I contacted the seller, the manufacturer, and Walmart customer service multiple times seeking assistance. While Walmart representatives were courteous, the platform ultimately provided very limited support once the dispute involved a third-party seller. The seller stated that it could not identify the product, and the manufacturer stated that it could not process the warranty claim without additional product information. As a result, despite having proof of purchase and documentation of the defect, I was unable to obtain warranty service for a product sold with a 10-year warranty. My concern is that consumers rely on Walmart Marketplace as a trusted platform. When products with long-term warranties are sold through the platform, there should be a practical way for customers to obtain warranty support when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

His race/ethnicity is revealed for identity purposes. When I arrived in Auto Center, no one was behind checkout station. Funny part is I pressed the button on the credit/debit card machine that said "press here for assistance." Yet it took 2 presses and about 12 minutes for someone to come out, despite the tons of Walmart employees roaming that whole Auto Center checkout section. Not just order pickers. Folks who worked in Auto Center. I was saying to myself: "If I were a criminal and I walked out Auto Center exit with a cheap candy bar, I guarantee that I would've been tackled immediately by no less than ten Walmart employees in that section. Yet no one could see me waiting on associate?" I came in to purchase a battery that was clearly priced on the website for $139. I even scanned the barcode. It showed the same price. Yet it had a different price of $144 for in store. Ive had this issue at other Walmarts. They honored online price after taking my word or checking their Walmart app. Also, if you check Walmart price match policies, it clearly says: "For items purchased in a Walmart U.S. store, we will match the price of the identical item advertised on Walmart.com." It also says: "The customer must inform the Walmart associate of the price at the time of checkout. The identical item (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, or color, etc.) must be currently in-stock and available to purchase on Walmart.com at the time the Price Match is requested. I adhered to those policies. However, this "SHAUN" guy gave me a hard time and said "We don't do that. You have to order it online." Which is the most ignorant crap he could've said. I didn't argue with him. I just bought the battery for his price. I couldn't wait to leave this negative review. This guy lied, just to prevent me from paying merely $5 less . Also, my core was right next to the new battery. The "SHAUN" guy asked me if I wanted to leave the core here. I said to my self, "this guy thinks that I just carried this 46 lb battery in this store just to take it back?" At any rate, a lightning bulb in his brain lit up and I got my $15 core charge deducted from total. Paid for battery and left. The "SHAUN" guy never said thanks or anything else that normal Walmart associates would say after completing a successful transaction. That was Today. That sealed the deal for a 1 star review. I swear. Previously, I ordered 4 tires for my moms on Walmart's website. Had them shipped to this Walmart tire center. When I placed order, I also scheduled their installation service. Tires were prepaid. Install service was to be paid upon receipt. Appointment was scheduled. 2 hours before appointment, this Walmart tire location canceled installation and changed order to pick up. Reason listed is they didn't have tires available. Order status changed to "delayed." A day later, a Walmart website email confirmed pick up availability. I called Walmart tire center. They rarely answer the phone. So I had to call them on 5 different occasions on the same day to get someone to answer. A person answer and scheduled an appointment for next week. Which was 3 days before tire order would've been canceled due to non pick up. I agreed. Went to scheduled appointment. They claimed they can only find 3 tires. After waiting 30-35 minutes passed appointment time, they came out and told me that the 4th tire is still in transit. They told me to come back in a few days, which would've been passed the order pick up date. I explained that info to their representative. They told me to come back a day before pick up date. But couldn't confirm that the 4th tire would be in stock. They didn't even have the ability to track the 4th tire. That same day, I left and got some brand new tires from a small tire shop down the street. Like most say, if you order tires from Walmart's website, have them shipped to your house or a friend's. Then take them to a tire shop and have them mounted/balanced/installed. My Walmart website order was canceled as I never went back to pick up tires.

