I have been taking my Fantasy belt here for years, every year seems like it gets worse. This year, the woman helping me did not follow my directions at all, literally threw away seven years of plaques that I had on my belt Fantasy Football belt. Owner mentioned that they weren't sure if I wanted to keep them or not, but I believe that's the reason that I left my phone number. They mentioned they would give me a call if they had any questions, very unprofessional. Worst part is that the owner still tried to charge me for the work. We have been coming to this place over the course of 4 months creating samples in hopes of hopefully going into mass production. Over the course of 4 months they have still failed to produce a correct jersey for our company. Each time we have a jersey sample made it comes back incorrect, either with something missing or placed in the wrong place. In addition each time the jersey has been late, I have gone in several times to pick up samples and they have not been done on time. I have never been notified letting me know they would be late. I have walked in several times and stood there for 5-10 min while employees walked past me ignoring me and not greeting me. The customer service here is horrible and a lot of the issues could have been avoided should the staff here know how to correct issues and address customers properly. When we spoke to one of their employees asking what we could do to fix the error she made and move forward she said that she no longer wanted to work with us. We could have taken our business elsewhere a long time ago but continued to place trust in this company, our mistake in trusting them to correct their issues. read more

Got jerseys made here twice for my baseball team. Both times the jerseys weren't ready when they were suppose to be ready. You'd expect them to offer some kind of discount or apology for being more than 2 weeks late but nothing more than a "sorry". Jerseys are ok quality but what's really important here is not to promise a customer a date when they'll be ready then having to wait another 2-3 weeks to recieve them. read more

What a HUGE disappointment!!!! Placed an order for girls soccer team medals & coaches plaques 3 weeks in advance. Showed up to pick them up and I was told my order was not ready because what I ordered was not in stock. Well, in 3 weeks no one called me to see if I wanted to chose something else. Now the time is here & I have NOTHING to present our team after a hard earned season. I can't believe this place. I should of walked out the day I placed the order, poor customer service! I had to make another trip the following day to at least pick up the coaches plaques, cause those were not ready either! Later I was told that my order had been "misplaced" and that's why they didn't have my order. What can you expect from a place that just looks messy to begin with?! So UPSET over this situation... (which we always get our stuff made here) and they wait till the day before I need them to b ready to tell me that they can only do 1 color. If I want 2 colors I have to wait. Horrible Customer Service !!! Seriously! It never fails every time I have walked inside this business I feel invisible nobody greets me or ask me what do I need or what is the reason for my visit. While an old man ( the owner) is explaining to another customer (why he can't admit that his kids- store employees are fucking up or doing mistakes) because the customer is infuriated over some mistake or misunderstanding from another employee ( one of his kids ) I'm waiting by the other counter being totally ignored by a female employee ( another of his kids ) for about 30 minutes !!! And the only reason I didn't walk out on this business for good was because I needed to pick up my printed t-shirts .This place really needs to hire a few people to make their business better seriously !! I know this is a family owned business but they would seriously benefit from hiring a few new people to help around from greeting customers to organizing orders or double checking them, just my humble opinion. But to be honest I did feel very very upset the time I was waiting there feeling invisible, is not a nice feeling specially when you're in a RUSH!!! If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I came with the hopes that I'd be coming to a more friendly, family owned place. Nope, wrong! Terrible customer service. I was left unattended, without even a greeting for 30 min. Then, once I finally got helped, the guy who was helping me out, forgot about my request and was helping out a different customer. Now, I came for a second time, not sure why, and the lady who was at front just referred me to a different place. This is not a professional place. Again, terrible and rude people.
