I ordered a large size banner for my birthday/engagement party. I sent them lots of pictures that I wanted on there and gave them an idea of what I wanted. They were able to make me the best banner I could possibly imagine. The picture were clear and the banner was well made. It will definitely last along time. The turn around time was way faster than I thought but they didn't compromise quality. I'm definitely coming back here again and can't imagine using anywhere else. I have been tremendously pleased with two projects (thus far) that involves the publication of a client journal/magazine that I print for my work as a dealer and consultant in European and American fine arts. If I could give 6 stars, I would! The personal service, print quality and prices are beyond excellent! A few months ago I completed some digital paintings and began the search for the perfect print shop to make posters. After researching over 30 different printers, both local and remote online services, I had narrowed it down to a few. When I emailed Design Printing asking for quotes, the phone response I received from Cliff to clarify some details was so warm and heartfelt, it really set them aside from every other company I'd contacted thus far. Although I was certainly impressed with the quality of interaction, I still needed to be satisfied with their rates to move forward with them. It turns out their printing prices ranked in the top 2 of my extensive search, plus they were local, and used all eco-friendly materials! When I came in person, the front office was filled with trophies and awards for excellence in printing. Cliff gave me a personal tour, and it was obvious the people working there loved their work, and were experts at what they did. Cliff answered all my questions and gave me personal guidance on the best processes to use for my print job. I left feeling like a VIP, and each time I return, the feeling is the same. After the first test run came back, some of the blue tones were not right because I had provided RGB files, and the automatic conversion to CMYK didn't yield the results I desired. Though this was my error, Cliff encouraged me to run some color tests for no charge, and only when I finally got the look I wanted, did we do a final run of posters. The final results are beautiful! I took the file to Design Printing after reading good reviews and they did an INCREDIBLE job with our invitations, RSVP cards, rehearsal dinner cards and envelopes. I had a last minute design request for a teaching project I was working on, a game board I needed blown up and printed on a poster board in high quality.
