Ofcourse walkers doesn't really take responsibility for this once again. We have better results buying used furniture at this point! We really hoped that the changes they made would be reasonable and they are far from it. We have waited I think 8 months for a call about the replacement parts and its more broken than before. 3 years now I think or close to it waiting on repairs and this whole process.

Came in today looking for bunk beds for my grandchildren. There were 7 staff members on the floor…read more We had to go up and ask for assistance. No one offered to help. When an associate was sent over to talk to us, we were informed that nothing was available in store. My daughter and her husband were also looking for a living room chair. They were never approached, but did hear the "huddle " of associates talking trash about another employee. About 10 minutes later, the associate who that told us nothing was available came up and said there was 1 in the clearance section that was available today. He was unaware of it because he didn't know the inventory and a manager had to tell him about it. When I approached the huddle of 5 associates around the mattress counter to inquire about purchasing the mattresses for the beds, they were annoyed about having their conversation being interrupted and the woman that did get up was very rude when showing me the bunk bed mattresses. Needless to say, I left without them. We also had to ask about getting the bed loaded 15 minutes after completing the purchase. Nobody told the people in the back we had purchased it. Worst experience in a furniture store ever. We will never be back. And I really liked a sectional and power recliner that I willingly walked away from due to the staff. The bed would have been walked away from as well if my husband had not already paid for it when I got back from the mattress counter.

Who knew one could get handmade mattresses in Spokane, WA?! I ordered a mattress and box springs…read morearound Thanksgiving. Cody delivered my new mattress and I was SO excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I have very fussy shoulders and the mattress was way too hard. So I called and talked with the owner Vinny and he said "no problem, we'll just come pick up your mattress and put softer innards in." General manager Cody came back and picked up my mattress and I told him that it was way too firm and I could not sleep on it because my arms went numb. He took the mattress, and brought it back the same day but told me that the type I bought was likely never going to be soft enough and that I should try it and let him know. Sure enough, it was still too firm. Cody was so kind. He warrantied the mattress, made me a new one, and delivered it and took the other one away. I've had the mattress Cody made me for a week or two now and not only have I gone back to sleeping on either shoulder(I'm a side sleeper) but I sleep through the night! Talk about customer service! You cannot get a non-toxic, made in the USA, customized mattress at Costco or Mattress Firm. Twilight's prices are very reasonable, their product is fantastic, and you cannot get better customer service!
