They went above and beyond. After keeping our car in a garage for a few weeks, we returned to find our car interior covered in mold. We researched online and went through all the recommended cleaning steps ourself, and it wouldn't go away. We forked out $400 for interior detailing at another shop and that barely addressed the issue. We called up multiple mold remediation shops for quotes, and Dependable Restoration responded promptly and clearly with a competitive quote. We paid $1400 and they came to our home near Culver City and ran through multiple cleaning steps. Surfaces that the interior detailing missed, they cleaned them. A car mechanic on the remediation team also identified the likely origin of the leak that caused the mold. They also ran an air cleaner, and they even gave us guidance on which spray cleaners to use in the future. They encouraged us to spend time looking the car over, and find anything that was wrong, and they didn't rush us. They were kind and provided a high quality service.
