I was recently referred to Dental Salon by a friend after having many a horrific dentist experience over the past year (see Kimberly Smiles reviews). Ive been to Dental Salon three times in the last few months and every visit has been above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Gina Rotkovich is wonderful at keeping you informed and putting together a dental plan that works for your schedule. (i.e. getting four fillings done in one long appt vs. coming back for multiple visits) I was nothing short of amazed when, after my cleaning, she sat down with me and went over all of my ex-rays, showed me her treatment plan, and answered all of my questions even though it was late and I was the last appt of the evening. All of the assistants are wonderful as well, I had Jeremy working with Dr.Rotkovich on my last visit...he was extremely patient and helped to calm my drill anxiety! Dental Salon is outstanding by every measure, from scheduling appointments/hours, to staff & even the amazing views of the city. I am not a dentist person. I've gone through more dentists than I could count over two states, and this is far and away the best I've ever been to. I've had root canals, a crown, a filling and numerous cleanings and check ups here (no wonder I don't care to see the dentist!), and I never hesitate to make the appointment or go to get work done. They're always efficient, effective and polite to boot. It also doesn't hurt that when I've referred my coworkers and friends to go here, they give me a $25 Visa gift card for each person. I've racked up a cool hundred, but even if they didn't provide this kindness, I would STILL send everyone I know there. read more

Dr. Khanna is AMAZING. They have hours Sunday through Saturday, including morning AND evening hours (find a place that has that, I dare ya!). Super easy to schedule, the hygienists are knowledgeable, caring and overall a good vibe. I've always been scared of the dentist, but I literally left my appointment last night giddy because of how pain free my cleaning was. Check your insurance benefits, ask questions around costs. If you are having major (or any) dental work done, you can easily ask them to give you the cost estimate based on the treatment plan, what your insurance/supplement discounts AND you can tell them what you can afford to fix right now, what they recommend you take care of first, etc. I see a lot of negative comments on the billing, but I have a strong feeling none of those people bothered to ask for that information. You sign forms that you are responsible for the cost, so make sure you, the financially responsible patient, are informed before you consent to treatment. read more

We've been going here now for over four years. My whole family goes here. Dr. Morris and his staff are very nice and friendly. You can't beat the office either. The whole modern and clean feel really does make a difference. For me, if someone is gonna mess with my mouth you bet I wanna make sure that the place is nice and clean. And that it is. My hygienist, Kelly, was VERY nice and extremely thorough. Dr. Glud was an absolute dream to work with, AS ALWAYS. I was incredibly impressed with how well Kelly listened and how calm she made me (when I told her I was anxious). Her overall professionalism and demeanor made for a very pleasant dental experience. I was looking for a new dentist closer to home/work...and I had seen several of Dental Salon's commercials and figured I'd give them a try. They were able to get me in for a routine checkup within days of first calling which was not what I expected from my experiences calling a few other places. The hours are super convenient as they are open nights and weekends -another plus. I was a bit thrown off by the fact that they have two offices on the same floor but the staff were able to direct me to the right place. Overall it was a good experience, Dr. Scott Overholser did a thorough exam and cleaning. My only criticism would be that i waited 20 mins between the hygienist and the dentist coming in. I've been going to Dental Salon for probably 6 years now. The staff are all friendly and professional and do a great job. I've always been seen when my appointment was scheduled and I've never been made to wait. Dr. Trupti Desai is my dentist. She is always friendly and does an awesome job. Trupti is possibly the Frank Lloyd Wright of dental design and architecture. She's been great during my invisalign treatments over the past year. Melissa Rocks! She always does an excellent job with cleanings or invisalign applications and she's super friendly and personable. I would highly recommend the Dental Salon to anyone. read more

I was dreading my visit to the dentist. I had not been in a very long while. I am extremely impressed with the Dental Salon. Dr. Desai and her staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I went for a cleaning and for the most part it was painless. After the cleaning, Dr. Desai went over all of my x-rays and pictures with me. If I am going to have any follow up work, I really appreciate knowing exactly what is going to be done. She also went over the cost of having the additional work done. It is nice not to have to be surprised by the bill from your insurance carrier when it comes in the mail. Prior to your first visit the Dental Salon will e-mail you all of the paperwork. That is an incredible time saver. You can just walk right in for your appointment. The appointments are easy to schedule; they do not make you wait months to schedule your visit. The office is conveniently located near the North/Clybourn stop on the red line. I am very excited that I found a GREAT dentist office in Chicago! read more

