We rented a knee scooter for my wife as she had broken her foot in a fall. Three days after acquiring scooter we had to return it because it was too rickety for my wife to use. It would wobble and almost fall over, and the handle was far too loose to use. We had rented it for a month with their assurances that it would work well. Having knee replacement on Monday. My surgeons office put in a referral to Diamond Medical for a walker and Diamond was supposed to deliver it on Friday and call Friday AM with time for delivery. I don't get a call in the morning so I tried to contact Diamond. There was no answer so I left a couple of messages. i was afraid I would not have a walker to use after the surgery on Monday so I bought one. I did get a call on Saturday afternoon to see if they could deliver the walker. Too little to late. This supply house seems to be poorly managed and unreliable. read more

I am in need of a wheelchair due to surgery performed 6/6/19. Documentation provided next day. Checked 6/10. Lady states never got orders. Confirmed with doctors office. Then was promised they would process and deliver today. Called today. 20 orders ahead of me and no idea when I would get my chair. Like talking to a robot. No concern or urgency. Highly recommend this company!!! I was stuck in a bind after my portable oxygen concentrator (which was rented from a different company) failed on me on my flight from Houston to Phoenix this past weekend. Long story short, the company which I initially rented the POC from, did absolutely nothing to help me get a replacement POC for my return flight....this is where DIAMOND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT came in and saved the day!!! Mike took time out of his day on a holiday weekend to help me, a complete stranger. He was able to set me up with a replacement POC so that I could get back to Houston as planned. Had it not been for Mike and this company I would be stuck in Phoenix still without a working POC. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing medical equipment. Diamond will deliver the equipment, but if you have an issue or a broken or defective item, they will not help you. You have to bring the item back to Gilbert, AZ so they can look at it. There is no repair of any sort. I would not recommend DIAMOND to any person looking for medical equipment. read more

This company failed me as a client with a pelvic fracture by not supplying anti-tippers or cushions for a wheelchair. It took 6 weeks for them to provide a safe and comfortable wheelchair. They do not respond to complaints or seem to want to want to provide better service to their fragile clientele. Don't go here with a script for a powered chair/scooter. They will give you the run around (lie) whenever you call to check on the status of your chair. They've had my script for almost 4 months and have done nothing! Their representatives LIE and give whatever excuse they can, as to why it's taking so long (I'm using private insurance NOT Medicaid, so it should have been done in 2-4 weeks). No one will do their job at this company (or take accountability), and their staff has been rude to me, my doctors, and my physical therapist. read more

We have to use this company for MBS (Modified Barium Swallows) since no one else provides this service to home care patient's that I am aware of. They take weeks to see the patient, never call the right contact, and lack communication from beginning to end of the referral. We also have used they for DME and it is no better. They loose paperwork constantly, say the never got the referral even though we have fax confirmation and have spoke to them directly and they never contact the patient/cg to schedule delivery in a timely manner. Should have trusted the other low reviews, but decided to give them a try since they are close to my house. Recently got approved for Permanent Disability and am now on Medicare. Need new supplies for my CPAP machine and the medicare website directed me to them. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Called 4 weeks ago and told the lady my issue, she said the ONLY thing they needed was my sleep study and CPAP RX from my sleep study provider, had them fax it over. Waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything, called them myself, spoke to the same lady who said they would get approval from Medicare and the gentleman that dealt with the supplies would call me on Thursday as he was on vacation. Waited till today and didn't hear from him, so I drove to their store, only to be told by another lady there that was a list of things I needed to get from not only the sleep DR but my regular DR as well. She also now informed me that they do not even carry the Resmed CPAP supplies at all. Would up getting into an argument with another lady there about the entire situation and just got tired of it and left. Do yourself a favor, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Don't bother calling this company. I placed a purchase order to buy a wheelchair for my mom. Instead of buying the wheelchair, Diamond is now charging rent to Medicare. The "responsible" people that signed the forms on the delivery for the wheelchair are not even known. I am calling Medicare and claiming fraud. I have sent numerous e-mails to Lisa for the past month and she indicated that Mike would be calling me. I have yet to here from him. I hope Mike will enjoy speaking with the Medicare auditors. read more
