I called Mike to have three (3) ceiling fan insulations for my home, but it addition, Tristynn was able to fix an electrical problem with my air conditioner, find and correct improper wiring issues with my fuse box which the house construction electricians had sloppily overlooked, and explain the background of each issue in a manner which was clear and easy to understand. Since Tristynn was doing such a great job, I got him to install a wall charger for my EV, on the same day, at a competitive price. Furthermore, Tristynn took extra time from his busy schedule to run to The Home Depot to obtain some electrical parts that he needed to execute a proper finish to the job. My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. Eric arrived on the scheduled date and we agreed on the mounting location of the outlet. He completed the installation in short order using an EV rated NEMA 14-50 outlet. We scheduled a day for him to come by to check the panel and the placement of the charger. With some slight changes to the panel, he could make room for the required breaker. Originally, I thought the charger would need to be installed on the outside of the house, but Eric assessed inside the garage and identified the perfect location for the charger. His estimate was lower than I expected based on my research. We agreed on the price. He came by at the end of his day, so he was willing to do the electrical work while he was there. Eric has chargers with him to sell, but I was looking for a charger with an app, which he did not have. I asked Eric if there was a charger he recommended, and fortunately, it was the same one I had decided on. I ordered the charger, and it arrived a couple of days later. As Eric promised, he stopped by the following day and installed the charger. I'm very happy with the install. Eric is very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.
