Thanks to Craig and Diamond Cycle for setting me up with my sweet sweet Covid Bike. Craig was and continues to be a huge source of information, support and guidance as I learn my way around my new (and first) road bike. So thankful to him and the Diamond Cycle crew who continue to help and cater to the needs of customers during this extremely hard time.

I was looking for a sturdy bike for my son. He's hard on stuff. We went Diamond Cycle to check out the Norco line of mountain bikes, and talked to Craig about getting a bike that could ride bike park and rough trails. We ended up getting a Norco Range and I've been totally impressed on how well the bike was built and has held up. The service was excellent and the selection of gear was awesome. I highly recommend buying a bike here. It's hard to find things these days that are built so well. It always costs a little more, but you definitely feel you got what you paid for. A bike that will last.

I want to thank Chris for taking care of me. He fitted me to my new bike and took his time to make sure I was comfortable. No rush great service. He gave me a tutorial on how my DI2 system works and even upgrade the firmware. He recommended a Garmin system for my cycling needs. Sold me only what I needed and nothing more, The customer service here is incredible. I highly recommend this place for your cycling needs. I'm glad I made the trip.

Very nice store. The setup inside is clean and put together. There's also a bike mechanic on site in this location too. The gentlemen that work here were very friendly. If you're looking to invest in a bike this a good location to check out.

Always busy and good customer service. Parking in the back lot and an alley to get to the front. They know their stuff !

2 weeks later Craig arranged for the bike to be waiting for me at the location where my bike lesson was held.

I was curious about e-bikes, and Ossie the most excellent friendly mechanic I've dealt with, helped me with my decision with a test drive in the rolling hills of Maplewood! I had such an amazing ride, it re-sparked my passion for cycling, after that ride I bought in 2 of my bikes for work there and they are both riding fantastic, the work they do, helpful advice, friendly warm demeanor, all ushered in a new era of my cycling that I now have passed down to my son, we go on rides every other day, and his enthusiasm has created an even stronger bond. I am so grateful for these guys at Urban Cyclery, they are a real asset to the community.

The clearly advertised levels of bike service on the wall behind the register, which range from a straightforward tune-up to an annual maintenance plan for those "hammers" who ride their bikes hard, offer a great variety of options depending on how much (or how little) you plan to ride your two-wheeled steed. Although I only stopped in to check out kid bike helmets and to buy an insulated water bottle, it was a wholly positive experience. I can't wait to bring one of my neglected mountain bikes here for some pampering!

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems.
