He was able to diagnose the problem and fortunately, it was a quick and easy repair, as he had the part needed on-hand with him. Payment was easily made through email, with several options (I chose Apple Pay). He installed that part and we paid him and we're told we had 30 day warranty on service. The ice maker wasn't working the next day and we called him immediately. He came out to inspect and since he initially failed to look at both parts of the ice maker and fix the entire thing at once, there was a second part that was broken. Although the new part installed kept the ice from freezing, it was still not being released into a cup at the touch of the button. This was going to be $200 plus issue, but he would not fix it under the warranty. In addition to this, he scratched our floors moving the fridge.
