I used them after a rear-end accident--my first car accident. I have Allstate Insurance, and they are a preferred auto body in South Reno. I was recommended to them by a family member as a quality and professional business. They exceed all expectations and couldn't have been more helpful. I had a mishap with my NEW Tahoe and my insurance suggested Diamond Auto Body as one of the body shops that they work well with. I was familiar with Diamond from many years back so that is where we headed. We were greeted with a smile from everyone and that set the mood. We were taken out by the estimator to look over the damage and given a written quote. We made our appointment and on the day we took the car in they had a loaner car waiting for me. They took such care in getting my car back on the road in PERFECT condition. While it was in the shop I had an invisible bra put on to protect the front end. Unfortunately, a few weeks after getting my car back I had another mishap so back to Diamond we went and once again they took great care of us. Stephanie in the front office is the BEST, she is a real down to earth person who cares about all of her customers. She got with Brent, the shop owner, and he buffed out a spot on the right side door where some one was so kind to hit me in a parking lot . Looks like new and I will always go back there. These folks are the best. Initially quoted one month to get extensive body work done and a custom paint job and they delivered ALMOST perfectly in two weeks without me even asking for a shorter time frame. There was one small glitch with windows not going all the way up but the dealership they coordinated with was really the source of the issue so can't blame DAB. Even so, DAB handled the glitch without argument or even question. When was the last time you received that level of service? I was beginning to believe that small town approach was a thing of the past. So given the coordinating with a dealership and an incredible paint job AND delivering in half the time, I can honestly say "WOW!" Without reservation I can say don't trust anyone else but Diamond Auto Body if you want amazing work on your car and perfect customer service, come to the biggest little city professionals. Best auto body in Reno! I'm lucky enough to not have completely needed their services on my car, but couldn't imagine taking it anywhere else should it be needed. I had a few front right bumper scrapes from scraping against a metal pole that I wanted to fix anyways. After originally taking my car to Jafbros per a dealership recommendation, I was quoted $1700 for the fix - crazy! I took my car to Diamond for a second opinion... The man quoting my car couldn't have been nicer - I wish I could remember his name! He took one look at my car, said he'd be right back, and came out with a hand buffer and a little bit of paint and touched my car up right there - for FREE! I was shocked how I had previously been quoted for $1700 for work that took Diamond all of 2 minutes to fix! From the initial contact with Nielsen, Diamond AB was more than accommodating with our needs. Initially we ran into a predicament with the holiday season affecting the amount of time the repair would take. Nielsen and Paul both assured me that the vehicle would be ready to go when needed and met that goal. On top of that Nielsen updated me on several occasions during the week putting my mind at ease. When it appeared that the vehicle could have a code issue that would need the Dealer's attention Nielsen set aside a courtesy car just in case. Not really a tech savvy guy but had to leave a review for Diamond Auto Body. I'll keep it short. Parent buys kid older model car for 17th birthday. Mystery person backs into kids birthday present same day at Safeway. Driving away without waiting or leaving note. Light damage to rear bumper and broken tail light. Kid was heartbroken. Wife and I take car to diamond auto body, after being referred by friend. Not your typical nuts and bolts, oil slick environment. Very clean waiting area. Water and coffee offered. Our insurance was accepted, no hoops or delays. Stephanie was super friendly and professional. Fast forward 3 days. Kid is happy, car has been repaired back to original condition. I had my Mercedes towed to this location primarily due to the fact that my accident was literally across the street when I was hit. After an initial review I decided to have the repairs done here. The workmanship, thoroughness, and quality of work coupled with the quality of customer service was beyond my expectations. I believe that the true quality of a business is how they fix things. Over 5 years ago Diamond Auto Body repaired our Toyota after we hit a deer. At the time it was a good experience - they did what they said they would, right price, and on time. Recently the paint on the hood started to blister. We took it back to ask how they might fix it and what it would cost - after all it was over 5 years. Brent, the owner, did not hesitate. These guys are awesome! I was involved in a pretty significant fender bender and the front of my Ford Explorer was in bad shape. I thought it would take a week or more to get everything repaired, but these guys had me back on the road in 3 days! They took my insurance without issue and even gave me a car to drive around town while my vehicle was being fixed. I have never had another body shop offer me a car to drive! The job they did was outstanding and my explorer looked as good as new. Oh, and the folks there were nice to boot. I've been coming to Diamond Auto Body for almost 20 years for minor repair work. Last summer I was in a pretty significant fender bender and the front end of my Lexus was in bad shape. I thought it would take a week to get it back to normal, but they had it done and out the door in two days! They even loan you a car to drive while your vehicle is being repaired.. I don't know if any other shop in Reno does this, but it is a great bonus! They have a modern and beautiful facility and are always friendly and professional. Something scraped the front end of my car in the wind. It looked like white plaster. I drove right to Diamond Auto and spoke to Brent(who at the time I did not know he was the owner). He stopped what he was doing to chat with me about the damage. He said come back in 15min., and he would pull it in back and see if he could clean it up and buff it out. I came back, they pulled it in back, 20min. later Brent called me in the back to see if it was looking good. To my happy suprise, it looked like nothing had hit my front end. I was referred by a friend to Diamond Auto Body and I was definitely pleased. They did a fantastic job on my truck, replacing a front fender and bumper. The paint job looks amazing. The truck truly looks brand new again. The staff were helpful and great about keeping me up-to-date on the status of the repairs. Brought my car to Diamond Autobody and I received fast efficient service. My truck was hit several days before Thanksgiving and they helped get me a replacement vehicle with AWD since I needed to drive over the pass. It took several calls dealing with the insurance company of the person that hit me to get them to approve the rental vehicle but the folks at Diamond were persistent and got me the replacement vehicle I needed.
