DO NOT USE THEM!!! We had our daughters wedding reception at our home and asked when we.ordered the porta pottie if it could go behind our fence and gave approximate distance. We were ASSURED it could be done. When it was delivered it was placed on the opposite side of our driveway.. RIGHT IN THE FRONT OF OUR HOUSE!!!! We called the supervisor and were told it would have to be pumped and their hose is only 14' and there was nothing they could about it. We were stuck with it!!. We got reed fencing & flower garlands to make it more presentable but could not hide the guests going that direction!! TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY WHEN THEY CAME TO PICK IT UP AND DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO PUMP...THEY USED THE SAME TRUCK AS TO DELIVER, PUT IT ON THE FORKLIFT AND PUT IT RIGHT ON THE TRUCK!!!! Well I need to update my review again. After they fixed the first error and provided good services for a few of my events, they went back to some untrained, inexperienced, with no common sense rep, Susie. I am so done with this company and can't believe I wasted more time with them. After dealing with this company on a few different occasions, I have finally decided end the battle. I never like to give any company a bad rating. I always try to give another chance or allow them to correct the error. After 3 times of complete disregard. Always messing up my orders. Not delivering what I ordered. Then having to spend countless hours correcting their mistakes and repeating myself over and over to their reps due to very poor communication skills and no common sense, I finally am done ordering from them. I can not tell you how horrible this company is and how inexperienced their workers are. The part that still doesn't sit right with me is that after so much back and forth with Susie, her boss reached out to me and referred to his employee as "his girl" that to me is a very perverted way to refer to a female employee. "My girl" this "My girl" that. Never once would he say Susie. It was always.. don't talk to "my girl" that way. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!! We had Diamond deliver a porta potty trailer for our wedding. They delivered a broken trailer with a missing leveling jack. The trailer was badly slanted and unsafe for our guests. When we called to see if we could get the mis jack, we were told that a Supervisor was in route to deliver a jack. These people called back and informed us that no Supervisor was available and there was nothing they could do. ON MY WEDDING DAY, I had to use an automotive jack to level the unsafe trailer that was delivered. Absolutely no help from Diamond. I emailed pictures of the problem and called them repeatedly ON MY WEDDING DAY! These people are horrible. And it gets worse. My new wife called them and was threatened over the phone by their representative. I called and spoke to the rep who assured my refund was forthcoming the next day. No refund still and they won't return my calls, text, or emails. Take a look at the pictures please. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are now in litigation with Diamond. Please do not use these horrible and unethical people. They have been raided by the police. Look it up!! Their owner is in jail! Look it up! They are the absolute worst company. Kristy Garza has the best demeanor and provides excellent and timely customer service. We rented a luxury 2 bathroom + sinks last year for our wedding and then my husband to-be and I came down with Covid and we had to cancel. Kristy was wonderful and very understanding. We ended up rescheduling in April this year, Kristy was great again and the units were very nice. HOME OWNER - BEWARE OF THIS VERY CROOKED COMPANY!!! The short story: Diamond Environmental Services delivered portables to my home for an event. 1) Diamond Environmental Services did not pick up the portables on the date of the contract, but delayed one full day without returning my calls or providing a courtesy call. 2). Diamond Environmental Services got their truck and trailer pinned on the top of my driveway. It took them 16 minutes to get the truck and trailer unstuck. In the process, Diamond Environmental Services damaged my driveway in multiple areas, leaving scratches through the concrete up to 7' long. My multiple videos show the incident, as well as the Diamond employees/crew laughing about their stuck truck/trailer and the damage to the driveway. 3) Upon freeing the truck and trailer, feces and urine from the Diamond Environmental Services portables poured out onto my driveway and roadway, leaving a 16' trail behind them. 4). Although the entire Diamond crew knew the damage they caused and the feces left behind, no attempt was made to notify me or anyone else. All 26 minutes of their entrance to the property, getting stuck, damaging the driveway, laughing and joking about the matter and spilling the feces and urine from the portable trailer is all on video!!! I reported the incident immediately. It took three days for a Diamond Environmental three days to send a supervisor to my property to investigate. The supervisor reviewed all the videos, witnessed the Diamond crew causing the damage, laughing about it and leaving a trail of feces. This gentlemen did passed me on to the Diamond customer service site supervisor days later. He was afforded the exact information, photos and conversation directly with his peers. The Diamond Environmental Services crew admitted to all (aside from making direct jokes about the scratches - even though it is on the video!). After a thorough investigation, I was told by the supervisor that all was confirmed as stated, his apologized for the unprofessional services of his crew...and then said Diamond Environmental Services was going to decline the necessary repairs to my driveway that they caused as he felt they shouldn't have to as they were already successful in getting their stuck vehicle and trailer off my property. This supervisor said I could prepare a written lengthy explanation to submit if it would make me feel better. Even the owner of Diamond Environmental Services was made known of the situation, and did nothing nor made no attempt for contact. I had an event March 7 with 600+ plus runners. These folks drink coffee and Monsters in the early hours and then they wanna pee or poo, as the case may be. As city bathrooms can't accomodate that many folks, event directors must rent extra portables. The delivery time is always 10 AM the day before. So there are supposed to be 4 toilets there for my cranky, pissy runners. At 5:25 AM, no toilets.Two irate (but obscenity free) phone calls later they get delivered at 6:45 AM. The run started at 7. There's other rental companies out there. Try Spanky's, USA Rentals, or Rosie's Rentals. They can't be any less reliable. read more

Had this company come out to quote a fence for a commercial Property. Sam came out and measured. After it was installed we received and invoice for $100 more then the estimate (16% more). After speaking to Sam for over a week he said the some panels over lapped and they should have called from the site to let us know but there is nothing he can do. He told me to call his supervisor Talo. After leaving 3 messages for Talo, I called and he was in. If you look up rude and poor customer service he is the poster child. His best quotes are - its only $100 not a big deal - that is the way this business is run - its too early to be complaining to me - I am the big cheese here. He basically told me he does not care. At least they are paying attention to their multiple negative reviews and seem concerned about providing better customer service. I have since contacted a different septic clean out company to complete the work. I used Diamond recently to furnish a festival I produced with fencing, porta potties, and a warewashing sink. From the get-go, Shalice was easy to work with, and quite knowledgeable about the venue. Their bid also came in a good deal below their competitor. On setup day, the crews were professional and expert, being able to be flexible with the ever-changing needs of a huge setup. I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from Mario and the staff at Diamond Environmental Services. We were a bit overdue to have our septic tank pumped. I was able to schedule an appointment easily, within a week of my initial call. Mario called me in advance of his arrival, and was polite and professional with my husband and myself. He completed his work efficiently. Considering the dirty nature of his work, his truck looked very clean. From start to finish, the work was done very well, with paperwork neat and easy to complete. Scrambled to get it out to the right location (I provided a map initially and a point of reference), and they delivered it to a residents yard! Had a few problems in the beginning of a fence rental, but they eventually did good.

The company I work for has an ongoing monthly rental agreement and although they are serviced every day the service person does not check the units to be sure the sink pump is working or that there is water in the clean water tank so more often than not there is no water to wash our hands which kind of defeats the purpose of paying the higher price of having a unit that has a sink. It only takes a moment to push down on the pump to verify that it works and that there is water in the unit, seems like a no brainer to me. read more