My apologies for the length; in my opinion thorough reviews always help me. I know people dislike seeing the dentist, and oftentimes aren't familiar with how their insurance works (I'm also guilty of the latter). I had a great experience at Dental Salon Chicago. I'm going w/ 5 stars for now b/c so far so good for me! I had some emergency dental work done in another office 2 weeks prior, and was unhappy with that office and its location. I didn't feel comfortable there, and my tooth issues grew after the work they did. Thank goodness Dental Salon also takes my {hard to use} DeltaCare USA HMO insurance, and they got me in so I wouldn't have to go back to the other place. Let me tell you about my visit. Upon entering, I was greeted by Tawana and Greg at the front desk. They were cheerful, helpful and kind. Everyone exiting after services seemed happy. Tawana answered all my silly questions. Later before my procedure began, Greg even stopped by my chair to be sure I felt comfortable about the estimate and that everyone had answered all of my questions. I appreciated that. Next I met my hygienist, Verina. She was very sweet and helpful, answering all of my questions. I could tell she had thoroughly read my online paperwork. She and I chatted a bit, but she didn't let it get in the way of her work. She was good and quick with X-rays. They even take real photos of your teeth and inside your mouth, which no office has ever done before (and I have moved quite a bit). By the end of my visit, we were talking about cooking and I even shared a chicken soup recipe with her. Dr. Kulenkamp came in next, and she was so kind. We went over my notes and procedures from the other office, and she explained that she wanted to review my X-rays and mouth photos in detail in the consult room. So we looked over all of my films and photos in depth. I have never known so much about my teeth. She explained what the previous dentist did, why I was feeling discomfort from those procedures still, her recommended plan of action if that pain doesn't subside within the month, and also what she wanted to take care of today for me. It was all very clear. Next Dr. K sent in the insurance gal to go over pricing. Cristina was warm and got down to the 'nitty-gritty' with me. She priced out everything for me according to my insurance. I had questions about a few things, and she and Dr. K both explained the charges and specifically why the special rinse was needed w/ the deep clean. I felt confident they weren't bamboozling me. Cristina asked me what I felt comfortable paying and getting done that day, then readjusted the bill for me. She provided me with a list of the recommended procedures for the next couple months, so I could budget for what I wanted to do. I had an hour and a half wait until Dr. K could do the work, so I walked over to the Whole Foods, grabbed lunch while I waited. I took this opportunity to call Delta Dental to clarify the quotes. Everything I was getting done that day matched up; most plans do not cover the special rinse used w/ deep cleanings. I will tell you that the rinse helped my mouth so much. I had half my mouth deep cleaned 2 weeks prior, and my mouth was raw for days after. It's 3 days after Dr. K did my other side using the rinse, and no pain after. A couple of the quotes for procedures down the line didn't completely match up, but not much of a discrepancy. Insurance explained to me that I should ask the office for a specific itemized list breaking down each individual part of the procedures, so I will ask for one once it gets closer to me doing the other procedures to clarify the costs. The deep cleaning and fillings went great, Verina and Dr. K made sure I was comfortable and numb before starting, giving me plenty of suction and breaks. Easy to schedule my 3 month follow up when I left. I saw several people mention the 3 month follow up being BS. Of course anyone can say no, and just want to be on the regular 6 month schedule. I would hope the office wouldn't turn you away for that. Some people can only afford what they can afford. I understand; I never had braces as a kid because my mother couldn't afford it. But I understood having a roof over my head, food to eat and a car were more important back then. Now I am dealing w/ my gum issues bc of crooked/spaced teeth. I appreciated that Dr. K and the staff didn't push Invisalign on me; I had mentioned in my online paperwork that I dislike being "pushed." I actually asked Dr. K myself about it. Will update when I go back and if anything comes up, but I liked Dental Salon Chicago. If you have an HMO it's definitely more affordable. Staff was great, office is very clean. Looking forward to working with Dr. Kulenkamp in the future. read more

