I must admit, I don't drop in often enough into Denny's. So I had to do a double dip today. Had the tasty and presentable berry stuffed French toast for breakfast, and again for dinner! There are very few locations I go to, but this one is hands down the best for a great experience to enjoy. Service is definitely great here! The atmosphere is cleaner than most places, and the staff listens to help give you a pleasant experience. Management here has been observed as very attentive to the customers, making sure all is well and delicious. My other "go to" dish here, is their Crazy Spicy Sizzlin' Skillet! I am appalled by the conduct of an employee at this location. I tip in cash and habitually leave it half hidden underneath my plate. My server chased after me to the parking lot to hound me because she thought I didn't leave a tip. I had to repeat myself several times about it before she calmed down and let me go. I ordered the eggs Benedict and was served over fried - yes fried eggs atop a stale muffin with lumpy hollandaise sauce. Unappealing, incorrect and gross. When presented with my plate I told her it was incorrect and she didn't even bother to ask me what she could do to make it right. Just set it down and walked away until I was done. Dennys was once a favorite breakfast destination but this will be my last visit to any Dennys. Clearly the fact that this restaurant has such poor reviews, all of which are unaddressed, and there is no sign of a Manager on location checking food and service quality, tells the story. read more

Came here approximately 2 weeks ago around 3pm. I noticed the Denny's Health score is a 94! Wow, that's ridiculous. A sick child was sitting alone in a booth being tended to by the employees. He was constantly coughing in addition to having a dirty Kleenex on the table. After about 30 minutes he moved. We were eating and a couple sat down in the booth he was sitting in. The booth was NOT cleaned or wiped down in anyway. It should have been cleaned thoroughly, including the seats. This is unacceptable. A white employee with partially colored hair was there and kept running her mouth the entire time, very loud and obnoxious. With the state of our country I was a bit shocked that this booth was completely overlooked. Absolutely disgusting. I almost told the couple but didn't wanna cause a scene. Tried this Dennys several months ago. First order was perfect (one of their banana pancake breakfast). Prices were good, because the food was great. The next few orders over the following months seemed to get progressively worse. Either something missing or overcooked. We order a couple meals that are usually different items. One order is good and delicious while the other may have some issues. Seems to be the norm. Got and order tonight of lasagna, that was overcooked. Top layer was burnt, so my girl removed and replaced the top and and added sauce and then reheated. But unfortunately the inside was dry and kind of spoiled my appetite. Ordered side salads that were huge (crispy lettuce and a good value). One with Balsamic dressing and one with Italian. They send Italian and what appears to be Ranch. Delivery drivers cannot understand directions or are not given them. We request touch less delivery, and the last three deliveries, the driver rings the doorbell and stands there waiting, ringing again and knocking on the door, or walks away down the drive with the order in hand... I see this on my security cameras, and have to answer the door to get our food. 20% tips are given when placing the order so I do not know why the insist on contacting us. Probably not going to order from here for some time now, and look elsewhere. read more
