The Saturday before Mother's Day, I turned on the air conditioning and half the power to my house went out. It was 3:00 on Saturday. Brian was the 7th electrician I called who was able to come to my house. I was so relieved, because I was having family over for Mother's Day. Brian discovered that the "black box" in the sub panel that belongs to SCE and provides electricity to my house was at "0". It's now 5:00 pm. Brian was calling SCE to report my issue. Of course it's almost impossible to talk to a live person. Fortunately, he got a hold of someone and put in a work order. Edison told us they would be out in 3 hours. My husband said no way and we bought ice to empty the fridge of the perishable and place in coolers. Can you believe that SCE did come out. It turns out the connect broke from the wiring that's in the electrical box out at the curb. They fixed it, and sent out the guys on Monday to replace all the connectors since they were very old. The pendant lights hung perfectly aligned all the way lined up to the kitchen light. Our lighting needed new electrical routing so that did require quite a few holes in the drywall, but Brian and his team took extreme care to use the existing drywall cutout and reinforce it back to the wall from the inside out. We have hired this company for electrical work multiple times. Their prices are good, service is very professional and customer service is exceptional. A few weeks ago we had an issue with a few outlets not working and we called our home warranty. They scheduled an electrician who said our neutral wire was missing and wanted to cut the drywall to run a new wire. The whole thing sounded incorrect as we had remodelled only a few years ago and these were new outlets. They would not have passed inspection without a neutral wire. We called Brian and in 30 minutes he was able to determine that a neutral in the main panel had come loose and had burned to the wire. Brian is very easy to work with and is the best in the business.
