update: spoke too soon it began as a good experience. only one server but very attentive and helpful! refilling waters as needed and coming to ask how we were and if we needed anything else multiple times. burger was warm as always. nachos looked fine. looking at the picture NOW the pico did not...they usually come with all toppings on but this time it was all separate. so i decided to just assemble it myself. (i did ask for the meat on the side only) it tasted fine (cheesy). however, my stomach started hurting really bad after a few bites. i then smelled the pico and it was gone bad bad. it stank. i brought it to their attention because well ouch and they just took it and without saying anything. and without coming back. we were ready to go and had to go up to pay at this point i was nauseous and had to go to the restroom. no apology (to me bare minimum) but they still charged the whole dish. very disappointing. here i am with my stomach hurting and feeling sick. horrible experience. read more

Best place to grab a late night bite and enjoy some diner vibes with your friends! I had the 5 pepper burger (double) along with a chocolate milkshake. Although the milkshake was really runny and overall not very good (I ended up leaving more than half), the burger and fries were amazing! We had minimal service. Our server checked in with us when we got there, ordered, and when we got our food. We had to walk up for togo boxes, and this was only like 11pm, so it wasn't too late either. Visited this location and had breakfast here with my bf. We ordered the everyday value slam (2 eggs any style, 2 pancakes, and 2 proteins). I had the bacon and it was pretty good. However, my bf bacon and sausage was looking so sad. It was so small and half the size of my bacon. We had to tell the waiter that the portion sizes for his bacon wasn't up to par so she gave us another strip of bacon. Our waitress was good and quick with service. A friend & I went to the new Dennys, store#9509. When we were being seated, a woman & her friend asked the waitress how long it was going to take before someone took their order as they had been sitting there for almost 10 minutes & no one came to even take their drink orders. They sat for 15 minutes before someone got their drink orders. After we sat for 10 minutes, someone came to get our drink orders. We sat for another 5 minutes but still had no drinks. The waitress came to get our food orders & we still had no drinks. The manager finally came to see what our drink orders were so she could bring them to us. We placed our food orders. My friend, who works at another Dennys location, was shocked at how bad the service was. The waitress didn't tell us it would cost extra to have cheese added to the burger special I ordered or that it was extra for the seasoned fries. My friend ordered a Green Smoothie with strawberry & mango added. The waitress didn't tell her that would cost extra. Her smoothie wound up costing $8 because of the extra charges. I got charged extra for the season fries & Ranch dressing. When we asked the manager about it, she said since we asked for extra stuff, they had to charge for it. Not one word was said to us about extra charges for the stuff. Folks if you like bad service & extra fees without being told anything from the waitress, this is the place to go!
