I can't wait to eat my way down this menu with every return trip. The service was excellent! The drinks make you want to belly up to the bar and stay awhile. That was one of the best burgers I've had since I've lived here. I had the Smokehouse burger while my boyfriend opted for the Big Mack burger and a Detroit Coney. We shared a basket of fresh hand cut fries. All... DELICIOUS. Side note my boyfriend must have said 10 times "these fries are hot, exactly how they should be". Needless to say this place gets my vote and we will be back again!

Hear me out.....best burgers I've EVER had. They have some really good wings too and it's 10 for 10 on Wednesdays. Get the hot honey flavor, you won't regret it.

Sundevil burger and Coke! We weren't sure if it was only hot dogs, but it's a variety of sports bar food basically. We were very impressed!

Great place for an authentic Detroit Coney dog. Being a Michigander we think we know a few things about Coney dogs. Met the owner who came out to greet his customers and chat. Nice touch I might add. The Dog was awesome had a little snap to it as it should and the coney sauce was pretty epic. My only hit came in the bun as to why it didn't get 5 stars. Bun was over steamed as it was somewhat hard when it came out. The hand cut fries were some of the best I can remember and was evident when the basket was empty. Nice place to watch a game and have some good authentic Detroit food. We will be back for a loose burger. Thanks

The service was fantastic. The owner checked in multiple times and the server was awesome. The food was very tasty, but the chili I'll admit was a bit bland. The sliders are almost the size of a normal burger, so we had quite a bit of food. Fried zucchini was perfect, and the spicy dip was even better. Only concern is that the food is a bit pricey, as $15 for sliders (no side included) is kinda high. Other than that, I'll definitely return.

Pretty cute spot with great buffalo chicken fry's. Great pretzel bite and cheese. Awesome service and friendly staff very attentive. Everyone seems to work really well together as a team. Very clean place would recommend on a lovely weekend day. They have a great outside place for kids to run around.

I tend to find new places to eat by watching videos on Instagram, and I had been wanting to try this spot for a while since I saw multiple people claiming they have the best burgers around. We ordered a burger and two appetizers -- pretzels with cheese and mozzarella sticks. Where do I start? The pretzels and cheese tasted like they were microwaved, and for a walk-in dine-in restaurant, serving the cheese in a tiny plastic sauce cup was off-putting. The cheese was hot, the cup was starting to melt, and I was worried about potentially consuming some of the melting plastic. The mozzarella sticks seemed store-bought and simply tossed in the deep fryer, rather than handmade. I was most excited for the burger because the Instagram videos made it look dripping with sauce and amazing. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming -- there was hardly any sauce. I asked for a little extra, and unbeknownst to me, they charged an additional dollar for a tiny amount of sauce, which felt disappointing since the burger is advertised as "saucy and drippy." Overall, this experience did not live up to the hype.

I casually stopped by here on a Sunday evening and they were decently busy. I sat myself at the bar. The seats were surprisingly really squishy and made me feel like a little kid, but after a beer or two, I didn't care anymore. I ordered a beer I had never heard of and when I asked if it was orange flavor, the server seemed unsure but didn't offer to let me test it. Thankfully it was delicious! After 1 beer, I ordered some pretzel bites from the appetizer menu and it probably took 15 minutes for them to come out. They were pretty toasted and sitting in what seemed like a lot of butter. They were okay, nothing I was wild about and would order again. Everyone was super friendly and the music wasn't too loud or too quiet. It was just what I needed. Next time I will try something different. Overall, it was a great experience.

This little spot is legit, they have great food, great beer, and really great service. Seems like a clean place and the patio is pretty big! The servers were super sweet and bartender was really chill and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our servers (I can't remember names I'm sorry!) were super helpful in what we should order and even gave recommendations. I got the classic cheeseburger sliders and my boyfriend got the cowboy sliders. They were both really yummy, we also shared some pretzel bites as an appetizer which was good. The food came out very quick too! Overall a good experience and can't wait to come back!

Hubby & I had dinner here tonight. We were both super excited to try this place. One of my friends met us here. We arrived a little before 5:00 & it was already pretty busy. You wait to be seated & have a server. We were seated right away. It was hot in the restaurant. It took awhile for our server to come to the table. It wasn't his fault because he was also the bartender & had several tables. It took awhile to get our drinks, food & check. We ordered potato skins. Hubby ordered the coney dog with chilies & onion rings. I ordered the Little Mac & fries. My friend ordered the boneless wings with hot honey sauce & loaded tater tots. Hubby had his favorite beer with lime. I had Tito's & cranberry juice. My friend had a coke. The beer & cocktail were good. They pour a good cocktail. That's where the good stopped. The potato skins were really small & I wasn't a fan of the nacho cheese on them. They we're not crispy at all. The coney dog was small & hubby said the coney sauce had no flavor. The onion rings were okay, but nothing special. The little Mac was small. I thought it would be the size of a regular Big Mac , but just with 2 patties instead of 4. It was okay, but nothing special. My fries were soggy. The boneless wings & loaded tots were okay. We all have no reason to go back. The owner needs to hire a bartender & not have the server making drinks. It was not a good customer experience. Turn the A/C up. It's hotter than hell right now & no one wants to be sweating while eating dinner. Horrible service, hot restaurant & okay food. No thank you! I took pictures of what was left because we were all starving before when we finally got our food. We also had to let our server know when he brought the food that we were missing the pot skins. If I would have known how small & not good they would be, I would have had him keep them.

