Overall decent moving experience. Everything made it from point A to point B in one piece. Had a scheduled time of 10am (window was til noon). Didn't hear anything from the movers and had to call them myself at 1145 until I got an answer. They informed me they would be slightly late, closer to one. Again didn't hear anything until after 1 that they would arrive at 130. Seemed unprofessional that they didn't call me prior. I scheduled a move with them a week out and they gave me a 2pm-5pm slot for moving. They called me at 1:52pm to say they would be running late and would arrive between 3-4pm. They did not show during that time. At 4:45pm they call me and inform me they are on their way and will be there in an hour. If I wasn't in a crunch to get moved I would of cancelled their services right then and there. The movers didn't show up until 6pm. Didn't finish until after 9pm. They ended up knocking over plants and other decorations of my new neighbors. No apologies for showing up late. Didn't even acknowledge they messed up the neighbor's stuff. We did a big out of state move and Alonso and his guy were by far the best we could have ever asked for. The communication leading up to the move was great and everything was so easy, almost too good to be true, but it was all true. The guys arrived and wrapped up our stuff so well and took so much care handling our items. We were paying them by the hour to load and they hustled. We both headed out for our 18+ hour drive out of CA and stayed in communication along the way. Upon arrival the guys unloaded all of our items and helped unwrap and place things in the proper place.
