If you want a homemade hamburger, this is your place! Literally a burger as if we made it ourselves - thick patty and seasoned to perfection. All veggies were fresh and we loved the side of pinto beans. Waitresses were extremely pleasant, friendly and attentive. At one point I need an extra napkin because the burger was so juicy and the waitress noticed without me asking she brought more. Ambiance was nice, nothing fancy, and Family friendly for good for and a good prices. Plus - we did not have to wait!! Great job KMC!!

Be prepared for a wait, but it's worth it! Everything is made fresh and with a lot of flavor- I had the burrito with sausage and green chili sauce. It was so good! I am always hesitant about Mexican food outside of Texas, but this was pure joy. My mom and I sat outside to enjoy the fresh, cool air. The service was great and I'd visit again if I'm ever in town.

A little mountain gem! Tucked away a block or so from the tourist traps is a true local dinner with friendly service and unpretentious atmosphere. The menu is pretty basic, but that's because their focus is definitely on quality! I ordered the Rueben and was every bit as good as I have had in major metropolitan restaurants. Definitely worth the extra steps from the train depot!

This was a really cold and tedious start to the day. There was a pretty long wait on a Sunday morning at 8:45 but they won't let you put your name in or give you an estimate for how much longer it might be so we ended up just standing in the cold wondering if we should leave or not for awhile. They also kept asking the two of us and the couple behind us if we would mind sharing a table and seated a group of 4 behind us rather than just seating us at a 4 person table (I could see 2 people at a 4 person table through the door from where I was standing) which made the wait longer. Sitting outside in the shade on a chilly morning was a huge mistake, there was a long wait for food once we had ordered and by the time it arrived I just wanted to eat as fast as possible so we could leave. The food was fine and service was friendly but I definitely won't be coming back.

Ordered a transitional breakfast. Food had excellent flavor. Fast service and friendly waitress from WV :) I would eat here again! Bathroom was also the storage room. Was kind of run down bathroom.

Great place to eat, very friendly staff and I'd suggest getting the burger. Not too busy either!

A little farther walk from the train station. It worth it. Less crowded too. Had a wonderful BLT and peach pie. Yummy!!

The waitress taking down names seemed dazed, related to how to manage. Someone older and more experienced saw us, came over, answered our question about the wait, and immediately sat us. We very much appreciated it. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, checking in on us very often. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, the strawberry walnut salad, and the half order of chicken. The salad was fresh and tasted really good. I liked the vinaigrette that was offered. I also really liked the chicken sandwich. It tasted great with the fries after a long day of exploring and hiking. I'd definitely come back. I couldn't believe how many people were seated inside, and it seemed they had everything under control. People were enjoying themselves.

From the moment we sat down, the service was impeccable. Multiple staff members checked on us throughout our meal, kept our drinks topped off, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even with how busy they were, we never felt overlooked. We ordered the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and the bacon cheeseburger with fries. I completely forgot to take pictures of our entrées because they looked so good, and before I knew it, there wasn't a single crumb left on either plate! Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Thankfully, I remembered to snap a picture of dessert before we devoured it!!!! A hot, fresh-baked brownie topped with ice cream that was nothing short of incredible. It was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. The atmosphere is fun and lively, the food is phenomenal, and the service is some of the best we've experienced. This was an outstanding dining experience, and we'll most definitely be back!

Instead of being welcomed, we were immediately interrogated by the woman at the front, then questioned again by the bartender. We were seated and left sitting there for 30 minutes without a single person taking our order or offering service. Our waitress even apologized and admitted she "hates that she can't help us," making it obvious the staff had intentionally decided not to serve us. Throughout the entire time, my service dog was exactly where a service dog should be--quietly lying under the table at my feet, causing absolutely no disruption. After waiting half an hour, I finally asked if we were ever going to be served. That's when we were told the issue was my service dog. When I questioned this, the bartender's response was to tell me I "didn't need an attitude." I've written maybe five Yelp reviews in my life, but this experience deserves to be shared. The way we were treated was humiliating, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. It felt like we were being singled out simply because I have a disability and rely on a service animal. All six of us got up and left because of how we were treated. Small businesses deserve support when they treat people with respect. This business did the opposite. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I sincerely hope no one else has to experience the kind of discrimination we did.