Tried the Detroit Coney Grill in Gilbert AZ for the first time. Casual sports bar atmosphere. I had Sun Devil Burger and it had jalapenos and bacon. Quite the spicy kick. It was delicious and worth the $14 really enjoyed it.

Coney Dog: A coney dog is a hot dog topped with chili, onions, and mustard, with the chili often described as a "coney sauce." Detroit Coney Grill is on a roll and it's not just the dog. We popped in on a Sunday after running some errands. I got a Southwest Coney, a $7 Mexican Mule Cinco de Mayo drink special, and shared an appetizer of fried zucchini. Everything was tasty and good. The Mexican Mule went down smooth as all weekend boozy bevs do. The Southwest Coney had chili, cheddar, hatch chile, onion, and mustard, Anytime hatch chile is offered, I got to get it. As for fried zucchini, superb! I wish I had a Mule and some fried zucchini right now. Detroit Coney Grill is a great addition to this community. There's ample seating, plenty of televisions that play sports, and the bartenders are charming. I will definitely think about this place if I feel like watching sports with some friends without having to host.

The environment just feels good. Our waitress was awesome, attentive, friendly, and kept everything flowing without hovering. That kind of service makes all the difference and she nailed it. Now the food. Let me start with the real star of the show, the Cheesy Mashed Potato Balls. Golden, perfectly crispy panko crust on the outside, and when you bite in? Creamy mashed potato loaded with gooey melted cheese that literally stretches. Paired with that smooth cheese dipping sauce, these are dangerously addictive. I'd order a double next time without hesitation. The wings were incredible, and yes, I taste tested both the Garlic Parmesan AND the BBQ. The Garlic Parm had that rich, savory coating with a beautiful caramelized char. The BBQ brought a sweet, smoky glaze that had me licking my fingers. I also grabbed a burger on a pretzel bun with bacon and sweet potato fries, stacked high, messy in the best way, and the pretzel bun held up like a champ. Additionally, the last time we were there, I don't remember the servers name, but he went out of his way to give one of my many children a one dollar bill to play the games after they lost one in their words "unfairly" :) Additionally, tonight we were there during the World Cup game and they were very busy and our server was still very attentive and we left extremely happy we went!

Pretty disappointed with my order from Zipps. I ordered wings, fries, and onion rings, and…read morehonestly, none of it was great. The fries were okay and onion rings were undercooked. The worst part was the wings. While I was eating them, I noticed that some still had feathers attached. I had to do a double take because I've never had that happen at a restaurant before. I took pictures because I couldn't believe they were served like that. I get that mistakes happen, but feathers on chicken wings and undercooked sides shouldn't be making it out of the kitchen. Definitely not the quality I was expecting, and I was not able to eat the rest of the food after noticing the issues.

What better way to celebrate the first day of March than to have some brunch? I did just that…read moreyesterday with some friends from cycle class, and I walked away full. I don't know who invented avocado toast, I just know I love it. A nice smear of avocado on some fluffy bread? Yes, please. I also had a nice, cold draft beer, but when my friend's spicy Bloody Mary arrived to the table, I was SUPER jealous! I was mad at myself for having chosen the wrong brunch beverage. We sat outdoors, which was a little warm but not a deal breaker. It's a cute spot to dine al fresco. We're just having a warm March. I'll be going back for that Bloody Mary!

"Move over, coffee. Today is a job for champagne."…read more Oh yeah, we brunchin'! A bunch of us from my spin class decided to get together on a Sunday for brunch and here's what I munched: Grande Chicken TInga Nachos ($18 - Shredded chicken tinga, queso, roasted tomato salsa, black beans, pico de gallo, roasted jalapeño, cilantro lime crema): Okay, maybe I don't recommend the nachos. While topped with a good amount of cheese on top, once congealed, any chip on the bottom that you pull out is just going to be a naked chip. They do top these chips off with a generous amount of toppings. Brunch Burger ($19 - Angus beef patty, sunny side egg, avocado, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, sriracha aioli, hash brown patty, brioche bun, choice of fresh fruit or breakfast potatoes): I shared this burger and requested the kitchen to cut it for me which they did. Very thankful that they were okay with the request. The burger itself was decent. It was a little weird to eat as the tiny hash brown patty made the structural integrity funny but it's not a deal breaker. I will say that it needed more sauce or something. The burger was dry after a few bites. I also had my lunch with the most savory and spicy Bloody Mary. It was amazing and probably one of my favorite Bloody Marys in a long while. You're in DT Gilbert where the energy is going to be fun. You really can't go wrong having bunch here.
