The food was okay, however the "barbaque beans" didn't have any BBQ sauce or flavor. A lot of liquid. Wish they had BBQ sauce at the table

ABSOLUTELY NO COVID GUIDElLINES. No masks no hand sanitizer of and according to my wife entire sink is ripped off wall in bathroom. Place has to be under different ownership. When it first opened a few years ago great customer service great food. We moved a little further away but were in the area and decided to stop in for dinner. First impression was temperature was 77 degrees and the boss guy and young kid who were working there had 0 personality and honestly no clue of there menu. Food was awful. Asked for condiments and it was clear I was bothering the young kid as he rolled his eyes and shoulders. Didn't get hardly any slaw on my wife's and my sandwich which I ordered so went back up and this time boss guy gives me evil sneer. Like fighting sneer. I received a warm greeting upon entry. They have SO many types of barbecue and sides, all delicious! They had my food to me in just a moment's time, half of which is already in my belly! It's a bit smaller scale than Sonny's or Shane's Rib Shack, which just adds to the intimate atmosphere! I would eat here every day if I had the money to! read more

While waiting we have seen 4 customers cancel their orders because the employees have been taking their sweet precious time and aren't considering the time of the customers. Ordered through Door Dash tonight. When the food arrived it was missing half of what we ordered and what we got was ice cold. When I called the store directly a man with an accent answered. He told me Door Dash had eaten the food. When I pressed him ( I was on speakerphone with my 5 year old granddaughter next to me) he actually said and I quote " F--- You don't F----ing call here again!" And hung up. My family heard the entire exchange. This place is NOT a place you want to do business with. It's food is sub par ( We only ordered from them as other options were closed) and their customer service is violent and non existent. read more

Driving back from Road Atlanta this looked like a good spot. Came in and was not greeted. Staff was very unfriendly and it was if we were a burden. When the food came out it was warm at best. Dickey's barbecue get my vote for some of the best ribs in the area. Additionally, I enjoyed all the fixings such the greens beans, Mac n cheese, dinner rolls, baked beans, and the okra. The sweet tea was amazingly refreshing and hit the spot needing something to quench my thirst. I was truly amazed at the taste of the food and the service was excellent as well. The folks serving the food were extremely nice and they served with a smile. I will definitely be back for more because I did not get a chance to try everything I wanted on the menu. Furthermore, I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to taste some really good St. Louis style ribs with all the fixings that go with barbecue. Why I give it a three star the place is great, staff was friendly but the only problem was the brisket when I went that day it was super dry and while I was eating my brisket sandwich the brisket completely broke in pieces and fell out of the buns and I had to squish it back together and it still didn't hold because it was so dry but that's okay at least the Georgia BBQ sauce was great the sweetest sauce I've ever tasted. read more

The portion sizes are too small for the high prices. The cole slaw tastes like KFC. The beans came out of a can. The potato salad has way too much mayonnaise and the potatoes are undercooked. The green beans were overcooked and came out of a can. The Mac and cheese tastes like it came from a high school cafeteria. The three meat plate came with 1 rib, 6 slices of sausage, and 3 slices of chicken. Why can't I get a discount drink with my yellow cup? This would absolutely be a 5 if the ordering process didn't feel clunky and nerve racking. When they are busy it can feel like you are confirming your order a few times before everyone is on the same page. When you enter you order in from of a tall wall that comes to my chest (I'm 6 ft 1). There is a person standing on the other side hammering away cutting up meat. She or he is typically doing two things at once (listening to you and cutting meat). That's the negative. The positive is, food is great and on Sunday's our kids eat free. They also give out free ice cream. They have made the experience after the order amazing. Food is great! read more

We have been going to Dickeys since it opened. They set us up last summer for a 30 person party. Food was great as usually, and we consistently order there for feeding large numbers of guests. Very hassle free, on time, and delicious. read more

Actually I gave it a 3 1/2 star rating. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. The ribs were very, very, good. The pulled pork sandwich, jalapeño beans,potato salad, and potato casserole were all just meh. Not bad at all but nothing special. I would return for the ribs and free ice cream. read more

They're OK. The food is good for it being a chain. Of course you won't get real quality bbq from a chain. Come on people. It's like going to mcdonalds and complaining that the burger wasn't hand perssed as you ordered it. I like free ice cream and the onion tanglers are delicious. It is extremely expensive for fast food. I always have to order to go because there are only about 4 tables inside. Do not even consider going on a sunday because it is packed to the gills with families. It's virtually impossible to get a seat any other day, at least in my experience. Shannon made us a fabulous Christmas Dinner on Christmas Eve. The food was fabulous! Everyone loved it. The ham was phenomenal. There were tons of people doing the same. The staff is charming and well educated of the way to cook delicious barbecue. Shannon is very accommodating. We tried the ribs and were in heaven. Ordered a two meat plate today, and had it delivered to my home I thought Dickey's was delivering it but it ended up being DoorDash. I opened the box and looked at the chicken and could tell that it did not look cooked it was chewy , I called the store and spoke to the manager and told her that the chicken seemed uncooked and different from all the other times I had ordered it. She explained to me that she did the chicken this morning her self and that the chicken was not under cooked. I asked her if I could get a refund because I simply could not eat this food. She explained to me that she could not give me a refund and again explained that she did the chicken herself and it was adequate temperature. I am really super surprised that they would not honor a refund. I explain to her that we would not order food or come to that restaurant again and she said that was fine.I spent almost $30 on this meal and playing the delivery company. The meats are not bad but the portion sizes are a bit on the small size. All of the sides are either precooked, frozen or from a can. I can't get into that from a bbq place. The sides do not complement the meats very well. If there were fresh good sides, I might go back. I think this is some kind of a chain and well .... it tastes like it. read more

The food was...alright. I'm not a fan of spicy BBQ, and every one of their sauces (even the sweet BBQ) was spicy! I had the baked beans...and they were spicy as well. The beef brisket was all crumbles... I was expecting strips of meat. Some nice touches were.... free ice cream and great sweet tea. I LOVE this place. The ribs are terrific and the brisket is the very best ive ever eaten. The polish sausage and cheddar sausage is to die for . Chicken and turkey are good but im not big fan of either meat so its unfair of me to rate those. Staff is amazing too. Last week was taken care of by a young woman by the name of CASSIE who was the sweetest ,friendly girl I think Ive ever met!!!Watched her handle a very very difficult customer who was complaining about pickles believe it or not. She handled her very professionally offering to remake her order and even refunding it and this lady wouldnt quit, personally having been in food and beverage for years I wouldve asked her to leave but this kid kept her composure and her smile....I was impressed!!!Anyway overall this is the place I take my kids every Sunday after church and I look forward to a great meal(kids free on Sunday) and the kids love the free ice cream.
