We ordered two chicken gyros and it was delicious! We decided to sit outside since the weather was cool, and they brought out our dishes to us. The fries were so hot and salty, which to me is the perfect kind of fries. The chicken gyros was perfectly seasoned and cooked topped with a few veggies. I do wish they added more tzatziki sauce, but that's something I could've asked for as a side sauce. I will definitely be back because the food was giving just what I needed. After the best Greek place in the Wayne area closed up shop (very sadly), decided to finally give another one a chance; although, to call this is Greek feels wrong. Everything was bland and awkward tasting (definitely didn't feel well the next morning) including the tzatziki which was insanely watery and leaked everywhere in the bag - but don't worry, was still all water when it got home. The language they were speaking wasn't Greek so I assume it's maybe some take on it. It was pretty dirty inside so I blame our curiosity for overtaking common sense. Normally I'd take the L and move on but there's something weird about an employee trying to get an extra $2.50 out of a customer after the tab was already determined. Not sure if it was just that employee or if that's common practice there but it definitely doesn't sit well. Nothing there did. I'll gladly drive all the way back to Astoria to avoid another experience like this. How disappointing. read more

Wanted to try new place while in the area and decided on this place. The people were nice but I think it took a very long time to reviver my order when there was no one else in the restaurant. My meal was good but there needs to be a bigger rice ratio. If I'm in the area I might try this place again and update the review...I'd still say to try it out just might have to wait a little and not expect too much rice. read more

Husband & I dropped in for a quick lunch. There's one table & a table near the window to sit. It was pretty empty but the phone kept ringing for takeout orders. We sat down & were able to order. We ordered the grilled haloumi & dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) to start. Cheese was really delicious - just the right amount of salty & melts in your mouth. Dolmades were also tasty but could use a spritz of lemon. As the main, we both got lunch platters - gyro & chicken. Portions are huge, I ended up taking some of mine home. Great experience & really delicious food that came out quick. Highly reccomend!! read more

The worst Greek food I've had. I ordered a gyro for lunch one of the most basic dishes they have. It looked like dog food when I opened it. The tziki sauce was watered down and had no flavor. And after spending $32 on 2 lunch specials the food was freakin cold!!! Worst food ever. read more

HOW is it possible to make Greek food with no flavor???? Some sort of bad magic? Got take-out. Gyro meat = no flavor. Rice = no flavor. Do NOT eat here. There are six Greek restaurants within 5 miles of this place, all of which serve food that actually tastes like something. This food, on the other hand, has ZERO flavor. For over 50 years I have eaten Greek food everywhere from Greece to NYC to food trucks at North Jersey craft shows. The food from this place is the worst I have ever (not) tasted. The end. Fairly new to the neighborhood, Little Greek is a very small restaurant with outdoor seating. Seems like it's mostly takeout though. I ordered the apple avocado walnut salad with a lemon vinaigrette. It was huge and delicious. The grilled calamari with black olives was fine but nothing special. The lemon potatoes were a big hit; nice sized potion and yummy. The falafel was a bit dry- the only dud. My friend loved the shrimp saganaki and it all came out in about pretty quickly. So all in all, it was a good deal. Lots of food, mostly very good and all came to around $50. Next time I'll try the branzino! read more

Ordered via GrubHub and thought the salmon looked beautiful on the site. No indication in description that there was any bread or wheat in dish, but specified no gluten or wheat in comments... $20 meal came with a large piece of (what looks like delicious bread) on top - rendering the whole meal useless. Was craving a gyro...Ordered for pickup...this was the worst gyro I've ever had.. tasteless...quality was crap... essentially was eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich....to top it all off..the French fries looked and tasted uncooked...I tried to cook them longer at home and they dried out...Ultimately were not real potatoes..lol NEVER AGAIN...not sure how this place is open for business. read more

This place recently opened. We tried out the lunch gyro platter for the price it was decent amount of food, and tasty. Gyro came with rice, salad, tzatziki sauce, pita bread and can of soda we paid $10.95 we also had chicken gyro sandwich with fries, was so good. My friend had falafel with tahini sauce and some hummus she loved it. Fried calamari was very good and sauce was delicious! We will definitely order it again. Great Greek food at a great price. Wife and I ate take out twice for dinner. First time, she had chicken souvlaki with rice and I had the gyro platter with fries. Both very tasty and great portions for the price. The salad on the side feels more like toppings for the souvlaki or gyro so thats how i ate it. Tzatziki sauce was perfectly balanced and enough for the portion of food. Second time we both got chicken souvlaki with rice and think its the best dish on menu. Was in the area with my son and we were both in the mood for kebabs. So we did a Google search and this place came up. Man what an awesome find! The owner/chef is a great guy, friendly and obviously (and rightfully) proud of his business. The food just knocks it out of the park. Everything is fresh and expertly cooked. The plating is paid attention to and the food looks almost as good as it tastes (the taste is just out of this world). Portions are enough to fill you without overstuffing yourself and it's all high quality. It's not a big place, indoor seating is limited to a counter and one small table and there are 3-4 outside tables so I could see it filling up fast but they do offer takeout so you can always get it to go.