Just got back from my first visit/cleaning with Dr. Weiss and Marek (assistant) What a great experience!!!! I have been looking for a good dentist for several years. I have finally found a place where I look forward to come back to and refer all of my friends. #1 - I was able to get an appointment with only 2 day notice (vs. one month in advance at my old dentist) #2 Everyone was super pleasant and welcoming #3 The office looks beautiful and very clean. #4 Doctor Weiss performed majority of the cleaning himself. #5 Marek, his assistant was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. #6 They did not press me to do any teeth whitening procedures or to buy a $700 mouth guard (vs. my previous dentist) Overall a great experience !! I originally found the Dental Salon though Yelp, so I thought it fitting to write a review after my very first experience. So without further ado... I visited The Dental Salon just 1 week ago after I came to terms with the fact that my family dentist was just too far away. After 10 years at my family dentist, and many missed appointments (only more recently) I decided I had to switch dentists. I loved my family dentist, but he was just too far away. Needless to say I was skeptical about switching. Immediately upon arriving at The Dental Salon I felt at ease. The Spa-like environment (hence the namesake) was very comforting and the open floor plan was very comfortable. The dental assistant who prepped me for the dentist was very knowledgeable and personable. After snapping several quick photos and taking a few x-rays I was greeted by my new dentist, Dr. Scott. After a quick exam he cleaned my teeth I was out of the chair. After my appointment both the dental assistant and Dr. Scott took me through my (digital) photos and x-rays and explained the health of my teeth- overall good :). Although a trip to the dentist is never something I look forward to, I'm glad I found The Dental Salon to meet my needs. read more

I went to Dental Salon because I broke a molar and wanted to get it taken care of quickly. They were very accomodating when I called for an appointment. I told the woman on the phone that in addition to the tooth problem I was terrified of thedentist. She reassured me that they have dentists who work well with fearful patients. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. I barely had time to take off my jacket before they were ready to complete my initial information. After that, I was seen within another 5 minutes. I had been expecting at least a 20 minute wait. I met with Dr. Platson and her assistant Katie. They immediately offered assurance that we would take things slowly and that Dr. Platson let me know that she understood I was quite fearful. She explained what she would do to help her diagnose and determine a treatment plan. She offered several options for treatment and the pros and cons for each option. I was offered several financial options to make the cost less of a burden...this was quite important as I do not currently have insurance. I was told that I in no way needed to start treatment the same day but could wait a week or so if need be. I chose to start anyway. Dr. Platson was verry careful and gentle throughout the work on my mouth. She frequently checked in with how I was feeling as we proceeded. I still do not like going to the dentist but...for the first time in years I left a dentist's office without any tears! I was quite impressed with their timeliness, presentation of options, thoroughness, and with their gentleness and compassion. Why not 5 stars? Only because I do not know what the other dentists in that office are like. read more

In 2013 I went to dental salon every three weeks for about 6 months (this is that happens after ten years of not going to the dentist. Go to the dentist!!!!) Dr Stec was my dentist for most of the procedures, and he was great. I was not always in the best of moods coming here all the time, but he usually took time to explain procedures to me and why they were necessary. Most of the front desk staff is great, however, there are a few bad apples. Once they wouldn't let me start my procedures because of some confusion with payment. This was after spending thousands of dollars of my own money-no insurance. I will continue to go here for regular exams. read more

My biggest compliments to Dental Salon for their extended evening and weekend hours that accomodate working professionals like myself. I also appreciate the speed at which I am in and out with a cleaning. Just went this week and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Trust me, it's not a speed clean, they do a great job! I also love the tools they have to rinse your mouth and suction while you are laying in the chair, eliminating the need to keep sitting up to rinse and spit, which surely contributes to the speed of the visit. Dr. Scott is great as well and the staff as a whole are always very friendly. Can't beat the beautiful views from their office either and afterwards, you can get any of your North Ave. based shopping/errands done because of their great location! read more

If I could give Dental Salon zero stars I would. They are horrible. I paid over $3000 for Invisalign and the retainer was very flimsy and cracked in two places within a few months. When I called to make an appointment to come in for a new retainer mold (and I said I have flexibility all day every day since I'm working from home) they said they don't have availability for A MONTH. When I went to the appointment, they said there is nothing they can do, but for me to put another $3000 to get Invisalign again. Dental Salon will do anything to get your money. They also charged me $40 for this appointment. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Wow! I am surprised by the poor reviews. I had a great experience. Since I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, I needed a deep cleaning. Understandable. My DMO (same as an HMO) insurance reduced the cost substantially. I also needed some work done and a night guard. In my experience, the overall cost was very reasonable. I did some online research as well and it seemed to back it up. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Kulenkamp has a great bedside manner and is thorough. Make sure you understand your insurance coverage when you obtain it. Call the dentist office before your visit. Ask questions of the staff and doctor. Certainly, do some research regarding everything. I would highly recommend Dental Salon and Dr. Kulenkamp. read more

