We've been having a recurrent issue with our tankless water heater. For about two years we've suffered with a water heater that goes cold mid shower and sometimes immediately goes cold again. I called Diamond House Plumbing on Monday and they booked me for Tuesday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call Tuesday morning advising me of a cancellation and the attendant asked if it would be O.K. to have the tech come out earlier. The tech (Daniel,) showed up and introduced himself very professionally and explained their process very thoroughly. Before calling, I had performed several tasks myself in an attempt to address the issue and Daniel mentioned that I had covered most of what they would have as well and suggested contacting the manufacturer for further guidance. I was very happy that at no time did Daniel or Diamond House plumbing get pushy about the service or upselling any equipment. On the contrary, given that I have some technical ability, Daniel offered me the option of calling into support directly if I wanted to save a little on the cost. I gave Daniel green light to proceed with contacting the manufacturer and within about 30 to 60 minutes, came back with the suggested first steps in fixing the issue with a 90 warranty for follow up work in case the issue persisted. Daniel performed the suggested work and tested the water heater. After two years of dealing with cold water in the middle of a shower, the issue is completely resolved. A few hours later I got a call from Diamond House Plumbing and I got an appointment for the next day. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me up front what parts were needed and that he may have a problem finding the parts. He explained what he would have to do if he could not find the parts. Andrew went to great lengths to find the parts. All he had to work with were pictures and measurements. He found the parts and called that evening to let me know and make an appointment. Andrew and Dillon installed a 4 piece bathtub & walls and the hardware that went with it. They inserted in our master bathroom. Their exemplary work, work ethic, and positive attitude throughout the entire job was very much appreciated by us. From the time they arrived, on time I might add, through the job, even going to get some parts a couple of times at our local hardware store showed their dedication to this particular job. When they were finished, they cleaned up impeccably and made sure the residue left on the tub and walls were completely clean and removed. I had issues with my kitchen faucet, i did what little I know to correct the problem and of course I did not have the knowledge Diamond House Plumbing has. I called and they set me up with an appointment that fit with my other commitments, they sent the tech who was very nice and informative but better then all that he explained the problem and how he can help in a way that I understood and in this way he helped me to rest easy that I was not just paying out money for something that really was not going to correct my issue. This company is great! I had a crack in my bathtub, called them out for a quote. Found out that I needed more things repaired. They gave me a really good price for everything. A lot more reasonable than everywhere else. They were very pleasant to work with. Very honest and up front. They completed everything that they promised, and on time. Just had Diamond House Plumbing and Construction out to replace my old water heater and redo the basement pipes after a pretty epic leak. They showed up right on time, got everything sorted in one day, and left the place cleaner than when they got here.
