Where has Diced been all my life? The diced staff was amazing, they are very lively and upbeat. I'm a vegetarian and the menu had great vegetable selections. I got the vegetable bowl, with brown rice and all the toppings, including avocados. The next thing they ask you is which sauce, and let me tell you all the sauces are amazing. I love that they had vegan sauces as well. I got all 3 sauces on top of my bowl. The spicy guava is my favorite.The portion sizes are very well, I could not finish my bowl but my friend did. We both left extremely satisfied with all the fresh toppings and filling bowl. Would recommend this place as they are a very healthy fast food option. And I confess... I couldn't leave without buying the sauces to take home...lol read more

A year ago I gave this place 2 stars. Mainly because I had a series of bad orders, but they have come through time and time again with excellence in food quality. We really think that the owner has great intentions and believes in what he is doing. The food they put out reflects the love. Super fresh ingredients, generous portions, fast and friendly service - why can't I have Diced in my own town?! This place is perfect for those times when you're craving healthy but still customizable food. Just like other customize-your-plate type places, you pick the vehicle (bowl vs salad vs wrap) plus the main (meat type - chicken vs tuna (which is just canned tuna btw, it's ok) vs veg vs steak) plus the main fillings (black vs pinto vs garbanzo) plus other fillings (variety of veggies, fresh avocado is $1 and is WORTH IT) and lastly the sauces (they'll let you try the sauces with some complimentary chips if you can't decide! and if you STILL can't choose they have "combo sauces" or you can pay for extra sauce). I got a salad with tuna, garbanzo beans, and all toppings including avocado, with the spicy sweet guava sauce on the side. My portion was HUGE and so filling and refreshing. The service was so sweet, and our order came out super fast. My only complaint was that the tuna was canned tuna - it was high quality but still canned tuna. I'd rather pay more and get some legit tuna, especially if I'm in a coastal town and ought to have access to fresh fish. read more

I went to lunch at this place for the first time this Friday. I ordered a bowl and 2 smoothies, one for me and one for my friend, the cashier was nice (import to remark), they told us that they would bring us the food to the table. Time passed and we ended up waiting 40 minutes until I decided to stand up and go check out if something went wrong with it. Well, it was ready and they told us that it had been ready for a while because they were having an inconvenience in the store. Everything was ok to me, I didn't though it was the big deal. But when we open up the bag and there are no straws and my friend is wanting one, he tries to go inside, really normal even with his mask on, one of the workers told him with an attitude "you can't enter like this, sorry" and then they block my friends way. He said to them that he was just looking for a straw and that the service there was terrible because above neglecting the tables, they were treating customers bad. I am never going back. Delivery driver dropped my order on the floor and the food spilled onto the floor. The driver kept insisting I take the food and to call the restaurant that they can issue a refund with no problem. When I spoke to the manager she was very condescending and stated that because deliveries are not made through Diced but through door dash they wouldn't be able to help me. I love this restaurant. I've been during slow times, and busy times. The employees have been kind and competent each time. The first time at Diced, an employee suggested the Mixed 3 sauce and said it was "life-changing." I have to admit, it's really good. Since that first visit, it is my favorite sauce to order.