I have now been a client here for quite some time and I must say that it is quite possibly the best place out there for dental work. I have extreme dentophobia and in the past I have always bopped around from dentist to dentist looking for someone who could get the job done with the least amount of misery, with not much success at finding one. Well after a few appointments with these guys I can now firmly say that I finally found one! If you fear the drill then this is the place for you! They even offer nitrous for maximum comfort. If you have no fear, then this is still the place for you because In addition to a comfortable environment they have a pleasant staff and some uber savvy docs! Don't let those cavity creeps dig in too deep, you know dam well you haven't been to the dentist in years! lmao read more

These folks get it. I give Dental Salon 5 stars because: (1) FLEXIBILITY. In society, we all have to work around each other. In my job, I often call clients at odd hours, drive long distances to accommodate others, and find myself responding to e-mails at all hours. That's life. And it's refreshing to see that at least some healthcare providers are recognizing that hey, our patients have jobs too. I see my dentist, Dr. Sheffield on Sundays! (2) GREAT STAFF. The entire staff participates in patient care. It's one thing to have a great dentist, but if the receptionist is rude or uncooperative, it sets the tone for the whole visit. Face it, no one likes having other peoples' hands in our mouths, so it's nice to start in a good mood. From the reception desk to the Dentist, everyone at least seems as though they want to be there. (3) INFORMATION. In my own work, I know that one of the biggest problems with modern healthcare is that patients often begin their experience confused and uncertain, but leave just as bewildered. At Dental Salon, they sat me in a chair, pulled up a big flat screen and let me watch a digital video demonstration of the procedure I was about to receive. They then answered questions and went through everything again. There is never a surprise. (4) COMFORT. They have a spacious and well-designed waiting area, not that I've ever had to wait longer than 30 minutes. You never feel awkwardly crammed next to strangers. But the best part is that almost every room has a gorgeous view of our terrific city. (5) DR. SHEFFIELD. Of course, I saved the best for last. She is awesome. She is personable, friendly and even called me the day after pulling out my wisdom tooth, just to check in on me. Who does that? She simply goes out of her way to make the experience comfortable and quick. And apparently DR. SMITH does too, because he is my wife's dentist in the same office, and she loves him too! We both 100% recommend Dental Salon. Even when we move out to the burbs this summer, we will make the trip back to the city for these folks. read more

