Ordered a quick lunch today between my clients. The veggie dumplings and miso sounded good. This is my first time having the dumplings and they are so good! Very flavorful and were fried for a little extra crunch. The miso was hot, full of seaweed and tofu. I enjoyed the shitake mushrooms in the soup. Service is always fast and friendly! I appreciate how quick they are getting the food prepared. We sometimes don't always have a lot of time to eat. It's always so chill in there. Such a easy going vibe. It's a nice change of pace for me when I go there. Great place for a quick but tasty lunch.

Do you love gas station sushi but want to pay more for it? Do you enjoy sushi made from playdough and your toddler's goldfish that mysteriously went missing from its tank two months ago? Do you ever wonder what it's like to lick the inside of a Walmart Super-center aquarium? Then this is the place for you! Introducing Dharma, the hip convenience store style "sushi" restaurant that may or may not have you wondering just what unforgivable sin you committed that led you to this punishment. The consistency and quality of the fish was comparable to a thawed can of freezer burned Fancy Feast. If you liked sushi before, you won't now. Fear not friends for I have created a hack to save you money without sacrificing the experience of Dharma: Make the same thing at home by using watered down Great Value mayo, food bank expired canned tuna, sprinkle with a little bit of crippling regret and voilà! Stuff that in a paper towel roll and cut it with a butter knife. You won't know the difference.

inside is fairly clean but the rolls just flat out arent good. You'd be better off with grocery store rolls. the miso soup smelled like urine and wet dog. Don't waste your time or money

This place is a quick and no frills spot with handful of menu items. You order and pay on a monitor by choosing your options and grab your food when your name is called. The apocalypse roll was quite good but it wasn't anything special. It was quick and efficient. Good for a quick sushi fix.

Not sure why everyone is hating, but I've enjoyed this place for about 6 years now, back to when they were at a different location. No, it's not gourmet sushi, so if that's what you're looking for, I'd find a different place. However, I'm a broke college student now and like having cheap, good sushi, so I come here. The atmosphere is really nice and they always play good music. There are plants everywhere and lots of windows, as well as seating outside. The wait on food isn't long at all, and the sushi is good for the price. They have little kiosks that you order at and also fridges that you grab your own drink from; this is amazing if you're an introvert like me and hate ordering food. I would give it a chance if you're having a late night craving for some sushi or want a chill place to get food with friends or alone.

Their lunch bento boxes are super affordable, portions are solid, and we've never had trouble getting seated quickly. It's casual, low-pressure, and easy to pop into in the middle of the day. No long wait, no complicated parking situation, no "do we need a reservation?" discussion. We've gone quite a few times now and it's become one of those reliable local spots when you just want a quick sushi lunch that doesn't destroy your budget. For Eagle especially, that alone makes it worth supporting.

Our waitress was on top of everything we needed. She even realized we were from out of town and asked what our visit was for. I come here several times per year because I love the vibe, chefs, service and food. Reservations are a must if you want timely seating and less wait...and ensure your entire party is with you prior to your reservation time. My most recent visit was to celebrate my birthday, though I didn't tell them that for fear of the extra attention. I know some people love that, but it's not my thing. Our service was incredible from start to finish...prompt and expertly timed food drop-off, pick-up and drink refills. We started with the Gyoza. The Gyoza was fresh, hearty and steamed with those amazing crispy brown seams. The sauce was delicious as well. Those were gone in maybe 3 minutes. Next came the miso soup, which was a slightly seasoned broth soup. A nice compliment to the salad, drizzled with a thousand island-like dressing and crisp lettuce. Next our hibachi chef Herman appeared with our cart full of meats, veggies and eggs. He crafted the most fun, hilarious and DELICIOUS meal I've ever had there. I ordered the chicken and shrimp, hubby had the chicken and filet. The steak was cooked medium rare and nicely seasoned. Each piece of chicken or shrimp was seasoned, sauced and buttered to perfectly plump. The fried rice was delicious! Literally, every bite of rice, meat and veggies just sang. We couldn't stop raving about our experience and I was actually sad to see Herman leave instead of sitting down to join us.

If you are looking for the absolute WORST sushi experience in the entire Treasure Valley,…read morecongratulations, you found it. I have never dealt with such atrocious service & their Sushi was subpar at best & that's being generous. Right out of the gate, it was a total disaster. The waitress brought absolutely nothing to the table--no utensils, no ginger, no wasabi, nothing. You know, the standard basics that literally every other sushi joint on the planet drops off on autopilot? We had to literally request every single item just to physically eat our meal. Then came the food--or whatever you want to call it. I specifically asked if I could swap tuna for yellowtail and asked about getting what I actually liked instead of just settling for "chef's choice." They completely ignored me & brought the exact opposite of what I ordered. Nothing we got was correct. My guest ordered a lobster and fish roll, and they handed her a plate of literal, unidentifiable mush. There were no actual pieces of fish or lobster to be found anywhere in it. Just mush. And the scam they pulled with the ikura was unbelievable. I ordered two portions, which is supposed to be four pieces total, which again is commonly standard at any other Sushi restaurant. Instead, they brought out two pieces. When I pointed it out, the manager actually came over to our table to argue with me, insisting I was going to be charged full price for half the food. Literally $5ea for 1 piece of Sashimi that tasted like shit. Outside of the painfully incompetent service and the manager's garbage attitude, the fish had no flavor, They didn't even bring out all the food we ordered, but we were so fed up and disgusted by that point that we just paid the bill and walked out. I don't know if this is how they run their business every single day, but it was bad enough to warrant this warning. There are plenty of incredible sushi spots around here. Do not waste your time or your money at this absolute trainwreck of a restaurant. I guarantee I will never step foot in this place again.
