You can choose white rice, brown rice, no rice, and even a greens base. Then you get three proteins yes, three. Options include tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, spicy salmon, shrimp, tofu, crab meat, and chicken. From there, it's toppings galore: avocado, cucumbers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, mango, masago, seaweed salad, and crunchy add-ons like fried garlic or fried onions. The variety alone deserves applause. And then... the sauces. This is where you can really get creative.
