It was very good. Tasty and messy. Just the way I enjoy my sandwiches. It is difficult to compare to a Philly cheesesteak because the bread is different. It was tasty though. The food did take awhile to come out. It was to be expected because they are cooking it to order. I did notice that the food sat awaiting to be passed out for long than I felt like it should. The focus was on people paying and not getting the food out. The reasons for my three stars was not the food. It was the start of the process. The gentleman that helped us didn't seem excited to have us in. It was more like he was going through the motions. I watched as he talked to everyone. Never welcoming anyone in. Just asked name, what was wanted and anything else and he motioned everyone down the line. Kinda disappointed in the exchange. I get answering the same thing over and over, but welcoming people in is the first thing in business. Probably won't return to this location. Everything in this place is self serve, which is odd, and pretty much guarantees little to no tipping, so they just add it onto your bar bill automatically, so watch out for that. I've been in a lot of brewery restaurants and the brewery portion is always immaculate. Theirs looks like your grandpa's basement, with junk all over shelves, stuff just laying around, and just generally dirty and cluttered. I did get a taste of the hot dog because the kids seemed more interested in the mac and cheese on top than the hot dog itself, not surprising. Overall it's not a super great option for food but I would totally order that hot dog next time.

Refused service for not wearing a mask. Stated I had a medical exemption. Showed the public health order and outlining the medical exemption. Team member (no name tag) was told his name was Vincent. "Doesn't care about my medical exemption" asked me to leave. Became hostile debating me, I asked for a manager was then greeted by shift manager Ethan Webb, who called the police they responded they will not enforce any mask order. Came here for lunch during the week and I'm glad I did! Food: Ordered a medium cheese steak sub (melted cheese, onions, green pepper) with freshly baked multi-grain bread and it was nom nom good! Their portions are huge for a really good price -- a medium sub for $7! I only ate half and saved the other half for dinner. Next time I'm getting a small.
