Update, even my Allstate insurance agent said this is a qustionable shop and they would stay away. Also read the other reviews this is not the first time they have been disrespectful to customers. I would never work with Diamond Auto Body again. In short it took them 3 months to make the repairs to my vehicle and numerous times I was told the vehicle was done however it wasn't. You wouldn't believe it but the first time they said the suspension work was done I went by to look it over and only one side of the vehicle had been repaired. The other side still had a bent leaf spring shackle and bent shock bracket and so visually noticeable even someone like myself could see it. This was just one of several unbelievable things that took place. As the process unfolded and I began to tell friends and family just how bad it was working with Diamond Auto Body a friend of mine told me he had his SUV there and had a terrible experience as well. I asked him why didn't you put it on Yelp so others could be warned, mainly me, from falling into the same ordeal. He explained he had written a review but the manager or owner of Diamond Auto Body had reached out to them and offered some concessions in order to remove it. It really sucked hearing that because I based my decision on going to Diamond pretty much off of their location and their Yelp reviews. The list goes on and on about how poor the quality of work was and the customer relations. Much longer than I have time to go through so please be warned. Added after owners response on 8/31/2018. Clearly the owner doesn't have his finger on the pulse of the business or they would have known the following occurred throughout the repair process: 1.) Incorrect leaf spring installed by them. The leaf spring was missing a shackle. Had to return in order for correct one to be installed. Stock leaf springs. Bent shock bracket. Stock shocks. 2.) Incorrect tire installed by them. Had to return to have the correct ply tire installed once local tire shop informed me what they had installed didn't match the other tires and was a danger when towing. 3.) On final attempt to pick-up the vehicle the windshield had a crack nearly 3/4's of the way across it. The rep told me that was there when it was brought in, we compared photos and was admitted he was incorrect and they replaced it. Stock windshield. 4.) On final pick-up the weather stripping around doors was seated all of the way. You could tell it was a rush job to install it. They corrected it. Stock weather stripping. 5.) Please see photo of tailgate. This issue still remains and haven't had a chance to return yet again for them to repair it correctly. Stock tailgate. The owner is referring to the only after market part I have on the truck which is a leveling kit from Les Schwab. A real tough after-market part to find, right? Replacement blocks under the one side incorrect leaf spring and the other damaged leaf spring took them 4 weeks to locate. Sounds like every customer is real important doesn't it? If you have the time to walk a company through doing your repairs correctly and return multiple times, Diamond is your place. But if you need professional repair from start to finish save yourself a lot of headache and go elsewhere. read more

I hate crooks. 3 separate instances I have dealt with these people. I have gone to them for insurance estimates. I always try to deal local but these people have completely lost my respect and honesty within insurance claims. I have USAA insurance which is outstanding. With the repairs that are needed for my vehicle I figure it would be wise of me to get some estimates. I was a little skeptical at first because I only trust the Ford dealership with my Ford, but after being in a small "fender bender" and discovering that the repair shop closed, I chose this place instead. I was pretty happy I did. Although it's on the south end of town it's just right off of 395. They had my car for about 3 days to repair my bumper. They also fixed my gas cap which was completely not related to the accident (for a price of course) What I loved was that they detailed my baby after they were done. She looked so pretty! Almost new! Customer service was neither dissatisfying or out of this world. It seemed as though they were overwhelmed or something. I own a 2003 MBZ 500SL. It is a rather odd color, and it changes depending on the light source and time of day. Someone bashed the outside rear view mirror on the passenger side of the car. It has an embedded turn signal lamp that also frequently failed to operate properly. This mirror has a decorative housing that is painted the same color as the body of the car. The staff at Diamond Auto gave a very reasonable estimate and repaired this side as promised and on time...and, their paint job exactly matched the driver's side mirror which was now 18 years old! They did a fantastic job - the staff was very customer-oriented and completed the job when promised and at the budget they quoted. I am writing this "review" as a mother. My almost 25 year old daughter was a victim to a hit and run. On December 13th (yes Friday the 13th). Just before Christmas hectic time of the year. The insurance company had her car towed to there choice auto body shop. We were unaware that we could choose our choice of body shop. I called Toyota dealership here in town and asked who they worked with for auto body damage. They with no hesitation recommended Diamond Auto Body. (me being mom) called and spoke to Mike he first asked how my daughter was feeling out of concern. This made me beyond comfortable with the conversation I was about to have Mike. At that point I knew my daughter was in good hands. He offered to pick up the car from there choice (insurance company) Shop take the car to Diamond Auto Body and evaluate the situation. He responded in a very quick manner. I also spoke with Nielson who was also very helpful in any questions we had to ask if he himself was not aware of the answer he found it through Stephanie. This is where the situation went from INTENSE to calming Stephanie went above and beyond for us. ( I keep referring to us as my daughter and myself). We had a further concern with a point in the car that was not visual to the body of the car. Mike went through that car with a fine tooth comb. He told me himself if I wouldn't place my child in that car I will not put yours. These 3 people that took us through a unknown experience to a final result. I was in a terrifying hit and run accident on the freeway, but the staff at Diamond Auto Body made the aftermath the most pleasant experience possible. The shop itself is very inviting and not your typical male dominated environment - the bathrooms were nice, there were coloring books for kids, and free refreshments for customers.
