My server, Josh, came right over, was personable, and proactively let me know they don't carry white toast, offering sourdough as an alternative without me having to ask. I also had the chance to chat with Erin, the banquet manager, who brought a warm and welcoming energy to the floor. That kind of manager presence was completely absent on day one and made a noticeable difference. Bottom line: The kitchen is solid, both visits confirmed that.
