The bathroom exhaust fan was barely working, which made the bathroom feel humid. The room felt very congested with two queen beds and furniture packed tightly, leaving little space to move around. The bathroom sink wasn't draining properly, and when maintenance came, they had to remove the entire top piece to get it to drain. It worked afterward, but it looked unfinished and not what you expect in a hotel room. I mentioned these concerns to the front desk and asked if they could offer any kind of service recovery or a small discount, but they didn't provide anything. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were courteous, but the room conditions and lack of customer service response kept this visit from being better. Three stars.

The one pleasant thing about our stay was while swimming a staff member lent us some floaties. Other than that, our bathroom shower didn't drain properly and flooded the whole bathroom when we showered. Our neighbor to our ajoining room was smoking cigarettes in their room all night with the TV on very loud making it hard to sleep. I notified the front desk regarding the smoking thinking maybe someone was outside our ground floor window smoking infront of our ac. Nothing. Smoke smell got heavier and thicker in our room so I walked out to speak to the front desk. She asked if I'd like to move rooms, barely looked at the computer and said they're all booked. I wanted to make sure we wouldn't be charged for the smoking. Went to check out this morning, and I wasn't asked how my stay was, just asked if I was checking out and told what they needed. When I asked the morning crew about the smoking, no discount, no apology no nothing. Just a shocked look on their faces. No customer service or apology. The night crew lady I spoke to at the front desk came and knocked on our door after I spoke with here. Came in our room and just sprayed some type of "febrezee" or something to maske the odor. So we got to try to go to sleep in fake flowers in cigarettes. I was also told security was coming like they would handle/remove our neighbor. They were there overnight lol so they really didn't do anything to prevent them from continuing to smoke or removing them. What really blew my mind is we were in a handicapped room. God forbid anyone with medical or health issues was staying there and treated like that. Every time I approached the front desk, they were talking to a co worker and you had to wait to get help almost as if I was interrupting them. I'd suggest staying elsewhere if you'd like to get your moneys worth. I also booked online since they've advertised as having room service, room service is a Denny next door that's burnt down. Unfortunately that was one of the main factors for choosing here for us, I hope they update that for others to avoid making the same mistake we made.

I've never had to do that before anywhere, including here, he said I just have to get the information for my boss. I told him is it cool if I hold onto your credit card for three hours, which he responded with no I can't let you have my credit card. So then I said so why should I let you have my credit card? You don't even really Work here apparently and you're trying to hold onto my credit card in three hours. You can waste on my money. He said no I won't do that. I promise. About three hours later he came back to my room gave me back my credit card and kicked me out of the room and told me to go to a different room after I had already put all my stuff down and took a nap and a shower.
