It's Dewey's, now on the West Side! A great addition to the West Side for sure. My experience here was on-par with other Dewey's experiences. To be honest, as compared to my urban-core Dewey's go-tos, this place has ample parking going for it. Everything was as expected. Service was, for a minute, a bit too attentive with three different people asking about our food in a short period of time, but chalk that up to a new location. It seems like Dewey's has successfully been able to consistently reproduce their business model and atmosphere, and this is a great go-to when you're on this side of town and another visit to O'Charley's just isn't going to cut it. read more

I love Dewey's Pizza.. It always taste amazing. This is a really new location so it has been packed every time I drive by. That being said, plan accordingly. We got there around 5:15pm and just beat the rush. We heard people quoted 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 minutes after being there for 15 minutes. The service is a little slow on pizzas but they are always friendly and keep the drinks coming. Most likely this is because most of these employees are new. Give them a little longer and this place will be rocking it out all the time. If you have never been to a Dewey's pizza, I would check this location out. read more

Everytime I came Ive had a great experience until now! Our plates smell like wet dogs and have food n them, our forks are bent, and our sherely temples don't have cherries. I'll come back because of the food quality but this experience could've been much better. read more

Dewey's never disappoints. When I'm looking for pizza, and nothing but pizza, this is where I want to go, although, their Caesar salad is pretty darn tasty, too. I like to order a pizza with mushroom and sausage; theirs is truly delicious. The service is always excellent and I love how they all work as a team to make customers happy. Pizza's are one of a kind. Im a stickler for crust. I prefer thin however Dewey's is my exception. My family's favorite is the BBQ Chicken. Simply amazing! We also like the Hawaiian. Make sure you dip everything in their house made ranch dressing!!! Salads are as good as Bonefish! Yes I enjoy Anchovies on my Cesar salad. Mmm. Stick to water unless you love craft beer. read more

My favorite deweys! Not only is the staff knowledgeable and super accommodating, but the management is out of this world! I've never been to a restaurant and seen the management pulling the same amount of weight as the servers. I've seen them delivering food, getting orders, cashing people out, as well as cleaning bathrooms and bussing tables! The food is always hot and fresh, and out in a timely manner! We had good service but, the food isnt great. Our server was a good, nice, and professional young woman. They checked on us frequently and made sure the service was nice. The food was mediocre, and not all it is made out to be. This is not the Chef, Franchise, or servers fault. This is just my 100% opinion. read more

Couldn't give you a five this time. We ordered by phone and picked up. This is the first time I was not really, really happy with Dewey's. When we arrived we were told where to park to wait 40 minutes. We were early so, expected that, but not 50 minutes. That got a bit looong. Salad was a lot of lettuce (good), but short on goodies-berries, nuts, and cheese. We ordered two different kinds of pizza on one crust. Hard to tell the difference. I think all was rushed through. Slow down guys, and get all ingredients and toppings done right! I'll be back. read more

I'm impressed with the way management handled a customer service issue I witnessed as we were waiting for a table. After a customer waited for their carryout order the bakers accidentally dropped the pizza. Before the customer was even aware of the issue the manager at the bar consulted with the bakery manager and came up with a solution. From what I can gather the pizza was rushed into production and the customer was refunded their money on a Dewey's gift card. Any business that operates like this should have a long and successful run. I applaud the managment! read more

Loved it! Was in Cincinnati for a business trip and wanted something local. The pizza was super fresh and so was the toppings. Must try the Dewey White Pizza Sauce! I was able to do half and half which was pretty cool on a build your own pizza. Can't beat the price either! Def will be back! read more

My review addresses the food and general ambiance ... This place is no joke. Despite the crowds the food is always fresh and tastes good. The Harvest is my favorite salad. Nice flavorful pizza with chewy crust. If there's ever anything you don't like, tell them and they correct it. Addressing the "cozy confines" the restaurant should have been at least 150 square feet bigger. Friday and Saturday nights are a little crazy and even the takeout takes longer than it should. read more

As far as I am concerned, there is no better pizza restaurant in the city than Dewey's. It is a great place to take your parents when they come in from out of town, a date, or a family of 5 with little ones. I have always had a great experience at our Clifton location and everything they pump out is delicious. Of course there pizza ids good, but there salads are some of the best tasting in the biz. I highly recommend getting one to share, or for your meal, the next time you stop in. read more

Nice location, great staff but the Pizza is just "OK".. I've tried the pizza 3 different times and I just don't get that wow factor that everyone keeps talking about.. the bottom crust is way to thin and it's hard to eat the pizza by hand. it's more of a eat with a fork kind of pie. read more

The name carries some serious weight. In my opinion, if you like overpriced pizza this is the place to go. While the food is definitely above average, 20 dollars for for a simple pizza with chicken and bacon seems a bit extreme. The facilities are usually clean and the service is average. It is nice that total personalization is available if wanted. Middle of the road place for me. read more

This is pizza heaven! Had the special...prosciutto, arugula and white sauce..slap you mama good...also tried the seasonal salad...arugula, blueberries.
