When I spoke with the front desk they told me there would be 5 min taken off for consult and another 5 minutes for after the massage. When I called today to book two more 45 minute massages the owner, Jackie, answered the phone and told me they were no longer going to accommodate me and instead needed to book me for 60 minute massages. And that, the 60 minute massage was in fact only 50 minutes hands on, and they would need 5 minutes in the beginning and 5 minutes at the end of the session. I have been getting massages for 20 years and this is the first time I have ever heard of this. Typically the time for the massage starts once the therapist starts and you get your full time, whether it's 45 min or 60 min (not 10 minute less!). Beware of this place as you might get short changed on what you pay for. Not sure how this place has so many five star reviews as the owner was very rude on the phone.

I called to schedule a massage, and the gentleman asked if I wanted a 60-minute or 90-minute massage. I confirmed that I wanted a 90-minute massage. Once I arrived and went into the room, I tried to explain to the therapist that I needed the headrest adjusted and a pillow placed under my legs. My therapist then had to ask the gentleman at the front to come into the room to adjust the headrest and complete the setup that should've already been done. During the massage, I asked several times for adjustments or for her to focus on specific areas, and she could not understand me. Even at the beginning of the massage, I asked if she could use oil instead of lotion because it was pulling out my skin too much, and when she did not understand me, I had to lift my head up and pick it up out of her basket to show her and ask her to use the oil. I'm sorry, but that should not have happened. Then, once I turned over, we went back and forth for way too long because I simply wanted a pillow under my head. At this point, I was so stressed out and just hoping the massage would get better... It did not. Also, the notes I had written on the intake form before the massage were completely ignored. Not only was this massage stressful, it was a 60-MINUTE massage, not the 90-minute massage I booked!!!
