As I was screaming in pain and tears rolling down my cheeks, asking her to STOP , she was still injecting, she wasn't even looking where she's filling, she said she's tired and she still has other patients!!! She ended up injecting in all the wrong places, the area where it's called nasal lebial fold , was filled outside my laugh lines and now the lines appeare deeper and worst! ! She filled one side bof me face with more fillers than the other, I've a fatter cheek on one side, the botox is too deluted , its been a month and it's still hasn't taken effect. My whole face was blue and purple for a month, In all the years I've been getting fillers, I've never experienced such butchery, I don't even know what she was injecting me with, she never showed me the boxes of juviderm , there were no boxes , I think she's injecting other patients left overs, since then I've been getting severe headaches, my doctor thinks she must have injected in my sinus cavity, or a nerve, getting an ex ray tomorrow, I am going to call the FDA, and the OC health department to file a complaint. I'm very upset at the costumer service I reserved from the Dr in this office. I had a Botox apt and a consultation with Dr Hadded, for plastic surgery, then at the time of my apt with him, he was a no show, so I rescheduled the apt with him for a Saturday, again no show. Also, for the Botox, was ok, she doesn't numb the area, I got a bump with black and blue, looks like a vein and a red mark that lasted hours, above my left brow. My lips look amazing!!! I was really nervous, but everyone there made me feel very comfortable. I noticed a lot of negative reviews re: waiting. Like you would at any doctor's office/medical office, you will wait for a little bit. Give the docs and nurses a break, they're working their butt off to get you in on time. I was seen 30 mins past my appointment time. That's normal. Let the numbing cream work it's magic and chill. I've also noticed a lot of negative reviews re: bruising and swelling. If you pay attention during your meeting with Adela, she explains the process of lip injections, how long to expect swelling, etc. Ice it and give it a few days. If you see any bumps massage them out. It's unlikely you will see bumps bc she massages them out after injection process. She also goes over this with you. Pay attention. I bought one full syringe of Juverderm XC Plus. My lips are still a bit bruised but most of the swelling has gone down (4 days later). My lips look incredible. I couldn't be happier. Lip injections done by Adele (full syringe) I previously had my lips done by Flawless Laser Center 3 yrs ago) & came to Devine Image for my a second injection. Worst experience ever. The entire process was so painful & uncomfortable. I had to stop & ask for more numbing cream. Lips were extremely swollen & nonstop bleeding. Adele suggested to inject my Cupid's bow with most of the Juvederm & fucked up the shape of my lips. Finished my lips by Adela. She's wonderful. I had a bit of a symmetry issue from the last place I went to a couple years ago, hardly noticeable unless I smiled, so that was definitely my main concern as my lips were already a nice size. I received 1 CC of Juvaderm Ultra. I bruised pretty bad for about a week (just as she said I would) and full swelling won't go down for a month, but I'm very pleased with my results now! 4 stars only because I did hurt a bit, and I don't recall it hurting before. But she was amazing, and the ladies in the front were prompt and friendly. I have been going to Divine image since 2011. So TEN YEARS I would like to first start off by saying that my review has nothing to do with the quality of the work that Divine image does. My technicians name is Adele. Adele is absolutely, professional kind and sweet. For the most part she is on time but that has a lot to do with the clients being on time themselves , but do not hold her responsible for being a few minutes late. During the sessions she makes sure to ask if you have any questions , if you are comfortable and if you are doing okay. There's a big difference between being comfortable and being okay LOL. Her demeanor is very soothing. Never once have I felt rushed. I HIGHLY recommend her . You can trust she will give you the best outcome. Something else that I feel is very important is that she gives you some guidance and is realistic as far as what she tells you that you can expect for your results. Something that is extremely important is that from the moment you sit in her chair she never up sells you on anything. You go in there with something that you want and she tells you if it's practical and how it will look. NEVER once has she ever said to me well that would be nice, but I think if you spent a little bit more money you could get this result. Rest assured that you should have a very nice experience. My issues are more related to the cost Factor. I find Divine image to be one of the most if not the most expensive places around. I am not just talking about their prices vs Groupon which by the way is how I initially found them. Before you say it , I agree you get what you pay for and after all when you have someone standing over you with needles in their hands you want to make sure that they know what they are doing. That being said I feel that their prices should be at least competitive oh, and that if you bring new people to their practice that they could compensate you with discounts in appreciation. As I said I have been a client of theirs for 10 years. In this time I have brought new people to their business. The last person that I brought to their business was late last year November 2020. I have a friend who is a nurse, and she complimented me many times on my lips and asked me where I had them done or if I had them done :-) I told her that I had , and initially we were going to go together . Unfortunately I got covid and I had to cancel my appointment she went ahead and kept hers has been back twice . Skip ahead ,I had decided that I wanted to get some work done so I reached out to them and I asked them if I could get a discount or if they were running any specials and I was told absolutely no there are no discounts available, and I said what about the people that I have referred to you, can you not even give me a referral discount and again I was told no. I asked if they would meet a price of a competitor and I was told no. So to be honest with you I told them that I was not happy. I said I have referred more than a couple people to you and for being a customer of yours for over 10 years I would think that you would just honor some of the local prices of your competitors. I was told " sorry you feel