I've now had all my treatment completed (2 root canals, 3 crowns, 3 fillings, 1 veneer) over the past 6 months and still think this place is great. I feel "cured" from my dental phobia and enjoy going to see my dentist. I moved to Chicago about a year ago and one of the most annoying things about moving to a different city is finding an excellent, reputable dentist and doctor. Luckily, one of my good friends recommended Dental Salon. She raved about it and i was a bit skeptical, but i was desperate to get a cleaning so i called up and made an apt. Oh boy, am i glad that i did! My first appointment was AWESOME. They were so accommodating. They offered me something to drink, which was awesome because i was so parched! Anyway, my first dentist was with Dr. Keri. Unfortunately, he moved to Indiana so i had to get a new doctor - Dr. Scott. Dr. Keri was so nice and so helpful. He told me exactly what I was going to get done on my teeth, suggested that i change my fillings because they were getting weak. Which was right on point because a couple of months later one of my fillings came out! The dental assistants are so helpful and nice. it's nice to be able to chat with them after a long day at work. My new dentist, Dr. Scott is super duper nice. I had to get 5 fillings done (i know, sad), but it was no problem what so ever. I didn't experience any sort of pain. And he was so concerned from the moment that i sat in the chair until a day after when he called me to follow up - what dentist does that! Overall, my experience is always excellent. From the moment that i set the appointment to the moment that i leave. I recommend all of my friends to this place. I will be so sad if i move out of Chicago and I wont be able to go here anymore. By far, Dental Salon is still a great dental office, however, on Friday I was disappointed with Dr. Allen's attempt to charge me $70 for a temporary filling. I need a root canal but had already used up my dental insurance for 2011, so Dr. Wong put in a temporary solution to help hold off the procedure til January 2012, when my insurance would reset for the new year. On December 30th the temporary filling came loose and I went in for another adjustment, I needed to make it till Monday. Rather than squirting the dental goo in there to make it last a couple more days, Dr. Allen suggested charging me $70 to make the temporary filling more secure. If I had to make it another month, I might have said ok, but come on...3 days? I am looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Wong on the 10th but it's the new year and if the temporary comes out now, it's a far lesser deal than it was 3 days ago. I have been coming to The Dental Salon on North Ave. in Chicago for over 5 years now. While I have several good stories to tell, I will just list my most recent. As I am VERY VERY Satisfied with their services! I live very far south, (about 45-50min away). However, I will tell you that with the kind people at the front desk, the helpful dental assistant and the VERY skilled Dentist, it is DEFINITELY worth the travel! The last time I was there I forgot my sound proof head phones. It turns out the pain in my mouth that I came in for resulted in an unexpected Root-Canal. YIKES! The sound of the drill feels like DEATH to my soul! I literally can Not take it! Being totally unprepared for a root canal I was SO touched by the kindness of the dental assistant (Patience) who felt bad for me and saw my struggle to get through the appointment, so she let me use her iphone so I could listen to music and survive the drill and visit,.. She did Not have to do that! Aside from her over the top kindness and patience to match her name :) Dr. Dallas was and has always been VERY patient AND Sensitive to my issues with the drill and my comfort. I am instantly put at ease by him. He is Professional and kind and I feel very well cared for by him each visit. I would be lying if I said that my entire five years at Dental Salon was perfect. Absolutely not! However, what I LOVED about The Dental Salon, was when I did encounter an issue with a dentist that had a service style I was NOT comfortable with. They LISTENED to my concerns! They reached out to me and made my concern important to them, and switched me to Dr. Dallas who's style and technique matched exactly what I need! And allllll was right with the world again :) Seriously, I would recommend them to anyone (near or far) and have recommended them to family and friends as well I am Very pleased with the services and I feel like my dental hygiene has improved! read more

I must say, I've only been to Dental Salon once. I was out with friends for the night and ended up chipping a tooth quite severely. There was only about 1/4 of it left, and it was right in the front, on the bottom. Called my parents for a recommendation. They told me to find anyone that was still open at 11am on a Saturday. There was NO way I could wait until Monday to have it fixed. I was basically crying in pain already. Saw Dr. Desai a half-hour after calling, who said she could either try to patch it with filler or put a crown on it. I debated both ($400 or $800 cost), since I have no dental insurance, and eventually went with the crown. I got a discount too for paying in full right away. Hooray! The work was good - my nerve was QUITE aggravated and they had to keep giving me shots to numb the area. Eventually, after a few tears, the area was ready and the temp crown was fit brilliantly. Two weeks later (or some time-frame like that) I went back for the actual crown. It's awesome and matches really well. My parents couldn't tell which tooth had been fixed. My only concern is that my front teeth have shifted slightly (they were always perfectly aligned before- with no braces!), but I'm the only one who seems to notice. Maybe when I get dental insurance or save up a bit I'll be back for a routine cleaning and whatnot. I try to stay on top of these kind of things no matter what my financial situation. read more

I've been a patient of the Dental Salon for nearly 2 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. I haven't needed any other work besides semi annual cleanings so I can't speak to dental work beyond that. I take care of my teeth daily and get regular cleanings and exams to avoid more intense dental work. Everyone has been very warm in person and professional over email and phone calls. Most recently my appointment was with Jayme the hygienist and Dr. Dallas. Jayme was very warm and was great about telling me what she's doing. I had a change in my insurance between appointments that I had completely forgotten about. They very politely contacted me well in advance of my appointment to straighten that out. Email was answered very promptly to reschedule my appointment. What first brought me in was their availability for appointments. I can get early morning weekend appointments or late evening appointments without a problem to fit my schedule. read more

