We started using them in 2024, for a few smaller jobs,They were great. In 2025 we used them for all of our jobs, totaling 31 different events. Our July 4th event hosts 45k people, we shut down streets, fencing, bathrooms, and even water krails. they were amazing. angel and his team worked so hard. They were on time, they were polite, they listened, they hustled, then on tear down, they showed up and got it done in 2 days. It is a 4 day load in and a 3 day load out, yet they finished in 2. Septic tank pumping I knew this guy they sent was lazy when he had issues taking the tops off. I had to do it for him and it wasn't even that hard. Then he didn't even pump the tank out totally. Made it seem like some of the waste was to hard to move. But it was moving when he used the long rod with the square end. He just didn't want to take the time out to do the necessary work. Then when I told him I was going to complain to the company about him doing half the work he said, good luck with that! I guess there's no good service providers and the owners dont care. I wont use Diamond for septic pumping again. Previous past pumps they always did a very good job. But the guy that came this time was very nonchalant always saying, I'll do my best. I wanted to work with a local San Diego company with real customer service after being completely burned by United. Diamond has real people that answer the phone when you call. They strive to offer the best pricing and service that they can. I had a problem with delivery of a portable toilet to my residential job site. I have employees and I have an obligation to my guys and my clients to provide a restroom at every job. I ordered the unit early so it would be available when we started the job. When we got there it was nowhere to be seen. I called and asked that they remedy the problem as soon as possible. The customer service person, Judy Ramirez called me back promptly and explained the situation. In the end, it was frustrating and we ended up not getting the portable restroom delivered to the job and made other arrangements for my employees. This would usually not result in a positive review from me, but Judy Ramirez made sure the charges were reversed, gave me her direct line to contact her in the future and her attitude was positive and represents a company that wants to keep my business. I work with hundreds of businesses as a contractor and I can tell you that customer service is a lost art. Every company makes mistakes, but it is what happens next that matters. Was ok with them up until about 6 months ago when their service and quality went to the black tank. I'm full time 5th wheel and rely on them to service the blank tanks. They have switched service days on us without telling which caused a big stink (literally). They continually step on the gray water hose causing it to crack. They broke the handle off my main valve. But the big one was recently, bending the black water release rod (I watched that happen) Keep in mind that when this happens, that rod will not open or close. At that point when I asked the driver what they were dogging to do to solve the problem, he got into his truck and left. I called the office and talked to a supervisor and he said that this happens but there is nothing he can do to help. So now, I'm out close to $799 to fix it. And get this, as I type this, I have 2 RV techs standing around waiting on Diamond to come empty the black tank. I even agreed to pay Diamond's additional fee of $75 to expedite the call. Hey Diamond, maybe next time this happens to someone else, stand up and take some responsibility! ***Update*** after waiting for over 2 hours past scheduled arrival, the driver didn't have the right adapter so he had to go back to get it. After paying the techs to stand around, this whole debacle they caused will cost me over $1000 read more

make sure you get an accurate quote before you provide billing and personal information. I contacted this company yesterday and requested a quote for a porta potty. I was given a specific price for 28 days. Also, the delivery and pick up fee, the price was good. Customer service gathered all of my information, including my drivers license and address and when she went to run my card, the numbers did not add up. she explained only at the end that I would be receiving two invoices one for the prorated plus delivery and the other for 28 days. The price went up just over $70 because they would not be billing me from 28 days of the time of delivery, instead they would wait seven days before the 28 period started. I nicely declined and explained that there were several other companies that were less money. She got upset with me, It seemed, rather short... it felt like deception and misrepresentation to me read more

Diamond provides porta potties and hand washing stations at all the JFS safe lots. They sold them saying they had great customer service yet the hand washing stations never have sanitizer in the grey water tanks of the hand washing stations smell awful. There has been a missing soap dispenser and a broken one at one of main porta potty stations. Though there is COVID going through the lot there hasn't been any way to wash hands at that the main porta potty station for over five days. Though I talked to the guy who services he says he isn't allowed to fix them without approval. Though they empty the porta potties they don't clean them, they don't spray down the handles or doors. It's really pretty gross. read more

They have 3 stars for a reason....This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I've had multiple problems with them from day one. The women in the office have no idea what they're doing, they give different pricing for everything. They don't schedule anything correctly. I called multiple times to find out what happened with my service and each time they had no record of my calling. They are untrained and irresponsible. I gave them specific directions, twice, on how to enter my property and where my RV was located and each time they had no record of me calling. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION EVER and on top of that they don't apologize or acknowledge problems which is why I'm guessing they have so many problems. I have spent hours trying to get simple services set up in addition to the time I had to wait for them to arrive/not arrive, the call backs, complaints and waisted time. When I finally got them to come out they didn't dump the rv.....the driver just left and CHARGED ME! In addition to that they quoted me 2 prices $65 and $50 but of course my instantly emailed billI was for $80!! I had to call back ONCE AGAIN.... 3 x's before I finally got an answer. "We see there's been multiple problems with your account so we are going to have to part ways" Hahaha, ok I was calling to cancel anyway, but ok...it's my fault? They're right, my fault I didn't cancel after the first problems where the untrained office woman quoted me a price of $160 then come to find out it was actually $190 and yes I know there's a drop off fee...this was the monthly rate. Either they're extremely dishonest or extremely incompetent. They will say I was upset and mad and yelled at them when I hung up the phone .....well obviously! STAY AWAY!
