This place is terrible. I've never had a problem with any nail place. But THIS was horrific. My nails are gross. They didn't clean any of my old polish off. Even though it will be fixed I'm still pretty pissed. I had it on for THREE hours before it snapped off , I didn't do anything extreme either... I was literally at work being a cashier. I'm very upset and it was $42 for a full set. Just regular size and color. Please save yourself the money and time and just learn to do them yourself. The lady that opened was rude and I absolutely will never go here again. read more

Not great but not terrible. Last photo is what I asked for. Nails should have been white but they put this top coat of regular acrylic over the white power which dulled it and gave it a yellow tint. Large gaps on sides and overall feeling of being rushed when I made an appointment. read more

Always leave happy. Get right in, does whatever design I ask for, typically quiet setting, low key and relaxing.

When I questioned why he was using pink he said "that's how we do", I stated that it's not going to match the orange and he said "it's too late to change". They did not listen, they didn't even come close to what I wanted !!! And they're not willing to refund for the polish. Stated "i fix for free". Too late, vacation starts tomorrow! Went and got my nails done after moving to Fulton, first off $30 for a gel manicure is insane. I just moved from Long Island and I could get a gel manicure and a pedicure for $30 which makes no sense since everything is much more expensive downstate. No problem except I picked a dark grey when the woman put the color on it was a tan beige I said it wasn't the color I picked she said it would be 10 dollars to change the color since she had already started. whatever. I can roll with tan nails. THEN I leave to go shopping and a whole freaking nail comes off just the whole damn layer of paint right effing off. To top it off its a weird color changing polish which when cold turns into the dark grey I had originally wanted. NEVER. EVER. GOING.BACK I advise you do the same. read more

I just got my nails done there...a full set $40! They are horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! The fake nails are popped off my real nails because the extension was too small, also they are so thick! I lit have a blunt edge on the end of My nail...not to mention they were soooooo rude when I asked to have them fixed she said " there is nothing wrong with them, if you want them different you will have to come back tomorrow and you will have to pay". read more

The nail tech was very rough she cut me three times. They are very dirty there. They don't use any disinfectant, alcohol or anything to clean tools in between clients. I know the gloves she had on she didn't change them the whole day they were filthy. $50 for a fill and they looked very un even. read more

I went here a couple months back and I got light blue coffin shaped acrylic nails, the lady that did my nails was rude and even FaceTimed a friend while she was doing my nails. They were uneven and the paint was spotty since she only didn't ONE coat. When she went to put the top coat on it left navy blue streaks on my nail, I knew she noticed because she said "huh" and looked at the bottle. She proceeded to not fix it and tell me to go put my hands under the light. She said it was 40 and when I gave her a 50 she kept the extra ten as if she deserved it after the awful job she did. read more

Staff is always nice and efficient. I usually come for a manicure or gel manicure and pedicure and I have left satisfied. I wouldn't travel long distance for this salon but if you live near by, it is definitely one of the best options. read more

Went here yesterday for a 5pm appointment. Waited 15 minutes. Prices have not been updated as they have been upped significantly. Cost $30 for an acrylic FILL. Took an hour. Was less than impressed. Didn't have enough money due to prices being raised and not posted anywhere...while waiting for someone to bring me the rest of the money they were downright rude to me!!! Be advised, these people are not nice. I would not recommend them to anyone. There's another nail salon in Fulton that I am certain would treat you with dignity and respect. Give them your business! honestly it's a hit and a miss. it really depends who does your nails at this place. and even those "good" ones can mess up quite a bit. this place is the best i've gone to around my area yet i'm disappointed sometimes. today i went in for a gel polish change on my hands and a regular polish change on my feet and honestly, (i believe) it was too expensive. i might as well have gotten a new pedi and a gel fill. i took my grams here for a bday mani/pedi and they didn't even give her a "full" manicure. while she sat in the pedi massage chairs they cut down her nails and painted them, that is not the full mani experience. i was disappointed today. if you come here and find the one person you like then always always always get an appointment with them, others may disappoint. read more

I went there today for a gel mani and pedi. The pedi was fine but when she did my mani, she cut my finger pretty badly and it wouldn't stop bleeding for 15 mins. She put acetone on it to try to make it stop bleeding (which hurt like hell). The worst part, she painted over it with fresh blood still coming out of my finger and put the brush back into the nail polish bottleall for $70! I will not be coming back here. read more

They used a Farberware cheese grater (the actual brand Farberware) and illegal foot razors. They also did not sanitize stuff or pull out anything that was sanitized. It was too later to run. My foot was bleeding when I left. read more

Salon is open 7 days a week although their hours are different depending on what internet site you visit. Prices are high compared to other area salons. The salon itself is usually clean however it's unnerving to see staff wearing medical face masks with no explanation (does the general public need to be concerned?) and to be clear, what I saw was not for the purpose of doing nails. The employee literally did not take the mask off between customers, going to the restroom and talking on the phone! Customer service mainly depends on the mood of the employees and often you are "rushed" through your service(s). The employees are typically rude and obnoxious to clients, talking among themselves in Vietnamese. I am by no means a difficult customer however when I am paying for a service I expect to be treated decently, not talked down to or berated. The quality of the services ranges from excellent to shoddy. It's hit or miss at this salon, leaning heavily towards "miss". There are plenty of other salons that I will gladly spend my money at. Diamond Nails needs a reality check. read more
