Woah, am I glad I ran into this place. I have only gone twice so far but it is such a refreshing change to the typical wrap or salad. Yes, it is create your own, but the ingredients truly do taste fresh and combine uniquely to give you the exact flavor you are looking for. All of their sauces are custom and add the perfect kick. I must say I'm impressed. The menu was perfectly simple and to the point. The freshness was real. The service was family friendly. Everyone was polite and kind. The grilled chicken was absolutely Delish! The quinoa was perfectly fluffy and tasty. All the seasoning is on display so the owner is transparent. No sodium seasoning is what's on the menu and sure enough the no salt seasoning was what was being used. One of the staff was making a custom dipping space for himself for his lunch break and when I asked about it was quick to plate some and share with my family. It's was Delish!!!! After a terrible experience at Grown, I didn't think I could trust a "healthy fast food" option. When I saw 256 reviews with 4.5 stars I knew I had to give it a chance. I am so glad I did!! Excellent. One of the problems with this area is that there aren't enough healthy eating options. There is 3 chefs and a chicken which is...well, chicken. There is also 1909 cafe which is on the downfall i feel. This place is simple, yet very health oriented and offers tuna, steak, and chicken which you can build in a bowl, wrap or salad. Found out about this little spot at a bootcamp event that they were kind enough to be a part of for autism awareness. They pride themselves in serving healthy food so I didn't feel guilty eating this after an intense workout. The man who was serving the food recommended a vegan sauce he had just created a couple of days before, along with a guava sauce -they were both DIVINE. They were nice enough to give me seconds since the portions were really small & also provided me with a shirt of theirs. I went to the actual restaurant a couple of days later & was welcomed in by the same guy who had recommended the sauces. The salads here are GINORMOUS but they make me full and help me feel super healthy for the week so when I need a veggie fix I come here. My experience at Diced was not ideal - every person behind the counter looked miserable - not a single person could muster a smile. My food was bland, much better with their signature sauce .. but why would I need to cover my food in a sweet sauce to taste something? Oh, and they forgot to give me my drink on a to-go order. You must be asking yourself why I don't want sauce. That's like, the best part, right? The reason I didn't want sauce is bc I read through the reviews and I heard a lot about this guava sauce and I HATE guava. I really hate it. I'm sitting on a stool waiting for my food after I order. Five minutes. Ten minutes. Fifteen minutes. Finally someone who works there went up to me and asked me my name and five minutes later VOILA my food was ready. At this point I'm pretty agitated bc I've been waiting for over twenty minutes and I'm I'm gonna be late to work. But then I sit down at my desk and I know I'm about to eat so my mood quickly changes... until I pull out my food. And there is sauce alllll up in my bowl. All the sauces are on there, including the guava. Don't even get me started. I waited almost half an hour. And my food is wrong. I had to pick around my bowl to avoid the avalanche of sauces and ended up throwing half of it away. The food was whatever. Nothing to get excited about. Stopped by here yesterday and I liked it. Finally a healthy spot in an area that has NO healthy options. I had the steak bowl and it was seasoned nicely and I really liked the pinto beans. It was filling and well priced, about $9. Tried a few sauces and they were all good. They would have gotten a perfect 5 stars if they offered organic chicken as an option on their menu. I eat healthy and part of that means avoiding low quality chicken that is pumped with antibiotics and filler. I would be willing to pay more for a better quality organic chicken and meat that is raised w/o antibiotics and I am sure others would be too so I really hope they will offer this sometime soon. I am all about supporting small businesses that offer me healthy meal options so I will definitely be back. read more

This is a really great healthy spot in the south miami area. They have a variety of healthy options on the menu. I like that you can customize your order by choosing everything you want and don't want. They have a choice of salad, bowl or wrap, proteins, veggies, dressing and extras. I ordered a plain bowl with just chicken, brown rice and lettuce with tomato basil and cilantro. I was super impressed everything tasted awesome. I loved the dressings and it all seemed very fresh.
