    10" Godfather toasted on everything.

Delicious cold cuts, fresh bread, so many choices of toppings, put it all together and you got a phenomenal hoagie. This spot has phenomenal hoagie's. The staff were pushing the lunch rush quick, and everything was still quality. While pounding my 10", inside they had classic 80's music bumping, I double dog dare you to not bob your head while working Uncle Louie's 7" down to the cadence of Caribbean Queen by Billy Ocean.

It has been a while since I've eaten DiBella's Subs. I always thought their subs were great and reasonably priced. This location is pretty clean and it's never too too busy, even at lunch hours. I'm giving it 3 stars because their online ordering, at least in my experience, was pointless. I only have 45 minutes for lunch and ordered online for a 1:15 pickup time. When I got there it wasn't even ready. We had asked about our order and they had not even started it at 1:15. I didn't get my sub until about 1:25PM so I had already lost 10 minutes of my lunch time. Food was pretty good overall. The employees have greeted me when I walked in every time.

The Godfather heated sub on plain bread. Hot, fresh, and amazing!

DiBella's did an outstanding job creating an amazing Godfather sub today. It was loaded with meat and toppings and toasted to perfection. I add hot peppers to mine and it makes a huge difference. If you like hot and spicy food, you should add peppers. We also ordered the Limited Time Only Zesty Italian Sausage sub and added marinara sauce. Also amazing, but it was gone by the time I asked my friend if I could take a picture. The marinara sauce really made a difference. The service was friendly and efficient today, so all around it was a great experience!

I'm so glad I was introduced to DiBella's. Their ingredients are fresher than the competition in the area, and their bread always smells and tastes amazing! I highly recommend the Everything bread, the additional spices add a great flavor. I've tried their Albacore Tuna, Cheese steak, and their amazing Buffalo Chicken sub (the one that got me hooked to Dibella's originally, I highly recommend it!). You get to modify what toppings or add ons you'd like, so I always go crazy with that. I've ordered Dibella's several times now and something I've noticed keeps consistently happening; when you're ordering your sandwich online and modifying it, you're asked "Would you like to add a side?" which I typically do. However, when I receive my order for the office, there's ALWAYS at least 1 side missing. One week it's a pickle($1.79 extra), next week it'll be the potato salad($2.49 extra). I'm not sure when this gets picked up by DoorDash if the driver just forgets to grab the sides or whoever is at fault. I'm not sure what I need to do differently on ordering for the sides to get noticed. Regardless of that unpleasant error, DiBella's has probably the best subs around that I'm aware of. It would be perfect if I got to try their potato salad...

For what you pay, you receive a good amount of food. The bread is my fresh and it smells very delicious when you come in the door. I ordered a cheesesteak and my husband ordered a chicken cheesesteak. The cheesesteaks were juicy and delicious. Since this was my husband's first time, I was interested in figuring out what he thought. He really digs the decor in the parking. Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking in the place was empty on a mid day. We both thought that the sandwiches could use more flavor. I felt like it just tasted like meat and cheese. There was no personality to it I guess. My husband ended up, taking his meat out and making another sandwich on a different bun at home. Overall, I probably stick to the cold sandwiches.

Great food. Was considering a large sub, and oh my, my wife and I could have easily split a medium! Subs & Salads are packed with meat!

The service I experienced here was great everyone seemed happy, cheerful and overall in a good mood and ready to attend to my service. Regarding the actual sub I wasn't a fan they don't necessarily have any veggie options which is fine I don't think they cater to vegetarian/vegan's. So I tried to load up on the veggies. But with the sub being so large I felt that they could've filled it up more? And also I asked for hot peppers and I don't see any in the sub but they did put crushed red pepper and I don't know if that's what they call hot peppers? But whatever these crushed red peppers were they were definitely soaked in something and they tasted very bad. It basically contaminated the entire sandwich making it taste so bad and messed up my stomach.

I went from not knowing about this place to telling everyone I know to go here for subs! My coworker chose DiaBella's for lunch earlier this week and I was very impressed when I checked out their menu. It was very hard for me to decide which sub to get. Once I saw the the Buffalo Chicken sub I knew it was meant to be. I love their bred options! I can't believe they have an everything bun!! Truly a game changer!! The blue cheese the paired with their Buffalo chicken was the perfect choice. I simply cannot wait to go here again!

