I went to this shop for a haircut, and the barber was very rude and careless. He didn't listen to what I asked for and ruined my curls. He cut only one side and left the other side uneven. When I asked him to fix it, he said, "It's fine like that," and didn't care at all. I will never go to this shop again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. Today is November 8. I walked in at about 130. I called them prior to driving here from Walnut Creek. They said that they could do a die and a cut I arrived and they pretty much told me to go to another place rudely the person that did my hair last time when I came wasn't in and one of the hairdressers tried to contact her and another employee snatched the phone out of her hand and pretty much told her no, and they kicked me out of the store saying that I should ask the people at the Next-door salon called beauty supply salon! The level of rudeness that I was met with was something I have never been dealt with before. It was the Asian woman with the short blonde hair with a high the male that is bald and the woman who attempted to call the lady who worked with me last time Was a brunette. I have no bad things to say about her as she was trying to help me out the salon obviously does not have any customer service skills. They should not even be in service. I will never recommend this place to anybody if I could sit outside this salon twice a week with picket signs I probably would, but I don't have time for all that! I apologize to the woman who did work on my hair the original time, but I will no longer be coming here or telling anybody about this place. I will be however, promoting the next-door salon as they were super helpful and at least try to understand what I was trying to explain to them I hope you guys learn some better customer service because if you guys keep on going this way your service , your business, will probably be shut down very soon read more

I really like this place for fast and cheap service. You never have to wait in line more than 5 minutes. Simple haircuts cost $10 and take maximum 10 minutes. Of course it's not super fancy barbershop, but they can give you a really good haircut for $10. If you're looking for fast service - this is your place. read more

Excellent haircut!! I got a fade and they did it well! It was fast and the price for mens haircut was awesome! $12 plus $1 if your paying with debit card. If you pay cash it's only $12. If I could give them one star I would. I took my son for a haircut and while I was trying to explain to her how I wanted the cut said I know, I know. The lady was very dismissive and to top it off she asked if I wanted her to line him up, I said yes because he already had a line up from a previous haircut (not at designer cuts) and I thought she would just follow the same line... Came in hear for the first time thanks to my mom's recommendation. They were busy when we arrived, and they were understaffed. BUT the people were nice and they greeted us. I didn't like the wait time. We must have waited about thirty minutes. Then again, like I said, they were understaffed and had only two people cutting hair. I knew what I wanted to get. This place is fine for a basic haircut or getting your nails done. I really wanted nail art, but they acted like they didn't want to do it, then they said they could draw a flower, but that was it. They said they didn't have the paint colors, but the colors were clearly displayed on the wall. So I was disappointed that not only did they only put 1 coat of polish on my nails, but no nail art, & I already chipped the paint. At least the place was cheap & my nails look better now than when I walked it. read more

AVOID! Their customer service deserves less than one star. I was a regular customer that got a decent haircut every month here so I thought I'd bring my mother here so she could get a pedicure done. They were not thankful at all that I brought them more business. As we went to pay for both a mens haircut and woman's pedicure, they refused to give me another stamp on the free haircut for men's card. They could clearly see that I have been there before as I already have collected stamps previously. Even with the pedicure that cost 3 times more than a men's haircut, another scheduled appointment for a woman's haircut for next week, and a 5 dollar tip, they still held their ground and wouldn't give me another stamp after all the money spent there. To me, that was like a slap to the face. We ended up canceling the appointment next week and told them they lost a customer and our business for good. Still the guy there smiled like he didn't care. That is not a good business practice as they rather choose to burn their regular customers. I recommend to avoid this place at all cost. read more

As we walked in the door we were greeted with a stiff what do you want (not even a hello) when I replied a hair cut for my son she said I ready now come on. She didn't even acknowledge my son nor make him feel comfortable in any way shape or form. Not only that I had to tell her what we wanted because she didn't even ask! As she was cutting my sons hair she nicked him behind the ear and didn't even say sorry or ask if he was ok and to top it off, the cut was pretty pathetic for a so called professional. There was even an older gentleman in the chair next to us attempting to make small talk with the guy cutting his hair and all he got were short almost robotic like responses. And when the gentleman realized that it was pretty much a one sided conversation he just stopped trying. All in all it was a horrible first experience for my son and I, and I wouldn't recommend nor return. This place is ridiculous!!! My husband went in and got his hair cut, the man who cut it made him look hilarious so I had him go back in the next day to get it fixed. The people who were working thru a fit and The man who actually cut his hair lied to our face and said he didn't cut my husbands hair. If I could give a -5 stars I will. I am having a hard time finding the words to describe the terrible experience that I just had with business. My wife needed to have a simple hair washed, and blow dry. First she was met by Kim, who I assumed is the owner of the business, the attitude she had was much less than welcoming. After a brief explanation of what my wife wanted/needed she proceed to performed the work for which she was sought out for. When I saw my wife I couldn't believe the quality of the work that I was looking at. Her hair looked it was handled by a toddler who was using a garden blower. OMG I can't believe that we actually paid for this horrendous service. When trying to explain Kim that her work was much less than acceptable, her reply was: it because you have too much hair. "Are you kidding me?" since when the quantity of hair leads to a horrendous service experience?.
