I called up Sea Clean Cleaning to get a last minute quote for a move out cleaning. I spoke to Jose and he laid out the details (i.e. cost per hour was $120 at the time of this review). He was able to squeeze me in on a weekend despite my time crunch, thank you for doing that. When Jose and his team arrived, they provided me an estimated time of completion - and completed well enough within that timeframe. Upon inspecting the places - carpets were professionally cleaned, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms looked squeaky clean. The attention to detail, for example every tile on the kitchen countertop was spotless. I was impressed, and would recommend them. I initially asked for a deep clean back in August. The workers he sent over went above and beyond my expectations. Having hired cleaners in the past, they tend to have a long list of things they will not clean, but the cleaners here have done amazing work. I have hired them to come monthly, and am very happy with their work. I have a larger house, though many of the rooms are not used at the moment, so it often doesn't take them long to finish the job. Jose was very kind and responsive; however, the service was just alright. They arrived 15 minutes late and were asked to clean the rooms, windows, light fixtures, blinds, and appliances. We have SEA cleaning service helped us clean our house twice. They did a good job with deep cleaning but it took a long time to clean one small space. On the first time, they cancelled us last minute twice before finally made it the third time. On the second time we had a lot of repairs and installations happening upstairs so only the kitchen we notified Jose ahead of time and he was ok with it. Their team did a good job but when we got the bill for 1.5 hours when his team was only here for 1.25 hours door to door. Be careful when considering the quote as they start time from when they arrive nearby via GPS and when they leave nearby via GPS. Not the actual service time. read more

It was a 3 bed/3.5 bath unit and Jose came and cleaned the entire apartment, with carpet cleaning within 5 hours. I used these guys 3 times and tried for a 4th cleaning, but they are totally unreliable. Each time I used them, they confirmed the time and then always showed up 2-3 hrs late. The 4th time I set the appointment for a certain time ( we could only do that time) and then confirmed again with them that morning. They confirmed, but then 15 mins before they showed up, they asked if they could come 3 hrs later. That was enough for me. They do a pretty good job cleaning, although they do take their sweet time, so watch out for the hourly rate. But, if you want somebody reliable, this ain't it. Good luck. read more

I hired this team to clean a 1bd/1bath in Capitol Hill before our move out inspection. The whole space is only 615 sq ft. He sent a quote of $42/ hr which I included in the screenshot below. We left the apartment completely empty of trash and just needed items cleaned like windows, baseboards, etc. We even ran the Roomba the night before. He worked from 12:30 to 3:30 and when my boyfriend showed up to pay he charged us $360. To add insult to injury, when the apartment inspectors came ten minutes later, they noted that he hadn't properly cleaned the kitchen sink or around the base of the toilet. So as I write this, I'm waiting for my boyfriend to come back with supplies for me to reclean them so that we don't get charged an additional cleaning fee by the leasing agency. I live in a 2200sqft home (3 bed 2.5 bath), and the spotless nature of the service was quality. Had some tough bathroom and kitchen marks that were removed as well as entirety of all surfaces dusted and window panes cleaned. Fridge detail was spot on. Watch out for these guys- I was matched with this business through Yelp. The cleaners came out and were just fine, they were here for an hour and left. I was invoiced for over twice the amount of time that they were here. The owner (?) told me they only come out to my area for a two hour minimum, which would be totally fine if I had gotten two hours of work. I feel completely ripped off. The person I had to communicate with was rude and the whole experience was just terrible. read more
