard on the counter. Came here around 2:30 am to pickup a delivery. As soon as I walk in I'm told no pickup orders are ready and it'd be another 10-15 minutes, fine I wait. 20 minutes pass I go inside and am told the cook (the only other employee present) is on break so it'd be the aforementioned length of time again. Ok uhhh sure. Wait the time again and go back and am told they don't have the bread so I couldn't get the order.... Mind you I haven't even told the Middle Eastern (I think) lady at the register what I was there for so when I do she repeated what she said and I ask why I wasn't told this beforehand and she just stands there... now I'm going to be as honest as I can. Many open tables and a lobby full of hungry people. Apparently they were short staffed, not sure if it was in the kitchen or out front. I counted atleast 10 open tables and even more hangry customers waiting, staring at the people who did have tables and were eating. I'm big on breakfast, so dinners are a thing for me, & I love Denny's, I grew up going to Denny's but, oh god to I regret ever putting foot in this Location! When I tell you they took Vintage on another level, I don't mean it in a good way, chairs & stools looked like they were pick up from the side of a dirty road, they sat us in a booth in the corner, the blinds on the windows were probably dustier than all the dust accumulated in 10 vacuums. Literally! As always they got our drink order first, to which we got OJ & some like my self order coffee, our coffee mugs were DIRTYYYYYY! As if they had just grabbed the from a table that left, didn't wash them & served us in them, I swear!!! You cant believe how disappointed I was.. I was already mad when my mother across the table ask me to pass her napkins that our server had placed on the table, & these napkins had bugssss!!! Yes bugs, those little tiny paper mites (parasites) that may live in old book and paper.. The staff here is always knowledgeable of the food and very on point. Never any excessive wait times for seating, or for food. Even the food preparation is great as well as the meals themselves when they arrive at your table look, smell and taste great! Highly recommend this restaurant! It shows that management takes great pride in keeping their customers, as well as employees happy. Staff has always been very friendly and I'm always greeted within a timely manner when I enter. I wish I could leave negative stars. My husband and I decided we wanted to come to Denny's so we ventured to the closest one to us. We walked in and there were patrons eating, but the lady behind the counter said they weren't seating anyone because they were on their break. I asked her how much longer for their break since I know a state mandated break is anywhere from 10-15 minutes. She told me they had 36 minutes left. That is a lunch not a break. I don't get how an establishment that is supposed to be 24 hours has every employee taking a lunch at the same time. Came around noon on a Sunday, and was told 15 min wait. 55 minutes had already passed by, and we complained and the hostess raised her voice at my mom. I was outside waiting and could hear this worker raising her voice at my mom all the way inside. Everyone outside around me was shocked and stared at the worker in shock. I ordered 2 of the Bourbon Bacon Burgers. They were cooked to perfection! The bell peppers, onions, bacon and pickles really made the bourbon sauce pop! I don't like mushrooms therefore I removed them from my burger. The presentation of the burger was so appealing that I could hardly wait to bite into it. The wavy-cut fries were crispy and the seasonal fruit was sweet and good. The bourbon is sweet so if you are a diabetic, then this burger is not for you. read more

Okay so we chose this place because it's the only place open at 4am for a bite to eat around here (besides fast food) The girl working (Shamla P.) Is not very friendly from the get go & does not have good waitressing/customer service skills. The food took forever to be made somehow even though only had two other tables of customers so they were not at all busy.. Two of our orders were wrong, had to send them back. When they brought the orders back correctly, of course the fries were cold and stuff. The waitress didn't come back not once to ask if we wanted more coffees or water.. so we get up & go to the register to pay & she gets up from chatting with (a boyfriend I'm assuming) in the corner table (empty part of restaurant she wouldn't let us sit at) Like she didn't come back to our table not once & didn't offer a discount for the food that was made improperly. My family and I have been coming to this Denny's location for years. The past probably 5-6 visits have been very unpleasant. This facility seems to be short on staff. I feel sorry for the waitresses, as much as they want to help every table it is a bit impossible. Most of them we know from years of coming and know they are sweet. Now the past visits food has not been good, the soup has been cold or the orders are completely wrong. Just a few days ago I witnessed an elderly couple wait about 25-30 min already in their table seated waiting to be served or offered some drinks. It's such a shame because in the past it has happened to me. I hope this changes soon. read more
