I wanted some quick food for dinner, and they had some really good pre-made sandwiches! I had one for dinner. They also had a pretty good selection of beer; I bought a tall boy to have with dinner. They do have a produce section so I bought a bag of salad for lunch the next day, and they have general groceries as well. They also have a small ice cream scoop area, and there is a 1 stall restroom for customers. So glad this grocery store was available, and open until 8p so I was able to pick up dinner at 7 before going to my hotel!

Even with how busy they were, we never felt overlooked. We ordered the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and the bacon cheeseburger with fries. I completely forgot to take pictures of our entrées because they looked so good, and before I knew it, there wasn't a single crumb left on either plate! Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Thankfully, I remembered to snap a picture of dessert before we devoured it!!!! A hot, fresh-baked brownie topped with ice cream that was nothing short of incredible. It was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. When I questioned this, the bartender's response was to tell me I "didn't need an attitude." I've written maybe five Yelp reviews in my life, but this experience deserves to be shared. The way we were treated was humiliating, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. It felt like we were being singled out simply because I have a disability and rely on a service animal. All six of us got up and left because of how we were treated. Small businesses deserve support when they treat people with respect. This business did the opposite. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with open arms. We had our medical service dog with us, and instead of questioning us, the staff immediately commented on how incredibly well-behaved he was--even joking that they wanted to keep him because he was such a good boy. The owner came over to introduce himself, made us feel genuinely welcome, and even treated us to a special whiskey dessert drink that was absolutely delicious. The food was fantastic, the cocktails were expertly made, the wine selection was excellent, and our kids had a great time. To top it all off, there was an old-school piano player creating the perfect atmosphere. It was one of those dining experiences that reminds you what true hospitality feels like.