This was my first time here and they were stellar. The sub had a ton of meat, the presentation of the sub was amazing (you know you get a sub and all the toppings are falling out of all the sides? Not here), the order process was easy and their pickup steps are great. You let them know when you're on your way and then you let them know when you arrive. I was early to pick up my sub so I wasn't expecting it to be ready. As soon as I checked the rack, I stood at the front and waited for about 10 seconds before someone came and asked for my name. It took another 30 sec? before I had my food. I'm highly impressed with the food, the online ordering, and the customer service. I'll definitely be going back!

I love trying new restaurants instead of the same old chain spots, and we happened to come across Café Zupas. Their sign said "Soup, Salad & Sandwich Kitchen," and since those are three of my favorite things, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was bright, clean, and very welcoming. The menu boards had beautiful photos of the food, which definitely caught our attention. My only small complaint is that the menu doesn't include descriptions of what's on each sandwich or salad. Thankfully, the young lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. She even shared her two favorite menu items and explained them in detail. She recommended the Brisket Grilled Cheese with smoked brisket, provolone and Muenster cheese, sliced tomato, BBQ sauce, all served on ciabatta bread, along with the Chicken Chipotle Salad loaded with fresh mixed greens, roasted chicken, red onions, tomatoes, fire-roasted corn, black beans, tri-colored peppers, cheddar cheese, avocado, tortilla strips, chipotle ranch, and a honey cilantro glaze. Both sounded too good to pass up, so I ordered the "Try Two" combo, which includes a full sandwich and your choice of a half soup or half salad. Let me tell you... these are NOT normal half portions! My meal was enormous. As an added bonus, every meal came with a warm roll and a complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberry. I also grabbed a lemonade to wash everything down. The presentation was fantastic, and as a former chef, it takes a lot to impress me. But wow... I was genuinely surprised. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, with layers of flavor in every bite. The brisket grilled cheese was outstanding, and the Chicken Chipotle Salad was packed with fresh ingredients and had just the right amount of kick. The warm roll and chocolate-covered strawberry were such thoughtful finishing touches that made the experience feel even more special. My wife ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich with the Tomato Bisque, and she loved every bite. Before we left, the manager mentioned that everything is made from scratch in their open-concept kitchen, which made perfect sense after tasting the food. It's not often we discover a restaurant that checks every box--friendly staff, fresh made-from-scratch food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere--but Café Zupas absolutely did. We may have just found our new favorite lunch spot, and I can honestly say I'll be back again and again. Highly recommended!

To top it off, the meal came with a Cheryl's Cookie--an unexpected delight to end the meal. Given how menu prices are these days, I'll admit I've been disappointed by other chain restaurants quite a few times. But this being my first visit to Chicken Salad Chick, I'm honestly impressed. Our table had onion rings and deviled eggs for appetizers. Our main courses were: sausage gravy and biscuit (from the brunch menu), chicken skewers over a pilaf of ancient grains, a chicken sandwich with some of the best fries around, an eye popping huge ribeye steak and a simple grilled small grilled sirloin. It was all excellent except for my small steak which I had requested it to be medium rare. It came bordering on well done in spots. I rarely send anything back to the kitchen, but this was the exception. Our charming waiter, Brendon took at my plate and whisked it away. It took a while for my lunch to come back, so I mooched off every plate at our table. It was all good, even the chicken breast which is not my favorite. However, the big winner was my grandson's wood fire grilled rib eye, which was done a juicy and flavorful medium rare. Wow! The restaurant manager personally brought out my fresh and perfectly medium rare steak, which was fanned out in lovely tender thin slices. It came out on a fresh plate with fresh silverware and a fresh baked potato, mushrooms and a compound butter. I could taste the wood fire grill. Delicious! To me, mistakes can be made, but how a place recovers to the customers satisfaction is the true measure of a restaurant. There was also some comping involved, which was a nice surprise, but getting the perfect meal was the reward! We are already planning our next visit to this lovely newer addition to N. Hamilton Road.

