We immediately placed the order for the lamb makluba, knowing that it would take about 45 minutes to prepare. We also ordered the tabouleh, Za'atar & Cheese, the Olive Bistro Spread, and mixed grill for 4. The Za'atar & Cheese was like a pizza, minus tomato sauce. The Olive Bistro Spread came with hummus, baba ghanouj, labneh, muhammara, two cheese rolls, and two fried kibbeh, accompanied by warm pita bread. It was a lot of food, my favorite dip was the labneh. Mix Grill for 4 came with six kofta kebabs, two shish kebabs, and four chicken kebabs, served alongside tender beef shawarma, grilled vegetables, house rice, and warm spicy bread.
