My tenants moved out and left the apartment in really dirty condition. The refrigerator, stove, dishwasher under the sink were coated and dirt and grime. Let's not even talk about the walls! A friend recommended Sea Clean. They were incredibly responsive. They accommodated my need to have the place cleaned right away. The came out the next day (on a Sunday), and worked fastidiously from the moment they arrived. They did in an amazing job! I had to ask them to leave before they were finished due to the fact that the tenants cleaning deposit did not cover the cost of the clean. That being said I was absolutely delighted with their work ethic, timeliness, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services. Sea Clean did an amazing job with a move-in deep clean for us. The previous tenants left our apartment a mess -- smudges and marks on almost every wall, stained countertops, dirt in drawers, old food in cabinets, discolored grout in the shower, etc. etc. Sea Clean was able to accommodate a (very) last-minute evening booking ahead of our move-in date. I hired them to do a final deep clean before my home went on the market. Jose was quick to respond and gave me a bid to have 2 workers clean for 21/2 hours. This was to include the kitchen, two bathrooms, the dining room, living room, interior windows, dusting of surfaces and blinds, mop a finished vinyl floor in the basement and to remove two stains from a carpet in the basement. They did not need to clean any of the four bedrooms and since I had widow cleaners coming in, I dropped the window cleaning off as well. Now, this is my first time having someone clean my home. But I was juggling a million things to get my home ready for market. I did not realize that I needed to get on my knees to check under the sofa, look closely at the glass in the shower, open the warming drawer... you see where I'm going. At first glance, the house looked clean. Again, this was one of many things going on that day. I expected the work to be done right. It wasn't. See pictures. And when I called him back about the carpet he said he forgot the machine and would come back tomorrow if I paid him $65. They didn't even vacuum the carpet nor did they dust the wooden blinds! I do not blame the two workers; I blame Jose for the poor work. All he did was sit in his car or at my dining table on his phone. NO QUALITY CONTROL. NO SUPERVISION. I would not hire Sea Clean to clean a doghouse. I don't write reviews but I could not let this one pass. And to top it off, he charged me for 2 ¾ hours. I highly recommend Sea Clean! I received a quote back from the owner within 15 mins of requesting. I had an urgent need of same day deep clean, and I messaged 8 different businesses at 6 AM. I only received a reply from 4 of them, and all but Sea Clean took over 3 hours to respond. I had 2 cleaners show up early afternoon and they did an AMAZING job! I hate to say it, but my place was so disgustingly dirty. They cleaned top to bottom in a couple hours which included 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 staircases, and my entire kitchen (stove & fridge in addition to the basic cleaning). My house is immaculate now!!! I'm so grateful for choosing Sea Clean- they'll be my go-to from here on!! read more

I would not recommend them to anyone ever. While the cleaners did a decent job the prices were too high and took us by surprise as the owner was not at all transparent about the prices. I discussed with him about his charges when he came to my house since it was a bit unclear to me if they were based on the area to be cleaned. He said for 4 bathrooms and kitchen with blinds/ window cleaning that I originally needed it would be around $400-500. It sounded very high and I was not comfortable committing to this amount without seeing their work so I told him if he could keep the cost below $300 and tell me what he could do I can go ahead. He told me he could skip blinds/ window to get into that range. But I was shocked at the end as he ended up charging me $535 for that work. I asked him for an explanation and all he said is that he only gave an estimate. I expressed my concern multiple times (ended up paying him the full amount which may be a mistake). I wish I had read all the negative feedback here where people had similar experiences which makes me question the positive feedback they have received. I won't work with them ever again or recommend to others as the owner was not even apologetic about the experience or tried to correct it. I suspect he will dismiss my feedback here too but hope this helps someone so still posting it. read more

The only downfall is it's very expensive, but it has been worth it in every way. They were here for a little over 4 1/2 hours to people Carmen and Veronica they were awesome. They clean things and got things that I didn't think was included in the service and they did an excellent job went over and above doing different things they were very personable they listened which was very important and they did what needed to be done I have now scheduled them on a regular basis for a monthly service because they were so good and Jose that owns that company is really nice to talk to you and he's right on top of stuff.
