    Beef Plate

Not as advertised, with the food looking nothing as displayed on the menu. Plate came with a side of beef, mac and entree of rice. Overall food was below average at best.

The meat is hard overcooked like the scraping from the bottom of the grill at the end of the night.

The meat is hard overcooked like the scraping from the bottom of the grill at the end of the night. Food was cold and the meat was barely 2 ounces. This is GARBAGE and I wont eat it and I will NEVER order this trash again. Absolutely disgusting I won't feed this to my dogs. I could have opened a couple cans for a better lunch. Please to NOT give my money to THESE PEOPLE

This place is now called big kahuna Hawaiian barbecue. It is delicious. Look how pretty it was delivered. This was an Uber eats order. It arrived quick. It was still nice and hot, but still crispy and delicious. Great flavor to the chicken super juicy love the pasta salad I added a little hot sauce, but that's just me, and you can never go wrong with the Hawaiian bun.

Ordered chicken katsu, and teriyaki chicken and it was loaded with with rice about a quarter of a breast if that with no sauce was dry and tasteless not even worth the tray it was served on.

Kalua pork plate. Slow cooked pork (a balance of sweet and salty), macaroni salad, rice, and a sweet hawaiian roll

I have now ordered from here several times, always placing an order online and usually having it delivered, but this last time I came to pick it up in person. If you do come in person, know that you are looking for Fuku Sushi, as the pickups for Hana Hawaiian BBQ are made here. This caused a ton of confusion when I was trying to find where to go, and I had to match up the address to find the right place. The food does vary; this last time I think it tasted better than usual with some sesame seeds and green onion garnish on top of the meat, but had less meat than previously. Pick up can be hit or miss. I had to wait for a bit as no one was at the front desk, even though I could see my order right behind the counter. Now the reason why this is a 3.5 star, rounded up to 4 star, is because you can often find a deal if you order this online (and it's a shame they have such a low rating on Yelp, but I definitely didn't order any of the burgers just to be safe). Uber eats often has a BOGO deal for the plates (meat plus macaroni salad plus rice plus hawaiian roll), and $6 off your 3rd order. I think GrubHub also has a deal. I like to get the Uber eats deal, so I can have an extra meal for the next day. I prefer the pork over the chicken or beef since it's not quite as sweet; the teriyaki sauce comes on the side rather than on top. The taste is alright, the portions of meat could be better, but when I'm getting two full meals (possibly more if I'm less hungry and they don't skimp on the meat) for about 14 bucks when I pick up in person, it's hard to beat this cost effective solution.

Straight up trash, money grab. We got teriyaki chicken plates and Maui burgers. Both were 2-4-1, but even so, neither were worth even half price. There are SIX bite sized pieces of chicken and a couple tablespoons of sauce on each plate, the macaroni salad is literally mayo and noodles only, and the burger was the size of a McDonalds regular burger. The burger was supposed to have grilled pineapple and grilled avocado on it - it had a slice of canned pineapple and two slices of unripe avocado. Just gross and disappointing. Save yourself the sadness and save your money. Skip this place entirely.

Is this a scam? Barely see the steak. Scam. Look at what they advertise and what they send out. I'm sick of Uber eats scams.

So first picture is what I ordered. Second picture is what I got. I mean you can barely see any steak. Just say you're selling Mac and rice and 0.01 beef or steak or whatever this is. Sick of no integrity Uber eats restaurant.

Brand new plate just opened (lizard not included)

I enjoyed it. Unknown (possibly not real) store but ok portions and food. Worth the price. I read all the bad reviews as it was on the way . Personally I don't think it's too bad at all . The 2 for 1 deal on Uber eats is definitely a good deal and just one of the plates was very filling . Use your own sauce for more flavor since it can be a bit bland. Thank you :)

2-for-1 deal isn't worth it since the food is bland. Plating looked rushed. Mac salad was dry and didn't have any discernible seasoning.

She is the exact personality you want for events, easygoing, funny, kind, and dedicated. (And she has great taste in music!) I also want to share that when some of our participants were stranded by a car they had booked that never showed, Chef Karen went way above and beyond the call of duty, and made sure that the attendees got to their plane on time. Obviously, this isn't a thing that should be expected, but it's important to name things out loud when folks are extra-awesome. And Chef Karen is 100% extra-awesome! My only complaint is that she lives on the other side of the country, so it will be awhile before I get to have her food again. But if you're near Tucson, get some Chef Karen in your life!

I most highly recommend her.

If you just type in their address, it doesn't put you in the right spot. You have to park in the parking lot off of Main Street and then walk around to get to the entrance. Today, I thought I'd pick up a few things for lunches this week and some wellness shots for my husband and I was coming from an unfamiliar direction and I was lost and sent off course down 2nd Street since my last review, I've tried some of their made to order smoothies and boy. What a treat. I like the peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie very much. They've updated the look of their menu so it's much better lit when it was previously written out by hand and now it's just much more professional with pictures. The location is very small, but there is seating and a microwave, to heat up and enjoy any of the prepped meals out of the refrigerated cases. I feel that their prepared meals are generous size and usually have trouble eating the whole thing and try to just eat half, saving the other half for lunch the next day. I believe each entrée is $11 and they're made in the morning and they put on their expiration date so if you buy it take it home you know you'll need to eat it in a few days. The labels on the meals are color-coded, and so if you are looking for certain types of meals, look on their website and I'll give you a color key based on the type of diet you're following on which meals to pick. Since I am allergic to celery and fennel, I know that those ingredients are none of their meals and so I know I can safely eat without worrying about allergies. Taking that into account, I love their chipotle meatloaf; a dish that typically has celery mixed in. I've encouraged my friends and they have all agreed that Warfuel kitchen is a great spot for people who interested in getting freshly prepared meals to go.

Sam was incredibly helpful in creating a vegan-friendly, protein-packed meal. Most places don't allow protein substitutes, but she suggested using chickpeas in their teriyaki rice box, and let me tell you, it was delicious and satiating. The presentation of the food is what you'd call eye candy, and the portions are substantial. This place is definitely worth the visit, a true hidden gem in Tucson. Thanks again Sam!

I hired Craig and his team to cater my wedding, which took place at a remote venue about 2 hours outside of Tucson. The event was a challenge because not only was it remote, but I was also planning the event from the other side of the country. That meant I didn't have the benefit of meeting with caterers in person, trying food in advance, and undertaking all the traditional steps of finding vendors for a wedding. I knew I had found the right person to handle the event from the very first call. He was cordial, asked the right questions, clearly communicated his requirements, and was honest. He didn't disappear or go radio silent after I signed the contract and he was communicative all the way through the planning process and leading up to the event. About two months before the event, he graciously drove the two hours out to the venue to conduct a property walk-through with me when I was in town for the holidays. He refused additional reimbursement for his time or gas money to get out to the venue. In the last month leading up to the event, I communicated to Craig that a few of my guests had some allergies, and one was vegan. This was a quaint wedding of only about 20 people, so that meant coming up with some original alternatives for those few individuals. Furthermore, I hired him to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner the day of the wedding, which exasperated those challenges. On the day of the event, he had a custom vegan-friendly dish prepared for all three meals and took extraordinary precautions to prevent allergen cross-contamination. Every single meal was punctual, artfully presented, and delicious. This is not your standard wedding food or copy-and-paste banquet meal. Craig is extraordinarily talented and was continuously present throughout each meal to greet guests and present his dishes. Every guest was impressed and raving about the food. In addition to the tremendous food, Craig also helped to arrange servers for the event and even helped bring additional tables for the event. Craig is just a genuinely good person and you cannot do better than hiring him for your next event.