So this was an interesting visit and it epitomizes the problem we have today with customer service…read more And it all begins with good management, but I'll get into that in a moment. When we walked in the hostess told us, it would be a two hour wait. Yes I expect delays on a Saturday evening, but when I asked if the bar was open seating, she told me yes. I walked around the bar and noticed that the bar was full, but there were the small tables around the bar. I asked the hostess are those tables part of the open bar seating and she said yes. There were a couple available and of course we sat down, but my wife and I were both surprised that the hostess would not have encouraged us and informed us right upfront that those tables were available rather than running the risk that we would leave due to a two hour wait. We then ordered a drink before dinner and I asked for a Corona. The waiter said we're out of corona and I said that is too bad on a Saturday evening at 6:30 PM -- how is an upscale restaurant out of one of the few bottled beers that they offer? We noticed also on the drinks menu that wine is served and poured at 5 and 8 ounces, but it is priced rather high and certainly as high as a 6 and 9 ounce pours, which is more customary at those price points The meal was ok, but the chicken breast was a little bit overcooked and the seasoned sauce was stronger than our pallets can handle. We also ordered dessert and decided to have coffee. My wife asked for a decaffeinated coffee. The waiter said to us "we don't carry decaf coffee only regular." I said you've got to be kidding, really? He said yes. I said well it's not your fault at all. You are just doing your job, but please have your manager come over, so I can speak with him. He never came by, so I asked another waitress walking by to have the manager come by. He finally came to our table and he opens by saying "It's a busy night." Clearly conveying that he was annoyed that he was called to our table. I explained to him that a restaurant like Firebirds that's on the higher end of the price scale in the area should definitely have Corona beer in stock and certainly decaffeinated coffee should be on the menu on a Saturday night, in frankly every night of the week. And all he could say to me is.. " I'm sorry we'll work on that." and then he walked away. Bottom line, Fire Bird's, you lost a good customer in us. Somebody needs to council the manager on how to communicate with customers and to express genuine concern for their interest, wishes, and any inconvenience that they might encounter. For this reason, two stars is probably a generous rating, and I will give credit to our waiter who did his best and behaved far more professionally than his manager.

We visited yesterday around 3 PM after seeing the new Mario movie. We didn't have a reservation, but seating wasn't an issue at that time. As always, the restaurant was clean, lively, and welcoming. The staff was very kind, and our waitress was attentive throughout our visit. We ordered many of our usual favorites, but my entrée--the braised short rib--was not quite up to the standard I've come to expect. While the meat itself was still tender, moist, and flavorful, the risotto was disappointing. It lacked its usual creamy texture and was noticeably too thick. Additionally, the dish was served with only carrots as the root vegetable, whereas in the past it has included a variety of vegetables that really elevated the overall flavor and presentation. I was especially disappointed because this was actually the first time I remembered to take a photo of my meal before digging in. I came in fully intending to finally leave a glowing five-star review based on all of our previous great experiences--but unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to that expectation. This was surprising, especially given how consistently great this dish--and the restaurant overall--has been during our previous visits. We've dined here at least five times this year and even celebrated our son's third birthday here, so this experience felt out of character. One difference worth noting is that we typically visit for dinner, and this was our first time coming during the afternoon. It's possible there may be differences in the kitchen or service during that time. We do plan to return, as we're hoping this was just an off day. This place has earned a lot of goodwill from us over time, but we wanted to share this experience in case it's helpful for others.

I could smell the mushrooms from across the way, not a mushroom guy myself, but if you're into that, this will definitely be the place. My wife had the meatball appetizer because she really didn't want the bread, and she, being from Greece, focuses on how ingredients taste. They need to be fresh. They need to be more than just a filler to make up for something else. She wants to come back and just have this again. Great texture, the meatballs had flavor and work just ground beef. I'll put together like other places, this was a flavorful experience. She even convinced me to try a meatball sub next time we come. Which might be hard for me, because I like the pizza so much. The sausage on a side plate was super tasty. I could taste the pepper and rosemary seasoning and it was very juicy. The coffee was very good and I served myself another hot cup! I would definitely come back!
