I will never eat here again. The smell of rotting dishrags made me lose my appetite the last time I ate here.

My bestie and I came in around 845pm for a late dinner. When I first arrived it was empty but it got packed pretty quickly. They were seating on one side of the diner. Our server came over took our drink order, brought my friends but didn't bring mine. It took her 10 minutes and 2 reminders. It seemed like she was more concerned getting other patrons who arrived afterwards drink orders over mine. I had to flag down a different person to get me a refill since our server spent most of her time at their station and not checking with us. Our food arrived and my burger was ok, there was a slight aftertaste idk what it was but I added mayo to make it easier to eat. We ordered dessert later, our server never brought the check so we paid upfront and it was chaos at the register. I feel that they need better equipped with their staff, some servers can handle being busy and some can't read more

Better than Disneyland!! Really though- Loving the retro vibe here... from the building to the music to the food! All jut takes ya right back to a simpler, fresher time. Old time America-- does life get any better??! Even the employees' spunky, warm and friendly service sends you right to your happy place. Great service and amazing food- these guys are here to take care of you! FOOD IS FRESH- I just got the superfood side salad which I was kind of nervous about since I'm picky when it comes to salads- but trust me, it's as fresh as it looks. So yum. I was willing to see how a classic diner was like Denny's. Like any other Denny's this one had ups and downs. The look of it is nice, just like how it was back in the 60s. The food is still good and nice to enjoy for a good breakfast. Whenever I go to Denny's I get the Lumberjack slam which is my favorite dish on their menu. The ham, hash browns, and eggs are good taste and nice to enjoy for a good breakfast. On the other hand, it's a smoking restaurant. I didn't know they still had those. There's the left side of the restaurant, where it's a smoking area, and the right side, which is smoke free. This is the only negative thing I would have to say about this particular Denny's. I've never been to a smoking restaurant in years. I'm still questioning whether to come back to this Denny's. Overall the food is good, but I wish the smoking level would go down a notch. My grandma says she'll never go back to this one. However if you're willing to try a classic Denny's feel, go for it if you want! read more

This is 100% based on service. If I could give a negative I would. We sat with two children for 50 minutes waiting on our order to find out they never put it in. We told the manager and she never came back to tell us what was going on. We had to walk out. Worst service I have ever experienced at a Denny's. This happened 2/17/18 @10 am. read more

We were told to choose a seat. Sat down. Ordered our drinks, she asked if we wanted creamer, yes .They had threee servers. And a total of five tables occupied. I asked for a side of butter when I placed my order. It was all good. Asked for creamer twice after that. Our food comes out, brought my boyfriend the wrong pancakes and bacon. I asked for a side of butter again. They took back his food. Brought some of it back. But this man eats all his food mixed together. So he had to wait for his Bacon to come back out to start eating. I finished my food before him. The three waiters/waitress' apologized. But after that weren't very much attentive after that. I had to get up twice to ask for two items when I asked for it repeatedly. And the bacon was hardly considered bacon. It was burnt and so thin it crumbled. Whatever. But being in the food industry since I was 16. And waiting tables/bartending for the past six. I feel like the staff needs to be completely retrained in situations like that. Service here was awesome! I haven't been to a Denny's in years! I will avoid food chains like this because it's all frozen food pre-made foods. My husband told me they had good burger which they do. I would go back to this Denny's for the burgers again and the service. Maybe next I'll try something else. Thanks to the server he knew we needed more drinks before we asked. Most people probably would rip on me for giving 4 stars to a Denny's. This place deserves it though. Their food is always outstanding, for diner food, and the service has always been top notch. I don't eat here often, but when I do I get their steaks. It is amazing that a chain like Dennys can make you think you aren't at your typical, sterile chain. I also will give props to their menu. It is huge. Even the picky can't complain. read more

I don't know who is running this place but they are doing an amazing job. Kids wanted breakfast for dinner...so they got breakfast and I got dinner. I seriously wanted to peak my head in the back and see which master chef was at work. Felt more like going to Black Walnut Cafe than a Denny's. Staff was also excellent. Quentin was super attentive and personable. Only knock is that it is a smoking restaurant during the week. But couldn't smell anything in the non-smoking section. If they changed the name they could double their prices. Seriously...try it...you will be delighted. read more

