    Cannoli

I wanted to try something new and I chose Diana's based on the photos on their site. I thought the Bourbon Bread pudding was delicious. Not too sweet, just right. I chose to warm it up and it's decadent. The pecan bar was great and also not too sweet. Just right. I expected it to be sweetener for some reason. The cannoli was disappointing. It's just not tasty, quite bland. I took one bite and I was done. So I don't personally recommend it. I ordered an Italian cookie but it was substituted by a shortbread cookie which was actually very good, buttery (not pictured). I think it's hit or miss with this place if ordered via online. I would have to give it another try and go in in person. I ordered via DoorDash so I could have a chosen better if I went in person in my opinion.

Caramelized onion quiche... we ended up not eating it

Food: I ordered the crustless quiche, the photo looked really good. But what I got instead was an absolutely mushy yellow jello like order (see photo). Not a good experience:((

Run, don't walk down and get one of these Antipasto Egg Sandwiches. It looks like it's a May special, but there's some May left, so do your mouth a favor!

Supposed to be 'fudge' but it was old and crumbly
    Cary R.

A bit disappointed since reading most reviews it seemed like it would be a nice experience. We walked in the 'store' side and immediately started gathering interesting items we wanted to try. I picked a small box of 'fudge' and was excited to try. When we got back to our hotel I unwrapped the box and bit into a very dry and crumbly mess. No flavor and seemed old. I've never had crumbly fudge. Somewhat expensive too so paying for something not edible was very disappointing. The bakery side, there was a woman there that didn't seem very customer service oriented. It almost felt like she didn't want us in there. We chose to ignore it since everyone has bad days, we didn't take it personally. We did order a few croissants to go and a couple of breakfast sandwiches to eat there and they were tasty. We probably wouldn't come back though.

Shortbread cookie with chocolate drizzle and mini cannoli

We enjoyed the cookies and cheesecake! The cannoli and lobster tale weren't the best we've. But we were impressed with the friendly service and the fun atmosphere! Definitely will return again for the cookies and to try something new.

My first time here and I like the size of the bakery. It is divided into two parts: one side with pastries, baked goodies, and food + tea and the other side are products you can buy from a basket of pasta ingredients to peppermint bark. As to the food I ordered, the sandwich was okay. My egg kept sliding and it became a mess (which I dislike) but that's just me. It also had no seasoning but it's a plus for those watching their sodium intake. The Zucchini bread was also a first bite for me and the flavors are there but the bread seemed drier than what I had imagined but at least the slice is thick. The tea was really hot but it was great especially since It was 48 degrees in Benicia. Overall, the service was nice (especially when you're first when it opens) and is a great spot for all your breakfast and brunch desires. I'll come back again to buy peppermint bark for the season.

    Super cute place

Super cute place. I was walking down the street looking for where I could plug in my laptop and do some work and saw Dianna's. I was surprised at the reviews, which I honestly didn't read through since I was here and had ordered already. I only had tea and a treat, but the service was good. The server was very pleasant and helpful. The place was clean and quiet, nice art on the walls. I really like how the dining room is seperate from where you order. I think it added to the peaceful ambiance. I'd come here again.

I love small town business, it's more personal and more welcoming.. however I may have gone here on their worst day. 1) took forever to be order as there is only one person taking care of the ordering. 2) order first then select your seat 3) we ordered "The usual" and we were served over cooked eggs and uncooked potatoes - coffees good.. didn't try the pastry but someone inline was raving about it

Everything is baked in-house by the owner!!

Exterior: Outdoor seating consists of tables, benches, chairs galore & super clean! Service: Super friendly service, the owner is a sweet lady who clearly loves what she does & is proud of her place. Pricing: Competitive & inexpensive Food: I had the California Style Egg sandwich, a medium latte, and indulged in a piece of blueberry pie because Im a total sucker for homemade pie (owner makes all her baked goods herself!). The sandwich was excellent! Egg was cooked over easy, avo, red onions, spinach, tomato, and a slice of fresh mozzarella, all sitting between an english muffin. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. The medium latte was good too, for the price it was great! The blueberry pie was heavenly. So so good. Rich & flavorful, not crazy sweet either! Blueberries came through. Bottom Line: Great breakfast spot, will come back for lunch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! And support small businesses during Covid!

BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. Flakey tortilla, perfect melted cheese , eggs, veggies, sausage. Veggie was also an option
    Shiva D.

Wowww!! This place is so special in many ways. The food is amazing. So far have only tried the breakfast. Everything is locally sourced !! We had amazing bagel sandwiches and the breakfast burrito. Bagels are locally sourced and the breakfast burrito was honestly one of the best I've ever had. She sells many local goods like, *Hen Pen eggs *Cowgirl creamy cheese *many other beautiful cheeses and pickled veggies *Organic Teas *fresh Fruits and veggies *LOTS of Gluten Free Dessert options. *Lots of options for plant milk, coconut, oat, almond. Very cozy place. Also there was beautiful pre made meals, I saw a beautiful veggie polenta that I need to try.
