So who am I supposed to contact when you have a problem with the people who are supposed to be handling issues such as these? This office has kept incorrect records regarding my insurance as well as my visits, so I have went ahead and filed a complaint with the NYS dept of health office of professional health misconduct. As I no longer have dental insurance, I signed up for their $349 annual "membership". This provides a member with 2 cleanings and a 40% discount on any other dental services they may need.