If you like cold not so great food & horrible customer service look no further! Just had breakfast here unfortunately! Although, this Denny's is in a good location it is really dirty. I take hand sanitizer everywhere and squirted it on the table and wiped it down with a napkin because we were sticking to it. We we're debating leaving when we looked at the bottom of the napkin and it was black but this isn't really a rarity in restaurants. We waited forever for the food & when we finally arrived it was cold, not warm, cold! If our 2nd waitress hadn't dropped it off and was instantly gone we would have said something. We ordered a waffle for the side of a vegetable omlette and they charged almost $6 ( didn't know this until we got the bill). We could have gotten a whole waffle breakfast for that! When we left to pay the General Manager who was working the register she didn't ask how our meal was just stuck her hand out for the check and our money. When I commented on how cold the breakfast was she said nothing no sorry or anything. I then asked if the charge was right for the waffle that was nothing more than just 1 waffle and she said that's what it cost. A simple sorry the food was cold & the waitress should have told that you could have gotten a whole breakfast for the same price as 1 waffle would have sufficed. Will I be back? Was at this Denny's last Thursday about 3 pm. I ordered a Cali Club sandwich with fresh fruit and a glass of water. Something in the food was contaminated as I started getting stomach cramps before I even finished the meal. Things only went down hill from there. Emergency trip to the restroom. I told the staff that the food made me ill and they offered a small discount on the bill. They didn't seem to care that the food made me sick. The manager didn't even bother to come out of the kitchen to see if I was ok. I really wasn't ok. Still recovering from this episode of Dennys Revenge 4 days later. My friends and I came in around 1am last weekend on Saturday everything seemed to be going ok there were not many tables in the restaurant at the time so we were promptly seated we initially ordered coffee and out in an order for appetizers while we waited for another friend to meet us there. We began chatting and reminiscing since we have been coming to this dennys location since way before they changed it into a non smoking dennys. Our friend arrives and the waitress comes over and says "we might want to watch what we are talking about because some people might not like the topics" so I asked her what people because our topic of conversation was my husband and I using a surrogate to have a baby and my friends were curious about the process so I explained it. The waitress stated "it was the pastor behind us" I turn around and ask was our topic of conversation offensive? She stated " she's doesn't know what's going on because she has her headphones in listening to gospel music". Then another waitress comes over to tell us we need to talk about something else??? ( can you say I want a discrimination suit any louder?) Long story short we got up and left ! I through some money down for the coffee and left. Mind you the waitress sat there and ate our appetizer as we left. Don't even waste your time coming to this location if this is how they treat customers. Also MILLIONS OF PEOPLE use surrogacy to fulfill there dream of becoming parents if that offends you then you do what most Adults do when they don't want to hear the topic of discussion........Tune it out. read more

The service was terrible the waiter was nice but she was Not consistent. There was nobody to seat us so we found our own table she messed up on my drink twice so I just asked for a different one she never gave my table any napkins I food took literally forever to come out while we were eating I never got a refill petty checked up on us twice and at the end when we were leaving she gave us the wrong ticket For our order I will never eat here again I don't understand why so many things were going wrong and It wasn't even busy it was like three other groups of people there read more

Their bacon be bitchinnnnn in the morning round 1am. I got home and my mom was snoring on the couch, almost slapped her with my piece of bacon to wake her up but the bacon was too good to hit her with. Sausages 10/10. Bacon idk if it's Canadian but if it was a person it would have opened the door for me that's how nice it was. Also it has booths, and no restaurants have booths anymore so it made me feel special. terrible/ no service. tattood waitress did not serve us at all. but when we leave she happily takes the $5 bill we left for the only thing she did give us which was coffee. told her needed more time to look at menu but never saw her again for 15 - 20 minutes. laughing with co workers while all the other tables got serviced. This Dennys is awsome I love the food i love the servers and the 2 overnight mangers that are wonderful young Ladies but the GM Manager they are gonna have to do something with her i went to eat breakfast the other morning and my order got messed up i asked who the manager was they said Betty i said can you go get her and they said yes i waited for about 30 mins to a hour she never came so i paid and left. Tried the online ordering system: highly user friendly and no issues there whatsoever. It was a late night/early morning order of breakfast food and I picked it up within 30 minutes. Food was okay: bacon was chewy and tough, eggs a bit rubbery. Pancakes were good along with the sausage. What disappointed me was the lack of any restaurant standard greeting at the door or a pleasant welcome like I am used to at the other store down the street; they were too busy chatting with their friends and seemed annoyed that I bothered to come pick up my order. I also realized as I was going out the door that the smoothie that I ordered (a 'popular favorite' according to the online menu) was missing. I didn't feel it was worth it to go back in since me saying "Hi I'm here to pick up my order?" got me such a rankled response. Will not be back to this location. 3 stars only because It was the night crew and I do not know how the day crew is and food was decent. read more

We have come here in the past and everything has been fine. However today, we arrived at 10:45 and it took 40 minutes to get our food. When mine arrive, it was a skillet that had chili on it which I didn't order. it is now 11:30 and I'm still not eating, the waitress, Maria, didn't apologize once for the mix up, I felt she was irritated and somewhat snatched my second skillet order out of my hand after I filled it out. My husbands was wrong too. When she overheard this, she just walked away. This was awful! read more
