Showed up on time, took special care in prepping the furniture with wrap, loaded and delivered very close to the estimate. We even stopped by a storage facility to grab about forty boxes I had there. If you are moving, I highly recommend Diamond Movers. I like their reservation system and paying a deposit; gave me confidence that they are professional. My experience with Diamond Movers was absolutely appalling. The service provided was slow, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Not only did they arrive late, but the movers also lacked basic English language skills, making communication incredibly difficult and frustrating. To make matters worse, their lack of experience was evident in their inability to efficiently handle our belongings. It took an excessive amount of time for them to complete even the simplest tasks, causing unnecessary delays and stress during the move. What shocked me the most was the surprising extra charges they added for bringing a cabinet to the second floor. This was a basic service that should have been included in the initial agreement, but they saw it as an opportunity to squeeze more money out of us. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to ask for a 20% tip, despite their abysmal service. It was clear they felt entitled to additional compensation, despite not earning it. Furthermore, they shamelessly offered a $50 discount if we gave them a five-star review. This blatant attempt to manipulate customers into providing false praise is unethical and dishonest. In conclusion, Diamond Movers provided an experience that was nothing short of a nightmare. From their slow and unprofessional behavior to the unexpected charges and their manipulative tactics for positive reviews, I cannot stress enough how strongly I recommend avoiding their services. The guys were great, They arrived on time, called and texted before arriving with ETA. They used an electronic contract thingy to sign. They were very formal in getting the contract signed and collected a deposit and confirmed the move in advance. The guys arrived, moved all of the boxes of things that I packed in advance of their visit. They wrapped all other items in blankets and plastic. All items were moved and arrived in great shape. My advice is to pack your stuff in boxes first and pull pictures off walls first, as well as be crystal clear about the scope of the move. read more

5 stars 100% I am not an easy critic or easy to please (ask my husband) but these movers were PROFESSIONAL, kind, detailed and pleasant to be around. They showed up on time, handles our items with serious care and asked detailed questions to ensure the items were placed EXACTLY as we wanted. We have used 2 other moving companies in the past few years which were both total nightmares and cost about the same (maybe a little less.) no broken items and overall the BEST moving experience we have ever had. This review is long over due they took great care of me. I was set to move from Oceanside to Murrieta but when my escrow didn't close on time I was going to have no place to leave my belongings. I called them the week of the scheduled move and they told me that could hold my belongings in there storage for a up to a week at no extra cost and the cost for extra time in storage was totally reasonable and not overpriced. Then finally I was able to schedule for my belongings to be delivered and everything was delivered no damages the movers were very professional and friendly. I'm very thankful to not just the movers but everyone in the office moving alone is not fun but they took great care of me and helped me through the unexpected events. Most moving services are quoted by the hour so the worry is the crew might move slow, not these guys. When they were on the clock they were moving at lightning speed all be it with care, skill, and competence. We moved from Vista to Fallbrook and had several large, heavy items. They handled them with care by wrapping items to protect them from damage during the short move. Almas is easy to get a hold of and responded to my short notice moving request right away. We had a fantastic moving experience with Diamond Movers from start to finish. From the beginning, they were totally professional. When I expressed concern over how they would move some larger pieces, they offered to come over and inspect and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. I will admit, I was taken aback by the time estimate, but they explained that it was because they had to disassemble and reassemble several items, and that their utmost concern was being careful not to damage our walls or furnishings. Day of the move, they showed up right on time and went to work. These guys worked hard the whole time and were incredibly considerate and professional at all times and managed to move our incredibly large and cumbersome armoire down some tight stairs without causing any damage to the walls! Pros: on time, nice and helpful Cons: overpriced for what you get We have a 3 bedroom house, the gal on the phone estimated a 5 hour move, they ended up taking over 7 hours. I've used other companies before so this process is not new to me. If you are the type that likes all your things wrapped in plastic then use them. They wrapped every single piece of furniture, even our worn down cat trees which was unnecessary. We had to help move things to speed up the process which was frustrating. We have used this company twice now. We temporarily moved into an apartment before moving into a home. Each time they moved us in about 4 hours. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms moved in 4 hours! It is incredible how fast they work! I always expect things to get damaged in moves and absolutely nothing was damaged. I couldn't believe it! They wrapped everything very nicely and effectively! They were also very friendly. As they were wrapping they would have conversations with us and it was just so nice, especially during Covid.