Okay here is some observations while shopping, saw a guy in a blue sweatshirt with his phone with a stop watch Timing each persons going through the doors near the butter area. Micro managing? Witnessing team leads being pushy and degrading to some workers because they aren't satisfied with what they see? This is not proper managing don't degrade or say things in front of customers we use to call this being on stage. It's the holidays and perfection insensitive is not needed. Customers are going to mess things up all you can do is Patchwork and make it look the best The new vest don't reflect the manor of the Team Leads if not on a phone they are huddled talking for a half Hour or more. I take my time when I shop. As for the coaches some are a little critical, get rid of the smug Face when a customer says hello. The workers that are shoppers with the carts they look so unhappy I understand they Are under a time crunch but you can't even ask them a question it's like they are told to ignore the customers? They why Where the vest I like to help? Most cashiers are friendly I have to say. But I have scan and go. Last weekend my wife and I were shopping and we know some Of the employees since we are loyal customers since it first opened and when it re opened due to unforeseen situation I won't Disclose. When we were talking to employees we knew a Hispanic employee can to our register and she hovered over our Basket with her phone. I don't know what her issues was we scanned all our items. And we were paying on line. She made me feel like we were being monitored for theft, WTH. Don't make customers feel that way.. I pay for the Walmart plus service. It's a service that I like very much. But to be micro checking is not a customer service. Yes I understand there are some who abuse this privilege but if your going to micro monitor all customers in the plus area Then stop the plus application, who's going to want to have this if you're going to be hovered over every time you shop? To note, the best department is fresh food and bakery the Team lead and his employees under him are great customers service Attentive and always friendly. Always hairnet on great job to the Team lead running this area If I didn't think this was a decent Walmart I would be going to Santa Fe Springs Walmart. The reason I am posting this is To the current Store manager and Coaches or also known as assistant manager customer service is job number one! Make your employees feel wanted, compliment their work don't micro manage and degrade, Training is key. Yes customers can be entitled and rude, but teaching to be friendly regardless keeps customers coming back. Want a quick bite, everywhere you look around (unless there is some rain or sprinkles) you can smell food at every corner. Want to buy some freshly grown veggies and fruits, I know a spot. What about getting a NFL or MLB or MLS jersey, I know a few spots! Might be sold-out or limited stock towards the end of the year/season. Just keep that in mind. Collectibles to stickers to custom made, there is multiple shops to spend your weekend checking out, bring cash, most still accept cash while some do accept cards. We have come to look for our favorite sellers, but they are not always here. So, if you see something you want, get it now, because it (or they) might not be available when you come back. Did I mention FREE parking? Friday night bands typically start at 7pm and are posted on their website, they have lots of seating and stand-up bar tables to enjoy your beverage or food. Come and enjoy the atmosphere! It's family friendly. Little kids are free (not age - it's by height - somewhere along 50" and under) with paying adult. She gave me the manager phone number to call, when the manager want to talk to her through my phone even the phone was on speaker, she refused to talk. I mostly go to the one near my work in Simi Valley or Burbank. So what brings me today, I was looking for some baby facial wipes and I saw that Walmart had a great deal on it at this location only. All other Walmart location has it for triple the price, which is shocking. So I ordered it online so I could go pick it up. My order was ready in the morning so that's when I came. I also had to get some more baby food and snacks for my daughter so I walked inside the store. The baby stuff are on the second floor toward the back which isn't efficient in my mind but maybe it's due to people stealing baby items. I used the self checkout which was simple to pay for my items. I then did the curb side pickup for my online order.

Cons: A lot of the items are locked up due to theft, and staff sometimes takes a long time to assist you when you are waiting. Its an unfortunate reality but it does add to the time spent in store.

But my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. On April 5, 2026, I placed a small order for pots, pans, and silverware, with a scheduled delivery date of April 7. That date came and went, and I received no delivery. When I called customer service, I was told their best suggestion was a 15% discount on anything over $25--hardly an acceptable resolution for missing a scheduled delivery for a small order. This type of service is shocking from a company of Walmart's size and resources. Their treatment of customers has become unacceptable. Having worked at Walmart during the holiday season, I understand the high turnover, but that doesn't excuse poor service or negligence. Walmart needs to improve its customer service and delivery standards. It's disappointing to see such a huge corporation ignoring the importance of customer satisfaction. This experience has left a very bad taste, and I won't be doing business with them again unless significant improvements are made.