Dental Salon overview: high prices (even with insurance) rocky start with my first 2 visits with Dr. Morris Dr. Desai = saving grace My follow up with Dr. Desai last winter was waaaay better than I thought it would be. She was chatty (which distracted me from my nerves) and super friendly. She fixed the chip on my front tooth and it looks nice and natural. I was totally surprised because Dr. Morris' fix was clumsy and amateurish by comparison. Also he cut my gum severely during my appointment with him and nearly 6 months later, it still hasn't healed right. I will share with you though, that Dr. Morris did e-mail me after my original negative review to offer an explanation for the things I wrote about. Now, I'm sure I must be on some "cranky patients to watch" list of his, because everyone at the office during my Dr. Desai appointment was sickeningly sweet. But if that's what it takes to get good service, so be it. Anyway, I have a root canal looming on the horizon, but Dr. D is on vacation. They offered up another dentist, but I'm old-fashioned and tend to shy away from major mouth stuff with strangers. So, I think I'll wait 'til she gets back. Stay tuned. read more

This place is the only place I will go to for my teeth. My husband and I live by O'hare airport and will shortly be moving even farther away from this place, but will still drive down to this beautiful and amazing dental center. Really, this place is great, clean, and has some of the best and friendliest staff I've ever met at any dentist or doctors office. They make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The wait is very little if there is one. And overall, this is the place for teeth. I've only had one dentist here and I am so happy with the work and the care he gives to his patients. Dr. Moorad is an amazing dentist. Just don't tell him because he is really modest about it. ;) I had some previous bad experiences at other offices that made me feel very nervous about going to see the dentist. I found this place about 3 weeks before my wedding and decided to get 6 veneers, whitening and some fillings done. We did it all in about two weeks and except for the whitening, it was painless. I was so happy, he is a pro at his job, he is caring, funny and is just a genuine person. The most important part for me is having trust in my dentist and I know that it would be very hard for me to trust any other dentist or specialist working on my teeth. Whether the dentist freaks you out of you just want a comfortable and excellent dental place, this is where I would recommend going. read more

Phew! I was so worried about finding a good dentist in Chicago, having just moved here. The Dental Salon was great! The office is located in a good neighborhood, is easy to get to and is very clean. For each of my appointments, the receptionists warmly welcomed me and got me into the chair on time (sometimes even early!). Dr. Lipoff commented on my Converse shoes, so I knew his attention to detail was excellent :) All of the procedures were done in a very timely manner. It was a good experience (as far as dentists go... haha). I can say that I won't be putting off going back every 6 months for my cleanings. My teeth thank the staff for their great service. This office has a rotating cast of characters and they don't really care as much about the patient as they do about extracting money from them. I went there for about two years. Had a deep cleaning, regular cleanings and some more extensive work done. They did a double crown in one sitting. One tooth was on the top of my mouth and the other at the bottom in the same side of my mouth. My new dentist advised me that they would have never done a procedure like that because is too much trauma for someone to handle. The crowns were never set correct and have never healed. I've been in some level of pain for 4 years and now both crowns are infected and need root canals. I never saw the same Dentest or hygienist twice because of their turnover in staff or maybe it was their lack of consistency. I even had a hygienist stick one of the tools into a small cavity I had causing pain as if she was trying to make it larger and brag to the dentist that she found something.. I became a patient at the Dental Salon in 2007 and have been coming back ever since. They run a very efficient business all while keeping the patient's care and satisfaction at the forefront. My past two visits Lulu has been my hygienist and was AWESOME both times. She gave me tips on different ways to brush my teeth (who knew there were more than one?!) in order to avoid calcium build-up. Besides this clinical knowledge, she was able to establish a good rapport in the short time I was in there. The staff at the Dental Salon on North Ave is amazing. This place is terrible. After having to miss an appointment for a cleaning due to complications with Covid-19 they sent me a bill anyway. I called them and was more than willing to work with them to seek further treatment, but all they cared about before anything else was that I pay the fee. I explained that it was unforeseen circumstances, but they still wouldn't budge. I find it terribly disheartening to think that a healthcare facility, that is supposed to put the well being of all patients first, would rather penalize someone for missing during a pandemic than look out for the greater good of all patients. Thank you Kelly. We had a great visit. Actually, much better than we had thought it would go. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient with our two 2 1/2 year olds. I recommend the Dental Salon to all my friends for themselves and their kids! Update: I continue to be amazed by how much I love this dentist office. I mean seriously, going to the dentist is not on my list of fun things to do. However, they are so nice and make it such a good experience that if I have to go to the dentist I am definitely going to go there!!! By the way, I just scheduled myself for three crowns. Ugh. It's a good thing they are super cool or I might just deal with the pain. read more
