If I could give 0 stars I would for sure do that. I have actually gone to this place 3 times. The only reason I have been here 3 times was because they are open later than other nail salons. My last visit here was my last. I had acrylic fake nails that I asked to be filled in and a lady there said no we dont do that...She then said they only have shellac not acrylic. I agreed to just getting them replaced with shellac. I was then sat down and told they don't have acetone to remove fake nails. She then explained that she could still take them off. She used A PLIER to practically rip off my fake nails!!!!. On my right index finger she ripped off the fake nail along with my real nail! I was in so much pain while she continued to rip my nails apart. I finally told her to stop. She acted like I was baby for jerking around and for being in agonizing pain. My nails were totally damaged after she finally finished. She then said oh no.. I can't do the shellac your nails are too damaged... Just let them breathe and air out for a few days and come back. What I was thinking in my head was (HELL NO **** ) #1 What nail salon doesn't have acetone to remove fake nails or proper equipment? #2 IF I WANTED TO HAVE MY NAILS RIPPED OFF I WOULD OF DONE IT MYSELF! #3 THE PEOPLE HERE ARE SO RUDE. When you walk in they seem mad they have another customer they have to take care of. JEEZZZ..OH NO..WE HAVE MORE BUSINESS... The two previous times I had gone here I had bad experiences that had mostly to do with their terrible customer service skills. FYI !! I am not one of those picky nail princess girls. I hardly ever get my nails done. I just know this place is wrong and a disgrace to the nail salon industry. read more

They don't even deserve one star. No greeting at the door. I walked in before a customer behind me who obviously was a regular. He was greeted and I stood there looking like- hello? Finally I asked for a mani pedi. The response was "you want nail? She busy" and that was it! The lady doing the nails never acknowledged me at all!!!!! The hairstylist did the talking. I wasn't asked to come back later or if I wanted to make an appointment or even told to go to hell. This was the second time this happened. This place is cool. They have big comfy chairs for foot spas and they do haircuts too. I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded, but instead got them waxed ($8) in their little beauty room in the back. Was fast and painless. I laugh when I think of it, because of the way the lady kept pushing my face side to side when she wanted me to move it. Our conversation was pretty sparse, too. read more

This place is great. I only let Camilla cut my hair. I used to cut my own hair and she cuts my hair the way I would do it. Nothing personal to Anthony and Kim for they are good peoples. One good thing about this place is on the backside of their cards they will stamp it after each haircut and after the fifth haircut your sixth one is free. So make sure you ask for a card. My wife and kids also get their haircut here also. Kids haircuts are $8. Overall, a whole family can get haircuts here. I come to this place to get my haircut everytime. Been going here for the past 3 years, highly recommend, service is great, greeted as soon as you enter the door, inexpensive, and very welcoming. This place may be packed at time so it's sometimes best to call before going. Btw when you are paying ask for a stamp card. Every 8th haircut is free, may come in handy. No nonsense type of place. Good prices for haircuts. I usually go to Anthony and have been going to him for years. I don't even have to tell him what I want, I just sit down and he knows what's up. You won't get any conversation or anything like that, just a standard haircut at a good price. They always have the game on in case you have to get your hair cut during a sporting event. read more

i just left there, my hair is so gaped up the only way to fix it is shave it off like a man on sides and back....The female owner in the first chair is who cut it..i asked my hair to be cut like hers...she can curl hers!!! i asked for my money back and she tried to short me by $5.00!!!!! never again!!! i have went to other girls there and gotten good cuts!! BEWARE OF HER SHE IS AN IDIOT AND NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL!!! Her husband was there and when i told him (Anthony) to look at it he just shook his head. I go here to get a nice relaxing pedi. Well today changed everything. I got in the chair they first overflowed the water everywhere then went to drain it which left me with no water. Then 45 mins later filled it with hot water at which time I said this is burning my feet so I guess freezing cold is what I get. Then 5 mins later finally started. Ended up with a good pedi but a natsy taste in my mouth from this experience. I understand you need to make money but make a list tell us it will be an hour. You're located in a shopping center I could have run to another store to kill time. read more

omg i would never go here ever again warning warning really bad hygiene i use to get my hair cut here and i got a fungus infection back of my head. i had to go to the dr and took an anti fungus medicine a topical antibiotics and a gel to kill bacteria. don't go there they do not cleat their hair tools. read more

been coming here with my mom since i was really young, got a terrible eyebrow wax from camilla when she always did a great job with me but it almost seemed like i was a burden to her, rushed and give me some ugly eyebrows. upset but i guess after a few years they don't care about their consistent clients. held them to a high standard but going take my business else where. prices are good if you want half your eyebrow waxed off your face. read more

Anthony from Designer Cuts is the Man! very friendly. Overall a great salon with a friendly staff as well, he makes you feel at home, ive been coming here for a while now and my haircuts are always lookin good!! he cuts my hair and trims my beard, for $10 bucks!!! u cant beat the price for a 10 star haircut!, other thing that is good is you get a card and everytime you go,you get a stamp, and at the six visit your haircut is free!!!! Went here today just for a polish change. I walked in and there was a man and woman working, they showed no smiles or anything. They just asked what I needed and told me to have a seat. The woman walks up to me and says pick a color, so I did. I sat in the chair , she removes most of the Polish, then repaints them w/ no conversation. When she was done, she turned on a fan and had me dry like that. A few mins later she walks up and says," you pay now?". I said that my nails were wet and once they dried, I would. She then said that she could help me get my card, I declined. After another few mins she comes back over to me and was just standing there, I felt so rushed so I just grabbed my purse and got my wallet to pay, even though my nails weren't dried. She grabbed her purse and watched me pay, she was waiting for her tip. I couldn't believe the way this experience went. The color change was okay that's the only reason they got 2 stars. They need to learn better customer service. read more
