Overall our experience was good, but I don't think I would use them again. A little background: It was a super hot day, and I felt bad for the movers. They didn't seem to have water or proper PPE for the weather. The positive: Movers were on time and ready to work! Items were moved carefully, but they probably could have used a third worker based on the items we had. I feel I was transparent with how much items we had including heavy items. The negative: Two movers were not enough based on the items we had including heavy items. The move took much longer than expected. Movers seemed really irritated the whole time, which I can't tell if it was from the heat or we did something wrong. Movers also left garbage behind and we had to clean up after. Usually the moving company will follow up after to see how things went, but we never heard from Nancy. Nancy also said she would come to check in during the move, but never did. We paid, and it was done. I think overall, it was a fine experience, but not to the level of other moving companies I've worked with before. Based on the more recent reviews, it looks like some improvements have been made which is great!

They took about 1 hour to move an organized small studio and just under 2 hours to move my lesser organized 1 BR. The bulk our time was spent at our new building which required more travel time between the truck and the unit. These guys were optimal and had excellent strategizing and problem solving across all three buildings (which were all different). They were also thorough in minimizing damage to our belongings via wrapping and care. This team set a new standard for me and I'd hire them again.

I really thought they were great at moving my items until I saw the size of the truck. The truck…read morewas too small and should not have been used for the amount of furniture I had. A year later I'm still finding damage when I get down on the floor to clean and I see chunks of wood missing from my table legs and white scrapes on the chair legs. This furniture was about six years old when they moved it, and I dusted and covered any dings regularly. I had regularly examined the furniture, but I didn't have kids at the home so it was in great condition. The supervisor complained that he didn't know that items in the garage were included in the move. He didn't think they had enough room, but he canceled the second truck, which they honestly should have used. He also wanted the guys to be off before 4, so it was very rushed. Then he overcharged me, but I did receive a refund after speaking to the business person. I'm very upset about the amount of damage I have found, but I'm not surprised because I couldn't figure out how they got all of it into the truck. I wish I had found the damage earlier, but I had water damage in the bathroom and I had to vacate my unit. One bedroom had to be packed and moved a month after I moved in. I had found some damage on a chair right after I moved, but I thought that was it and I should've checked everything better but I was depressed because of the water damage that happened four days after I moved in. Then my dog got sick with leukemia. He passed away a few months after I moved. Most of the guys were very nice but the supervisor had an attitude. I wasn't sure whether to put two or three stars, but because most of the fault is with the supervisor and not the moving crew, and because the business person took care of damage to my end table I am giving three stars.

They were fast but careful, wrapped…read moreeverything that needed it, listened to us about what we wanted, were punctual, packed their truck amazingly well, and finished unloading early, even though they were pausing to get our directions on what went where. And to top it off, they charged less than the estimate. We were all in awe of them. They really were incredibly good.