this way, and that there's nothing that we can do at this time" So I went down the street to one of their competitors and had my Botox and juvadrem done . Most Botox is anywhere between 7 to 9 dollars a unit . Juvadrem depending I use Juvadrem ( xc or xe can't remember) Is between 285 to 495. Every now and then Divine image will do a promotion whereby if you purchase a syringe in advance of the Juvederm they will take $50 off of their price which is well over $600 to begin with. I just asked if they would honor a $400 price for the Juvederm and $8 a unit for Botox and I was practically laughed at. They were definitely insulted that I even had the audacity to ask or to be upset over the fact that I was unhappy over the fact that I referred my friends to them, not to be able to get any type of referral discount or regular discount. They wanted me to pay full face value that is exponentially higher than anybody else. In June I received a text message from them oh, because it was my birthday they were offering me a few dollars off any service that I would like to have. Perhaps it was just an auto generated text I don't know. So when I texted back asking what they were charging currently I did not receive an answer. I called the day before yesterday which would be July 13th 2021 I received their voicemail left a message and I still have not received a phone call back so perhaps I have been blackballed LOL I have no idea. Information about my review I gave it three stars because the work Adele does is wonderful and I have no issues with her. I would give her a five star but it doesn't give me an opportunity to do individual ratings. If you were hoping to get discounts by referring people it just won't happen. read more

I came here sometime last year for injectables. One of my family members had recommended this place to me. She had been coming her for some time. The ease of booking an appointment and having someone return your call was a nightmare. I remember it took a few weeks before I actually came in. Also, I was not ok with the $50 deposit/hold to make an appointment. Super unfortunate. Luckily, the accept Alle. The nurse that took care of my injectable's was Tiffany. She took excellent care of me, but I disapproved of the immediate bruising that followed. After years of getting toxin, this is the first time I had bruised a lot. I freaked out and tried to call Devine for some guidance. They shared that they would have nurse Tiffany contact me to follow up. I never got a call by the way. I do not recommend them for lip fillers. I had Juvederm injections with Adela. I wish I could leave a good review because everyone is really really nice but my lips look very bad and I spent a lot of money. The part that upsets me the most is that when I came in to ask her to fix them instead of trying to make things right she LIED to me. I just look really ridiculous with my lips the way they are. I'm too embarrassed to go out anywhere. I saved for weeks for this. I just wanted to feel better about myself since I've had some issues with my self confidence lately but I ended up feeling way worse. I told her she put too much in the top, they looked weird and it was way bigger than my bottom lip and hung over it giving me a duckish appearance because my lips are pushed downward. And when I say bigger it's not taller it's bulgy, flat, and hangs over the bottom. Before she did them I did tell her about my concern that my top lip was a little smaller but I just wanted a little more in the top not the whole syringe! My lips are not proportionate, the bottom is supposed to be bigger, she even told me that herself. There's a little bit of a ridge above my top lip and it sticks out way too far. My bottom looks the exact same as before with the exception of a small lump on one side. She spent a good amount of time on my top lip and just gave my bottom two small pokes. She had to have known she overfilled the top. I came in after the swelling went down and told her I wasn't happy she told me to wait A MONTH for the swelling to fully go down and that it was normal for them to look like this. That the top lip swells for longer than the bottom. It's not normal!!! Swelling does not take a month to go down, after two weeks you're waiting for the juvederm to go away, it's not swelling any more. If everyone had to look stupid for a whole month for injections that only last 3-6 months no one would ever get them. It's been a week since I went back in and two weeks since I got them filled, they don't look any better. There's no way I'm going to spend another two weeks looking like this when she might not even fix them then. I have an appointment somewhere else tomorrow and have to spend another 4 or 5 hundred dollars just to make them look normal. I wasted over 4 hours coming back here, 3 hours driving and over an hour waiting even though I had an appointment, I saw her for 5 minutes and it was for nothing. She inspected my lips including the inside of my mouth with numbing cream on her gloves. She got a lot of the cream inside my mouth and it tastes horrible! And my lips were numb the entire drive home when I wasn't even injected. Also if she had the cream on her gloves that means she just got done touching someone's lips and she put the cream from their lips on to my lips and in my mouth. Gross!!!!!! Update: it's now been over 2 months since coming here. I did have to pay another $500 to have my lips evened out somewhere else but my top lip still looks funny. Very poorly placed injections. After they're gone I'll just be sticking to my natural lips after my experience here. read more

I recently got a hydrafacial done here, and it was such a weird experience. First of all the facial was good, left my skin looking really good and I would give her 5 stars, but I'm giving 3 stars for my overall experience. Yes they apologize every time I complained but the same thing continues. I'm guessing they overbook customers. I'm not thrilled about the job they did but it was only OK. I kept going back for a correction and the doctor kept denying the obvious and giving me the runaround because he had the do it for free. I even said I will pay for the correction and dr Haddad wouldn't budge. I decided to go with my husband and see if he would care to listen but ended up waiting over an hour so my husband said "you know, they don't care. Let's go home and find someone else". So we did. If you have a surgical procedure to be done, I would say the price may be lower because they do it in the facility but prepare for the runaround, I even remember the staff kept interrupting and coming into the surgery room and telling him he has to see a patient!
