It has everything to do with your unacceptable attitude, cruel personal insults, and complete lack of professional decorum. This fake apology just reinforces exactly what I experienced. A polite internet comment doesn't erase atrocious behavior in person!!!!!!! I had the most horrible experience yesterday with this company and their very rude, condescending technician, Maurice. They were dispatched by my home insurance company. He walked in and was clearly disgruntled from the start. To be transparent, I told him my garage is currently being treated for rodents and the situation is under control. He immediately and falsely stated that this means my home insurance is void. Then he proceeded to say, "I don't know how to say this tactfully, BUT it smells ripe in here." He followed that up by saying, "I won't be working on this machine--I would never get on this filthy floor." He continued to pretend to troubleshoot, moved the machine out from the wall, and left it there blocking my door. He told me my insurance company will let me know if they will service it, adding, "but I WON'T." I am a 68-year-old single woman who is trying to upkeep my house the best I can. I did not appreciate being made to feel subpar and like a dirty, nasty woman in my own home. There is a professional way to speak to a customer and kindly decline service if you need to. I was in tears when he left and felt so humiliated. Maurice desperately needs to take a Customer Service 101 class or at least find some basic decorum. I will NEVER contact this company again and will make sure everyone I know avoids them. Shame on this man.

Maria did not let me know any updates of when service workers were coming, whether they were late or not. But she can read my messages that were sent to ask for their whereabouts. The workers stayed at my house until 11pm. Workers spoke Spanish with each other at the front door entrance when they met my husband (and mind you, my husband also speaks Spanish). One of the workers said to the other workers that they didn't want to do cabinets. My husband heard them and told them he speaks Spanish. Very awkward. They also made comments about the cabinets we bought, such as , "did you get them from Amazon?". Why does that matter? Them staying late and not feeling motivated to do our cabinets made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the drawers was messed up. They didn't pay attention to details and misplaced part of the frame of the cabinet. A magnet for a cabinet door was in the way of the drawer section, so drawer wasn't functional and won't close. We didn't notice this until after the workers left. I spoke with Maria via Yelp the day after and she wasn't willing to send a person out to fix it. She instead wanted to send me a magnet to make up for it. Did the cabinets get done? Yes. Did we like the service and communication, and finished product of the work done? No Lastly, Maria wanted to give us a late fee for the service. My husband called her because we felt we weren't given quality service on their end and wanted to see if a tech could be sent out. On top of that, we never received any invoice (her workers said it would be provided next day). Maria didn't disclose where this invoice was, but she did let us know we would get a late fee if the service wasn't covered. She mentioned this after my husband left a voice mail and text message exchange stating we were not satisfied with the service. See pictures attached. I'm not quite sure how this business can get 5 star reviews , and be inconsistent with their customer service. In the end of the text message exchange, Maria then stated that she would provide the service for free but seemed irritated in doing so. So I'm waiting for an invoice that states just that. He was able to fit us in for a late afternoon appointment. I got a text from him saying he was about ten minutes out, and right on time, he showed up. He was able to diagnose the problem and fortunately, it was a quick and easy repair, as he had the part needed on-hand with him. Payment was easily made through email, with several options (I chose Apple Pay).
