I was given a next day appointment by Valerie, with a two hour window. Dmytro showed up right on time! He didn't mess about. He went straight to work diagnosing my problem. Then he did his magic and suddenly my refrigerator was working like new. Dmytro showed me the condenser and it was disgustingly dirty. He cleaned that up to like new. Not only did Dmytro repair my water problem,he left my refrigerator in better shape than it had been in years. Dmytro gave me a price which sounded justified. And accepted my check in payment. Aaron was our service technician and was knowledgeable about European Appliances. He was professional and a good communicator to explain the issues to me and ordered a new part for my machine. The new part arrived he did a great job at my request to take photos for me of the inside of the machine before and after. That way I could see how he was able to thoroughly clean the inside of the machine before a main part was replaced. Now I feel comfortable moving forward to keep the machine and not have to replace it. I appreciate the professionalism, punctuality and care that was taken by the technician while he was in my home.
